Solid place and had everything we needed

Beautiful older house in the center of town. Neighborhood wasn't amazing, but not terrible either. Just an older part of town. Loved the back yard and all that had been done to make the small lot as private as possible. The roll down blinds on the back porch are really nice. Loved the house decorations. Made me feel like I had stepped back into my grandmother's house as a kid.

Nice home, good location for getting around. Backyard overlooking preserve is nice. There is a jogging path not far from the property which can be seen in the distance from the back yard Everything was in working order and layout is good for a little distance between parents and kids. Would definitely recommend for a family of four.

It was my second time staying at Joys and it definitely won’t be my last. I highly recommend staying at this home.

This house was perfect for our needs. We were passing through on our way to Florida and stopped for the night. The house is spotless and very cozy. The surroundings are wooded and beautiful. Justin is a very responsive host. I highly recommend this house. We will be coming back.

Really solid property, where you can tell money has been spent to make it a strong modern rental. Good A/C, plenty of outlets, nice big TV. Very true to pictures and really nice common area floor will be appreciated by most groups. Street is old and not particularly nice; our group of six guys felt comfortable walking but others may elect for cheap Ubers. No kids this trip, but fenced in back yard a nice plus. Served as a great home base for six guys on a golf trip. Thanks!

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. My son was competing in the NJROTC Orienteering National Championship at nearby Oak Mountain State Park. David's place was close to everything, but somehow felt miles away. David came to greet us after we arrived. He was attentive and responsive to our needs and concerns. There was a line of powerful storms coming across the southern half of the US during our stay, which was causing tornadoes. He called to let us know where storm shelters in the area were if needed. Fortunately for all they were not necessary. The cabin had everything we needed and, as advertised, nothing we didn't. No tv, no internet. It was nice to disconnect from everything for a bit. At one point the neighbor's dog "Lizard" came and sat with me on the porch for a bit. She got some sausages for her trouble. David made the checkout process extremely simple. My wife and I would certainly stay again if ever in the area. Thank you allowing us to stay David, we appreciate it.

This home was perfect for a last minute need to get out of town. The basement was spacious and there was adequate bedding. The mattresses were comfortable and the home was spotless. Wish the weather had been warmer for the pool. Shane was excellent with communication and check in was super easy.

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and more. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back next summer to hang out at the pool. Thank you!

We took our daughter and six grandkids for a three day stay at Eriks house. We had a wonderful time. It is very kid friendly with lots of things for them to do. They all swam a few times in the pool (the heater kept it warm enough for them) and fished for hours every day at the pond. The house really accommodates a large group easily with lots of dishes, utensils, a large dining table, and lots of seating. I recommend this place for families who want to have a great time and build wonderful memories.

"South of Sanity" goat farm made a wonderful place to recoup on our long trip from Michigan to Florida,. It was clean and comfortable with everything one could need. The farm itself was lovely with the friendliest farm animals I have ever encountered! A great extra was that it is pet friendly. Steve was a great host ,always willing to take the time to chat and show us the animals. We would highly recommend this welcoming place

My dogs and I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our visit very much. The house has all the things you need when traveling with two very needy frenchies and everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly when I was out walking my dogs. There is even a park right down the street. We will definitely stay here again next time!

We absolutely loved our stay. Some many small details that made this place an amazing stay. Not to mention host was very responsive and willing to aide when needed. I’m talking even down to DoorDashing batteries. Amazing people. Will def book again.

Shi's place was great! The property was well stocked and beautifully furnished. When we first arrived the locks were not working but Shi answered immediately and resolved the situation. We were pleased with the area. Everything was easy to get to. We would recommend the property! Thank you Shi for the nice stay!

Great location for someone coming to lake Guntersville to fish. The house was 20 minutes from waterfront and about 10 minutes from the state park.

My family of four and our two pups took the trip down to Alabama for our son's baseball tournament. This cabin was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like a home, and it had everything we needed. It was close to Guntersville State Park, so we were also able to enjoy fishing and the swim beach during our breaks from baseball. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

For those of you searching for a quiet comfortable stay where you don't hear the traffic and can wake up to nothing but birds chirping, go ahead and book this now! I've stayed at this location a multitude of times for a reason, its literally like home. Cozy quiet and everything you could need is onsite. Just a few minutes from downtown, yet worlds away when it comes to being in the country. A long gravel road leads to your temporary paradise. Nothing like sitting on this back porch, looking over the acreage with a cup of coffee in the morning. Brought my wife and doggo this time and we all enjoyed the relaxation. Tom's place is ideal.

Everything was just as described. Timothy was very easy to work with & made sure we had everything we needed. They are great hosts with great properties.
