Unser Urlaub in Martins Haus war einfach super. Das Haus liegt abseits der Straße in einer ruhigen Gegend direkt an der Küste. Der Pool ist toll, der ruhige örtliche Strand direkt unterhalb des Hauses menschenleer und ein guter Ort, um direkt am Strand zu schnorcheln. Das Haushälterpaar ist immer erreichbar, nimmt einem alle Wünsche ab und kocht auf Wunsch sogar für die Gäste. Eine tolle Unterkunft, wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Marites was an amazing, helpful host, very friendly and likeable. The caretakers that live next door will prepare local Filipino food in the evenings if you wish and it is amazing. The house is located in a beautiful location, a bit of a hike, but worth it for the where it is. .Locals are very friendly, I have made some really good friends and will be visiting them again, hopefully with a better grasp of Cebuano though. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a variety of cooking appliances including gas which is handy during the occasional power outages. There is the handy use of a Honda scooter, which I loved seeing the sites on and you can get to Baybay City in around 10 minutes at a leisurely speed, but be aware if you haven't driven in an Asian country BE CAREFUL, traffic regulations are totally different.

C’était vraiment un lieu incroyable ! Merci à Bill et Cristina d’avoir partagé un bout de ce paradis avec nous. La plage accessible à pied depuis le lieu était magnifique. Bill a été super attentionné nous avons pu louer directement une moto sur place ce qui nous a permis de faire le tour de l’île et découvrir d’autres très beaux spots. Vous avez plein de restaurants sympathique à proximité. Et encore un grand merci pour votre aide pour que nous puissions partir très tôt ! Et avoir notre avion. N’hésitez pas à séjourner chez eux, le lieu est magiques et les hôtes d’une rare bienveillance ! Belle continuation à vous deux

This was our second time to stay at their place. And I always miss their place and feel at home. Will definitely go back there. And I recommend the place. It’s peaceful and quiet. And near to a nice resort and restaurant. Walking distance. And The host is friendly and responsive. Thank you Ate Chris and Norman for letting us stay in your beautiful place.

The place is quiet, relaxing and peaceful. You are away from the hustle and buzzle of city life and it feels like your home. The balcony is a very good place to view the surroundings and have chat chat with your group and you can cook food. Water supply so abundant. Amenities are sufficient for the guests. My recommendation is to add a bbq pit where guests can have bbq and grill seafood.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to friends and family. The place was spotless, and the locals were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed a hand. Their kindness really touched us. Thanks for providing such a wonderful experience! I absolutely love this place!

This is a must visit location if you are in the area! The entire apartment comes with two fully functioning air conditioners that really help to cut into the brutal heat of Leyte. The fridge is massive and looks brand new which will make storing food, a basic must for the area, simple and easy. There is a brand-new bathroom outside if you desire to use it. The heat in the main bathrooms water channel is incredibly easy to use and actually maintains the temperature. Gary also provides two high tech fans that can be used to further cool the residence. You won't need them, but they can be useful to help cancel some of the outside noise coming from the basketball court/road We rented a car from Gary while we were there (recommended) which unfortunately had a breakdown while we were using it. Within an hour, Gary had another car ready for us to use. Homer and Ann, his two workers, are available 24/7 which makes any issue you may have easily addressed We will be back!

well if you are visiting baybay I would definitely plan on staying here ,very good host and caretaker on site ! great place to stay with everything you need in the house ,place is so quite,did not walk down to ocean but has the option to ,agusan resort right Close for fresh water pool ,great on hot days ,I loved staying here and would definitely stay again !ps good wifi and has Netflix a pluss
