The place was clutter free, the outside wasn’t usable but we were there for a cruise we were taking. Jessica was responsive and open to critique on her place, it’s always refreshing to have hosts like Jess.

Comfortable, clean, easy place to get in and out of, convenient to nice restaurants and airport. We had to spend two days here last minute between two longer stays during the scramble to find accommodation after the Fires, and were lucky to find a place that was nice for our whole family and pet. We needed some peace and we got it for a bit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

The place was clean and convenient for everything. Easy parking and quiet building. And Kathy was very helpful for everything!

Ideal location on Ocean, plenty to walk to! So convenient with a parking spot. The space was spotless clean and very comfortable. Beautiful balcony!

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Die Unterkunft war super. Es gab alles was man zum Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Lisa war wunderbar!

This is a great place in a great location. Much better than a hotel. Valentina was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I will be booking again in the future

The place was amazing—definitely worth it. The view was incredible, and I enjoyed every moment. The golf cart was a big help. Be careful on the wet stairs—I slipped on them! Lol 100%recommend this place. Other think!one taxi cost go there $20 other taxi cost only $2 per person. Enjoy!!!! Thank you so much to help me with the flowers arrangements.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Diana's condo. The location of the condo was perfect for watching the waves, surfers, dolphins and beautiful sunsets while sitting on the balcony. The amenities are many and the grounds are peaceful with all the vegetation and water features. Especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay at Diana's condo again!

I had an amazing stay at this oceanview condo in Oceanside! The views were absolutely breathtaking — I loved waking up to the sight of the ocean and watching the sunset each evening from the balcony. The condo itself was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect home base for our trip. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the stunning coastal views!

We enjoyed the condo. Comfortable bed, great pool are, but the view was the standout. All the way to La Jolla. Good cable tv and just the best little kitchen. Really liked staying there for the short time of four nights. Will be returning. Thank you, Timothy.

Melissa and Dans’ was absolutely amazing! We hope to stay again very soon. The location was unbeatable, going to bed and waking up to the sound of the waves right outside was such an experience I’m not sure how I ever slept before it. Plenty of good food well within walking distance and all so very good. You couldn’t pay me to write a bad thing about our stay lol. Thanks so much Melissa and Dan!

Perfect but toaster didn’t work

Hamilton Cove is incredibly beautiful, very secluded and peacefully quiet. Trevor’s place is well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The golf cart use makes this good deal on a great rental, quite an amazing experience. I usually don’t like to drive around like that, but the golf cart quickly immersed us into the miniature traffic world of Avalon, which was quite a unique experience. I would highly recommend this rental to any couple looking for that quick but unforgettable romantic experience… especially if you’re from Southern California like we are. A+ to Trevor for opening up his jewel of a place to people like us to enjoy.

Really great location. The home is really nice and spacious. The pool was great and everything is pretty quiet neighborhood. Just know you’re in the hills so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs. The hosts were amazing as well. I will be staying here for other LA trips in the future.

David and Kelly's home was just as described, a beautiful secluded ranch in a nice walkable neighborhood. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early (especially helpful when flying across the county with 2 year old triplets!) The home had everything our group of 12 needed. We let David know an air filter needed to be replaced, just as a heads up and he changed it that day! They were truly wonderful hosts! An amazing perk of Airbnb is experiencing the culture and way of life where you are visiting, rather than a bland hotel room.

Char is truly an excellent host. Very responsive, proactive and communicative. The entire space was very clean, well arranged and decorated in a very calming and welcoming manner. The back deck is very beautiful and many hours can be spent bird watching from there. Everything was as described. This is truly a very special place to stay and it was a privilege staying here.

great place. sleeps 8 no problem. beautiful views, charcoal grill, it was a great place. they charge $75 to use the hot tub. would stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

Marc's place was perfect. We were able to relax as a family and feel right at home. Excellent location, great amenities, and super kind host!

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

Stayed here with my parents and my family (which included two little ones - 8 months and 2 years old). The backyard was a big hit with the older one. He loved the garden and playing in the dirt. The house had everything we needed and more. Pack n play and some toys for the kiddos! Kitchen was fully stocked! Everything was so clean and comfortable. LOVED THIS PLACE and will definitely book again if in the area.
