Thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though we lost power for a bit during the storms that rolled in one of the nights. Made for some unforgettable memories! Would highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway with friends and family!

We had a wonderful long weekend with our son’s family and 4 grandchildren. Everyone loved the kayaks, lily pad, dock swings and toys were perfect for our grandchildren. The porch and porch swing were lovely. The sunset was beautiful. The lake level was getting low this time of year and the bottom of the lake was muddy, but we lily pad kept our feet off the bottom😊. We rented a boat one day and went tubing. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this property. The host, Claire was very accommodating. Thank you.

A peaceful and quiet place for a restful get away…one of the most beautiful views on Smith Lake. Lynn was very responsive and provided all information needed prior to check-in.

My family's stay at White Oak was just what we all needed. Situated on a lake, the views were magical. The large windows & back porch captured the natural beauty and the tranquil surroundings. This location is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house is near Bankhead National Forest with many scenic trails and waterfalls that are easy to hike with small kids, then you can return to the house and hop on the peddle boat or enjoy some smores by the outdoor fire pit. The house was clean and updated, & the hosts were very responsive.

Better than the pictures! Nicole & Shawn's place was amazing and had everything we needed. It was very peaceful and being on the water added to the serene feeling of the house. The kids are already planning our next trip back!

The house and location on the lake was perfect for our two families with young teenagers. The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The views from the deck are beautiful and we loved hanging out on dock and jumping off the top. A storm came through, knocked out power and AC. Annie was very quick to respond and send all the right people over to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible. Can’t wait to go back!

We are very familiar with Smith Lake, so we knew this was a gem. Largely flat with a gentle slope to the water, it was perfect for young kiddos, including elderly. Conveniently located to local shops that had whatever we might need. Older home, but very comfortable and clean! Enjoyed the back deck and covered breeze-way along with the beautiful massive trees, we had plenty of shade to be able to have fun outside on even the hottest of July days. Strongly considering booking again. Loved every minute of our stay.

A place to stay over the holidays can be tricky, but we had everything we needed with no stress! Hosts were forward thinking on making sure we had everything needed and detailed instructions were provided for all household amenities. Beds were clean and comfortable! Also, a fresh bar of soap might be a small detail but was much appreciated effort! Would be great to come back in the summer and use the lake! From our family to yours, thank you!

I highly recommend staying at this lake house. If you are looking for a place to relax and have all the things you need to have a wonderful time then this is the place for you. Will’s hospitality and communication was the best I’ve ever experienced with an AIRBNB stay. The pictures of the home look amazing online but when you get to the lake house it is even more beautiful.

Loved this Lake home! Super close to Stoney Lonesome and room for my trailer to off load my jeep :) loved it!

We booked it for a week long fishing trip and it was in a great location with lots of parking and a safe area. Would recommend!

so cute! very clean and cozy. Had a good kitchen with full stove and microwave and full size refrigerator. Everything was so clean, near and tidy. front porch was great to sit and look at the water. nice repurposed pontoon deck to sit on right on the water. only thing somewhat less peaceful is the road right next to the property where people fly coming and going but you can't hear the road noise once in the cabin. still give it 10 stars for accessibility and comfort.

Oh my gosh!! Our stay was perfect. We absolutely loved the cabin and amenities. The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was also clean and comfortable AND had easy, accessible parking for multiple vehicles or a boat. We will definitely be back!

If you’re thinking about booking, do it! Bluff Point Lodge is the perfect destination at Smith Lake! We had everything we needed (and more)! The view and location is 10/10! We went for a weekend away to celebrate my mom’s 70th. We had family from 2 years old to 70 and there was something for everyone. We loved the fire pit (s’mores), kayaks, games and puzzles. The accommodations are comfy… we literally cannot say enough about our weekend and the rental! I can’t imagine how fun it would be in spring or summer, but it was also the perfect fall getaway! We cannot wait to stay again!

We had a great girls weekend at the lake. The owners provided a Polaris to help with transporting people and luggage to the home from the large parking area. The hosts provided extra paper products for our use. The outdoor living area was fantastic! We spent the majority of our stay there. Check out was the simplest I have ever had. The host was very responsive and even messaged us and offered us a later checkout. I highly recommend this place!!
