We had a wonderful visit at the dome! It was private, clean, in a beautiful mountain setting. The hosts gave us excellent recommendations and clear instructions for the dome.

We really enjoyed the privacy this home offered and the walkable restaurants and beach just minutes away. We are also pickleball players and there’s a court one block up. The home is spacious and fit our family of 8 well. Other than the typical bugs that come with visiting CR, everything was wonderful in the home. The host was exceptional and always responded fast with recommendations and helping us book rides and restaurants. I do recommend this home to anyone not wanting the noise and extra people that someone like Tamarindo brings. Playa Grande was absolutely gorgeous and less populated. There were plenty of restaurants or bars in walking distance. We would definitely book this house again when coming to Playa Grande! Thanks for everything!

We loved our time at Paul & Mariam's hilltop retreat. The views are SPECTACULAR (almost 300 degrees), the living space is luxurious and well thought out, and the amenities are all 10/10. Would definitely return / recommend to a friend!

We had a great stay at Casa Buen Vivir. The house is beautiful and in an amazing setting. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch each morning drinking coffee and having breakfast together as a family. It rained quite a bit during our stay. It rained everyday but it didn’t rain all day. We still enjoyed the beach almost every day. It is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach and we saw very few other people on the beach which made it feel like our own private beach. We did travel in November which is shoulder season. We had read that the southern coast dries up this time of year even if there is still rain elsewhere in the country but this was not the case for us. We really enjoyed our stay regardless and can’t thank Till and Nelson enough for their support and guidance while we were there. We hope to return someday.

This is our third time staying and absolutely love the place. Clean, comfortable and Kimberly is amazing. She shopped and cooked an amazing meal for 10 of us, did our laundry and all in all was a pleasure! The security and landscaping crew were diligent and friendly. I would return but am a bit troubled by the price increase. I, sadly, may not be able to return.

La casa es muy bonita y según la descripción. Excelente ubicación, cerca de supermercados y playas. Amplio espacio en la sala/comedor aunque un poco caliente porque no cuenta con A/C en esta área. El refrigerador es un poco pequeño cuando viajas en grupos grandes. La comunicación con el host fue fácil, rápida. Definitivamente la recomiendo.

Kathleen’s place is really beautiful. The views from the decks are amazing. The kitchen was great. Everything you needed. New shiny appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the main floor was the perfect temp with the ocean breezes. Great showers with plenty of hot water. We loved being right on the beach. It is a big place where we were all able to find our own place to be. The beach is lovely, good waves for boogie boarding and jumping waves. There are kayaks to use which is nice as well. Great restaurants on the beach that you can walk to on the beach. We went to the Beach House and it was delicious! I highly recommend Kathleen’s place!

Amazing Stay in a Stunning Home!! We had an incredible stay at Melissa’s place in Playa Grande. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with high ceilings that make the space feel open and airy. Everything was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the cleaning service that was done during our time there—it kept the place spotless! Melissa also provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The only small downside was that the beach isn’t within walking distance, so we had to take a short 5-minute drive to get there. But overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended.
