Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo alloggio, vicino al centro e comodo per muoversi. La casa è bellissima, ampia e pulitissima con tutto quello che serve per trascorrere giorno in tranquillitá. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliatissima!

Definitly enjoyed the privacy of a completley self contained apt. One power disruption which is typical but one night out of 7 was fine and only a few hrs. Great balcony, patio, and beautiful rooftop area, a couple issues with water, but was resolved,, really enjoyed the neighborhood and folks as neighbors. Would surely return to this rental in future. Es un apartamento ubicado en el centro de La Habana, donde se puede vivir la cotidianidad de los cubanos. Queda muy cerca de La Habana vieja y del malecón, puedes ir caminando al capitolio, a la bodeguita del medio y a toda la zona turística. La cocina está bien equipada, con gas natural, arrocera y olla express sin embargo no están facil conseguir alimentos para cocinar. El wifi es bueno, teniendo en cuenta las dificultades del pais La señora Iliana muy amable, siempre nos ayudó con las dudas y requerimientos que teníamos. Ernesto también nos colaboró mucho con información local.

Swietne miejsce i supergospodyni! Pokoje przestronne, czyste, w kuchni wszystkie podstawy. Mieszkanie jest na pietrze, schody sa dosc strome i waskie. Ulica jest dosc gwarna takze w nocy, do starej czesci jest ok 10 min trasy. Sniadania byly pyszne, zwlaszcza salatki owocowe. Gospodyni bardzo nas poratowala, gdy w ostatniej chwili zmienialismy nasze plany, za co szczegolnie chcialabym podziekowac.

très beau appartement avec pas loin vu sur la mer sur la dalle,je dirais même une petite maison plutôt qu'un appartement sinon pour le reste un message important a signaler,une coupure d'électricité souvent chaque jour jusqu'à même 3 jours de suite sans courant et sans internet donc avec un matériel vieux et centrale électrique de Cuba aussi vielle ce n'est pas étonnant donc réfléchir avant de voyager vers ce pays ,voyez lire les informations concernant cette destination que je ne vous conseille pas pour une durée d'1ans ou peut-être plus tant que ce problème de coupure d'électricité est d'actualité avant et après le passage d'un cyclone tropical 😅😌😬😮‍💨😤

We already visited a few Airbnbs in Cuba and in my opinion this was the best one - also in a good price. The place was very spacious, clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The location was also great and not far from restaurants and other attractions. The beds were comfortable. Some friendly neighbours organised us a place to safely park our car. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future!

De accommodatie heeft een prachtige locatie met erg mooi uitzicht. De host is erg behulpzaam en regelt alles voor je. Ze waren erg vriendelijk en je voelt je meteen thuis. Ook de viervoetige beveiliger genaamd Rocky kwam er gezellig bij zitten. Al met al een zeer goede ervaring!

Isabel María es una persona muy amable, siempre estuvo disponible para resolver dudas y contarnos un poco de cómo es la vida en Trinidad, ayudarnos con los sitios a visitar, buscar traslados, actividades y recomendaciones, estamos muy satisfechos con los alimentos que preparó para nosotros, muchas gracias Isabel María :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Anais war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen gut weitergeholfen. Ihr Frühstück ist exzellent. Die Start ist schnell Flussläufen ereichbar

Fue muy acogedor estar en su casa siempre amables y pendientes de nosotros a pesar de que como todos sabéis cuba con sus apagones pero Juan y su mujer siempre estaban atento conmigo y mi familia y mi familia disfruto mucho de la casa y el ambiente y por supuesto repetiremos no cabe duda que lo pasamos increíble y nuevamente muchas Gracias a ustedes por brindarnos lo mejor 😘😘😘

I løpet av våre sytten dager på Cuba bodde vi i Casa Nini i to perioder. Vi trivdes veldig godt!! En god Airbnb opplevelse handler for oss blant annet om å få god og relevant informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet. Det fikk vi her: Både fra Nini i forkant av oppholdet og av Franci under oppholdet. Franci tryllet frem nydelige frokoster og middager. Hun bistod oss med alt vi trengte hjelp til, om det var å organisere skyss, tipse om restauranter og booke bord til å planlegge utflukter og komme med innspill om aktiviteter. I Franci får man en vertinne som balanserer tilgjengelighet og privatliv på mesterlig vis. Men det aller viktigste var nok den gode stemningen hun bidro til. Et opphold på Casa Nini vil berike oppholdet på Cuba. Takterrassen ble brukt mye. Både til måltider og avslapning. Her kunne man trekke seg tilbake samtidig som man kunne sitte på kanten og observere livet nede i gata. Vi må også nevne at vi fikk veldig gode og trygge sjåfører organisert av Casa Nini.

Прожили в этом замечательном доме 4 дня. Безумно рады, что выбрали именно это место, даже не ожидали, что к гостям может быть такое хорошее отношение. Хозяйка Глория и ее семья, заботились о нас как о родных и кормили нереально вкусной едой, лучше чем в ресторане. Всегда были приветливы и добры. Сам дом, очень уютный и чистый, хорошо проветривается, в комнатах не жарко. Со второго этажа открывается шикарный вид на горы, а вечером с него можно наблюдать звездное небо. Глория помогла нам с организацией экскурсий и трансферов , а нам оставалось только наслаждаться пребыванием в Виньялесе. Еще раз вас за всё благодарим и всегда будем помнить🫶 Если вы присматриваете себе жилье там, то без раздумий выбирайте этот дом 🏡

Great place with a great view. Very spacious. Really enjoyed the attention and helpful host. Everything was smooth. Quick access to most all central areas of Havana. Just some noise from the busy street below-buses and trucks every morning. But at least the apartment is on the 7th floor so not too bad. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Havana.

Absolutely loved staying here. This apartment was my sanctuary in Old Havana. Lovely view of the city from the balconies, amazing sunrises. The space itself is beautifully furnished, exactly as pictured, very clean and tidy. Wifi worked well. Area has lots of nice restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood is very lively, bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. I slept perfectly. Bedrooms have A/C if need be but the house was quite cool overall, especially in the evenings. Zohra checked me in, was very helpful with exchanging money, and was on contact if I needed her help with anything. Alba was easy to contact too and was very helpful. Havana is a very walkable city and this place is in a great location very near to various museums and cultural spaces. For the price, was an absolute bargain. Would stay here again! Das Apartment von Yonni ist sehr schön, ruhig mit Klimaanlage , das Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet , die Strand ist 2 straße entfernt von das Apartment, es gibt Parkplätz auf den Grundstück. Yonni ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zur 5 in das Apartment und es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle .Wir werden wieder kommen .Muchas Gracias

Ernesto var en fabelaktig vert som la alt til rette for at man skal få et fint opphold i Havana. Det kom mange forslag til hva man kan gjøre både i og utenfor byen. Leiligheten har en nydelig utsikt over det gamle fortet som en gang beskyttet byen. Kan absolutt anbefales

Excelente ubicación, rodeada de los lugares claves de La Habana. Alojamiento limpio y muy cómodo. Yoandra muy cálida y buena onda, siempre respondió rápidamente y de forma amable.
