Very nice quiet, private, location. Nice fenced in yard for an Airbnb that allows pets. Enjoyed using the large, clean, modern gas grill on patio in the beautiful backyard setting. Plenty of towels and linens for both kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. On site laundry was huge advantage. Kitchen was equipped with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. Plenty of counter space for pre-preparing and cooking in the kitchen. Updated and comfortable furniture and appliances. Nice spacious bedrooms with plenty of drawers and closet space for your clothing, shoes, and accessories. Ceramic tiled floors throughout were very nice. TV, Internet, and Wi-Fi along with all appliances worked very well. Just a short drive to good restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend Donald’s place. Also would love to stay again.

One of the cutest Airbnb we've stayed at! It was clean and comfy. It has a private entrance and your own parking. We loved that we had privacy as well. The whole place was very clean and it had EVERYTHING you needed and COFFEE! Gabriella was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again in the near future.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

The unit was in a convenient neighborhood near downtown and was very clean and updated inside. The listing and photos represented the place accurately. As expected in an older house, you can easily hear the upstairs neighbor (footsteps, talking, etc), and in addition, the front porch furniture is immediately outside the living room window so if the neighbors are sitting outside you can hear every word. But if that doesn't bother you, I would recommend this place.

We spent two weeks here. Beautifully remodeled, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the patio in the back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Decided to stay in the area last minute and found Jill’s listing. What a great and lucky find! The apartment was super cute and cozy, the patio was a nice addition with a fire pit, grills, and even bikes you can use. The location was perfect with walkable distance to downtown and restaurants. Will definitely stay again if coming back to the area!

I really enjoyed this peaceful spot and spent a lot of time reading on the patio, listening to all the nature sounds. This was a really neat balance, because it's also conveniently close to plenty of places to go around the area. So you get to go out, do the exciting things, then come back and unwind from that. It was also larger than I expected! I didn't really pay attention to the number of bedrooms in the listing because it was only me on this trip, but it's got two and they've got a decent amount of room each. The place was also spotless when I came in, and decorated to the point where it's cozy but doesn't feel too busy. I'd definitely come here again.

We stayed for 5 weeks visiting with local family so we got to know the area we'll. Any questions we had for Jesus he got back to us promptly. The patio area and pool were big enough for us. The pool was clean though we didn't use it as it is not heated which was fine as we traveled the area.

It was my 2nd stay and will not be my last! The house was extremely clean! Ronald was quick to respond and had snacks and drinks available.

Jill’s place was lovely! It looked fresh and new inside, and all was squeaky clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

The freshness, cleanliness, and just the right amount of stylish decor made for a great atmosphere. The lanai was an added cozy surprise that we enjoyed for coffee in the morning. Thank you as well for being so responsive during two hurricanes! We would love to stay again someday.

We were thrilled to spend the week with our family between Christmas and New Years Day. The home is close to all the good stuff...Brownwood, grocery stores, pools and golf! This home was comfortable, roomy and met all of our expectations.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

we really enjoyed our stay. Melissa and Jonny were a great host and provided quick response to any questions. The airbnb area/location is very peaceful, the backyard porch is nice to enjoy the sunrise or sunset and sip on coffee, meditate, or do some quick morning/evening yoga. the kitchen was spacious and clean, lots of natural light comes in the kitchen. Which will inspire you to cook something yummy. The rooms were good size, each room has its own t.v. (yayy) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

This place is everything that was promised and more. Corie had thought about everything you can imagine and more, there is everything you could possibly need. The place is stocked! It is in a great location , it perfectly clean and everything works. We absolutely recommend it !

Riche’s place worked well for us as we were renovating our house. Rich was very responsive and accommodating. The space was clean and well cared for. The location was safe and peaceful. I would stay again.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

My Fiance and I enjoyed our two night stay. Jim was very responsive and was available to assist us as needed. Jim was accommodating to our check-in and out schedule.
