Mark and Allison provided a perfect home from home for us. Lots of attention to detail and lovely touches. Friendly and welcoming . A peaceful base for exploring rural and city alike .

We had a great stay at Katie's house. Everything was spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. Katie was quick to respond to any questions I had and helpful. My daughter didn't want to leave!

Sandra's house is in a lovely peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. I would highly recommend. The living room is very spacious, has multiple couches and an open fire. The kitchen contains 2 ovens with 7 -8 rings for cooking, and a decent size fridge freezer, ideal for preparing meals. Outside rating area is ideal for alfresco dining. Perth is only 20 minutes drive away and contains loads of restaurants, pubs,shopping centres. A quick check of Google maps shows you that the surrounding area is peppered with castles. We had a very peaceful stay and felt at home

We stayed at the cottage over new year and had a lovely time. It's absolutely stunning and so comfortable and cosy. Such a beautiful location too overlooking the golf course. The house has a peaceful vibe and we loved returning to it after exploring the area. I cannot rate it high enough and didn't want to leave! Thanks Katrina and Toni for looking after us.

We really enjoyed our time in Lower Largo at Henry’s place. All and more of what we expected and the view to the sea was spectacular and a favorite daily spot. Thank you so much.

Alison was a wonderful host for her place from giving us excellent directions (we came in after dark and still found it easily) to checking us in personally. We communicated with her that we had left later than planned and would be getting there late so we certainly didn't expect a personal check-in, but it was much appreciated. The place itself is a charming croft and a small distance from Spean Bridge into the countryside. The views are gorgeous and the interior is welcoming and well equipped. For us it was a central location for exploring - .5 hour to Fort William, 1.5 hrs to Glen Creran, and slighly less than 2 hrs to Kyle of Lochalsh and the Skybridge to the Isle of Skye, etc. We would hike all day and come home late to make a last meal and sleep. Having a washer and dryer in a mud room area was fabulous with mud on our hikes. We would definitely stay here again both for the scenery and the hospitality.

What a gem! Yvonne and Mike were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is stunning, with amazing views on Loch Long and the West-facing living room window giving much light throughout the afternoon. The house has everything you need, beautiful decoration, and very comfortable. If you're lucky, you could even catch a surfaced submarine in the water, from nearby Naval Base Clyde. The Roseneath Peninsula has much to offer: small shops, beautiful walks... We strongly recommend visiting Yvonne's vintage clothing and accessories shop in Kilcreggan. Looking forward to coming back!

Wij verbleven een midweek in "Buzzards nest" een uitermate goed verzorgd huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Timothy heeft ons warm ontvangen en een korte uitleg van het huis gegeven, waarna we eerst even konden bijkomen van de reis. Een dag later heeft Timothy ons meerdere hotspots gegeven om te bezoeken/bewandelen. Dit was de moeite meer dan waard. We hebben de Steal Falls van dichtbij bekeken en de "Harry Potter" brug. Ook hebben we een fantastische hike gemaakt richting de "Creag Meagaidh". Het uitzicht vanuit huis is bijzonder mooi en snel wisselend. Op het landgoed van Timothy is er ruim plek om te wandelen en de vennetjes te verkennen. Helaas voor ons hebben de otters de forellen opgegeten. Ook maakten we kennis met de vele reeën en eekhoorns op het landgoed. In de schemer begonnen zelfs de bosuilen tegen elkaar te roepen wat het sprookje compleet maakt. We hebben ook genoten van alle kleurpracht die deze plek te bieden heeft in het najaar. Wij komen hier eens terug!
