Kevin and Robin were outstanding hosts in a beautiful and peaceful location. The room was great, the bed extremely comfortable and they made the entire stay an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in an Airbnb. We were made to feel like family.

Wonderful! Loved everything about our stay. We have no complaints, and the hosts are great and very accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful place. When I got there I told them I picked it because of the picture of the “scones” on the website. Although they had not planned on having scones for the next mornings breakfast….they made them! Now that’s hospitality at its finest. Love this gem and will be back soon.

City House is an amazing place to stay! Love the location right on the river, easy access to things to do and places to eat, and also felt so private and cozy at the same time! The historic house is BEAUTIFUL.

We loved seeing this beautiful civil war home. Well appointed with great architecture. The rooms were spacious and very clean , bathroom had a nice shower. We enjoyed the breakfast quiche and chatting with the other guests. (Breakfast has a separate cost) Was a great stop on our way to a family reunion in Virginia. We have already recommended it to others. Don’t miss stopping at this place!

Excellent host, I felt at home the moment I pulled in the driveway, Russell greeted me as I exited my vehicle and was as excited that I had arrived as I was to be there. The grounds are spectacular, the home is exquisite. The fresh prepared breakfasts are amazing. Accommodations were perfect, clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the morning conversations with the other guests and poolside chats as everyone was relaxing. Russell is a magnificent host and could not do enough to make my stay more pleasant and comfortable. Russell’s expertise really shows in his beautiful yard and manicured lawns . A remarkable stay.

Russell was extremely friendly and accommodating. The home was beautiful and full of unique home decor. Enjoyed the Christmas decorations that Russell had begun to put up. Highly recommended, we will be back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an absolutely stunning Airbnb, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. The property itself is a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm, nestled in a serene location that offers both privacy and breathtaking views. The interior is tastefully decorated, with attention to every detail creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You truly feel you are in a beautiful Italian villa perched on a hill in Tuscany. There are so many gorgeous vignettes around the property to relax and enjoy a glass of your fave bevvy. What truly sets this Airbnb apart, besides the amazing hosts, is the outdoor space. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the pool - sublime. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. It is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to experience comfort, luxury, and tranquility. We would highly recommend it.

Dylan was a perfect host!… friendly, helpful, communicative, respectful and thoughtful. His replies to my questions or comments on the app were almost immediate. His 1830s house was so interesting to me and he was willing to fill me in on its history. His historic house is beautifully decorated to represent several of the time periods it has stood through and is also filled with stunning ceramic tile artwork walls that his ancestors created. The Van Gogh room was impressive! Dylan succeeded in recreating Van Gogh’s own bedroom based on the print of the artist’s painting on the wall. Adorable! I will definitely return to Dylan’s charming home when I’m in the Harrisburg area again. 5 ⭐️ -Cheryl S.

Russell’s place was an absolute oasis in a gorgeous area of PA! Everything about the house is immaculate and Russell was a gracious and wonderful host. He even offered to let us stay a little after checkout and relax by the pool because he could tell we were enjoying ourselves so much! The pool was INCREDIBLE and the patio was a delight in the evening. It was so peaceful and quiet, just a beautiful place to take a breath and relax in the midst of a busy summer. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining room. If you are looking for a fantastic place to unwind, take a break and get some time away, this is your place. It’s also so close to Carlisle and Pine Grove Furnace so there is plenty of places to eat and do nearby. We will 100% be back and can’t recommend Russell and his beautiful home enough.
