There is a small issue with the links that they have posted and finding the door she described it very well, but I was a little confused in my maps were not working correctly, coming in at night. Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

La casa de Andrea se encuentra ubicada en una urbanización privada, muy segura y pacifica. La casa no puede ser mejor, 5 cuartos muy amplios y muchos espacios para compartir. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas incluyendo varios tipos de cafeteras ( americana, prensa francesa y espresso). Monica nos atendió muy bien y nos preparó algunos platos locales. A pocos minutos en carro puedes encontrar los mejores restaurantes y centros comerciales de la ciudad. Tuvimos una estancia fabulosa, Andrea estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades incluso cuando tuvimos una emergencia medica. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse en Cumbayá.

Excelente atención. Muy amable quien está a cargo. Todo impecable. Tal cual las fotos, la ubicación estratégica, todo queda cerca, seguro y tienes unas salas co-working. Que son muy útiles y así más áreas de dispersión en el conjunto residencial

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

Christopher and Melanie were very responsive and helpful hosts. Their apartment was perfect for our needs. The only way it could have possibly been improved would be if the bed had been softer. Otherwise, better than we could have ever expected!

Great place centrally located in the heart of La Carolina neighborhood in Quito. The condo is minutes walk to MegaMaxi (supermarket), shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, bars, and Parque Carolina. The location is the best selling feature of this condo. PROS: Quiet and safe building. Friendly doormen that allow for flexible check-in and check-out. The extra half-bath is convenient when sharing the condo with multiple adults. The kitchen is decently stocked. The washer-dryer are brand new and work great. And like I said, super walkable location. CONS: The sun hits this unit hard in the mornings and heats up the apartment. The place is also more worn down than expected -- broken sofa, toilet seats, soap dispensers, etc. The place was clean, but hasn't been updated in quite some time. Overall a fine stay though. Thank you.
