Coming all the way from Hawaii to spend time with my family at the Lakehouse was amazing! Nothing better than being waterfront, with all the water toys to play with. We had a beautiful 82° day in late September, which I'm told is quite rare. The property was immaculate, with lots of interior amenities, especially in the downstairs game room. We had numerous billiards challenges, air hockey, and ping pong The kitchen was well equipped and beyond. We got to enjoy some fabulous meals. Would definitely come back again for a lengthier stay. Andrew's place was a magical location. Everything was great. He responded right away and we loved staying for 3 weeks while waiting for our new home to be ready. The neighborhood is very quiet but very friendly. Waking up in the morning on the lake was serene. The location is amazing!!! Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Very roomy! We would stay again for sure !!!

We had an amazing time! An incredibly well stocked kitchen, we brought cookware just in case and didn’t have to unpack any of it. Very peaceful, whether we were sitting by the water or enjoying the hot tub on the deck. Will hopefully be planning a trip to return soon

This home is amazing and brought our family an incredible sense of peace and comfort as we gathered to grieve the loss of our matriarch. The space is welcoming and we felt right at home. Whether we were around the fire pit, belting our karaoke, challenging each other to a game of pool, gathering in the gorgeous kitchen and family room, or having morning coffee on the deck, it was a place of love and connection. The host is kind, generous, and extremely responsive. If you’re looking for a space to fully relax and feel at home, this is the spot!

This lake house was beautiful with excellent views. Eric was very communicative and accommodating, offering early check in and local recommendations. There would have been more to do in the warmer months but it was still nice for a winter getaway.

Had a family weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot! Will love going back in the summer when we can go out on the lake and be outside more. Definitely would recommend this place!

We stayed as long term guests while my husband was getting cancer treatment at the UVA Culpeper center. We enjoyed the peaceful location and ease of getting to Culpeper. We found Culpeper to be a delightful town.

Our group of four families, including a gaggle of kids (infant to 9yo) all LOVED this house and beautiful property!! The weather wasn’t great but there was still plenty to do both indoors and out. Kellene and Berry were all around great hosts! We hope to return!

Tricia's home was a wonderful spot for our large group of friends to spend a long, cold weekend. The property was exactly at described, we really enjoyed having four regular bedrooms and bunk rooms that were separate. The outdoors were beautiful and had a lot to offer, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. And the game room was a wonderful addition and offered plenty of fun options for our crew of kids. Tricia was a responsive host who was helpful every step of the way. We would happily return to experience this home and the lake in the summer months!
