loved loved the view! and the little neighborhood cat!! the place was spotless and beautiful decor it is packed with everything you need including tampons! host was absolutely the sweetest!

We had a great time at Mermaid Landing, very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has everything you need (bring specific spices- there was salt and oil). We used the grill and kitchen and didn’t need to go out for any food. We spent most of our days on the kayaks or outside on the patio. We aren’t experienced kayakers and had no problems navigating. The location is perfect. The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. People around were friendly. We did not see any manatees but there are many local places you can go see them as well. Lots of stores/dining close and the host had a great little binder with recommendarions. I think the people that are renting upstairs could or could not impact your stay- not that the host can control this but FYI. The first set of guests we shared with were great, the second were a bit loud. I’m a light sleeper and I had trouble sleeping. We would return to rent the whole space.

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

Beautiful apartment with an open floor plan with bedrooms split apart, in like new condition, with a screened balcony. It was very quiet. You do have to go up 19 steps to the apt. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our two week stay.

Decided to stay in the area last minute and found Jill’s listing. What a great and lucky find! The apartment was super cute and cozy, the patio was a nice addition with a fire pit, grills, and even bikes you can use. The location was perfect with walkable distance to downtown and restaurants. Will definitely stay again if coming back to the area!

Regina was an amazing hostess, including giving us homemade chicken salad. The unit was exactly as described. The location was great and easy to get to the many activities in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

My wife has relatives in this area and we were on an East Coast road trip from New England to Florida celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this spot was ideal for our stop in Brooksville. We were very pleased with the apartment.

We had a great stay! The apartment is cozy and looks just like the photos. It’s nestled in the trees and you have a view of a lake from the living room and bedroom. It feels like a little getaway, yet it’s waking distance from the Ocala downtown square. The place is clean and we appreciated the various teas and coffee. Joyce is a great, responsive host. We’ll be back!

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

Stayed here with family on Spring break as I am moving from out of state. My mother says this will be her go rental now when she comes to visit our family. Very roomy/ open. Kitchen/Laundry/ Bathroom was stocked with all the necessities. Kids enjoyed hide and seek and the provided video/board games. My grandmother had an issue getting into/out of the bed in the room she was going to use, but luckily there was another room with a much lower bed for her.

The house was clean and provided all the extras we needed. Location was perfect for our experiences in Tarpon Springs. Maria was very easy to work with and very responsive

The only thing I’d add is that there was only 2 or three dishwasher pods and I would have appreciated soap bars for the shower.

Jill’s place was lovely! It looked fresh and new inside, and all was squeaky clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Phils place was perfect for our friends and family. It is in a great location that isn't far from the tours and restaurants. We spent time in the yard which is very large and the deck of the house was perfect for the six of us. Would definitely come back again.

The place was great, nice and spacious, big TV's, great kitchen. Shane, the host, was responsive with communication. Very quiet subdivision. All around, great place to stay.

Saddlebrook is a very nice area close to Tampa and Berta’s apartment is well situated and nice decorated. We like it a lot and will be happy to return.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

This place is located inside Saddlebrook Resort so it's a great location if you are attending something at the resort. It is nice and quiet so was very comfortable for sleeping. The resort has a nice pool, tennis, pickleball, golf, etc. so it's a great vacation spot. The condo has kitchen utensils, pots and pans but no other basic cooking essentials like spices, coffee filters, condiments, so if you plan to do any cooking you will need to get all of your own supplies. The host is responsive and did drop off coffee filters when I asked about that. I would stay there again and recommend to other guests.

Definitely recommend this location for a stay in Crystal River! Very peaceful back patio and short walk to boat launch. Multiple river/springs within 30 minute drive of this location. Modern, clean interior. Would stay here again!

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

Riche’s place worked well for us as we were renovating our house. Rich was very responsive and accommodating. The space was clean and well cared for. The location was safe and peaceful. I would stay again.

The apartment has everything you need to have pleasant, relaxed time with all the space and nature around you. If I could give you a higher score, I would. You get a quick response if you have any questions or concerns. The kitchen and all of the rooms are amazing. The amenities were plenty and the view is astonishing, very private and quiet. Our grandchildren fell in love with the property and did not want to leave. From the moment you drive on to the property, the peace and serenity blows you away instantly. The view of the lake behind it are so much fun to relax and clear your mind. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to return. You will have us back again.
