We had an excellent stay. It snowed and the owner was extremely responsive and had the driveway shoveled and iced for us within 45 minutes. The house is beautiful and we can’t wait to come back in the summer to take advantage of the amazing backyard pool.

This stay was absolutely lovely. We were looking for a last minute option to book when visiting family for Thanksgiving and this fit the bill perfectly. I loved seeing the birds and squirrels around the feeder! Would stay again :)

Michael was a great host and excellent communicator. He was able to help us out when our trip was in jeopardy of falling apart. The space is huge and very unique. The location is amazing !

This is our second stay in this house. When we are in the area we will continue to stay here. Cindy is great to work with. She is quick to respond and takes care of things quickly as well. We experienced a snow/ice storm while there and Ralph came out to pretreat the deck, stairs and walkway for our safety.

Beautiful home, very comfortable, very tranquil

The perfect place for a large group! The bedrooms are big, the kitchen wonderfully stocked, plenty of room for everyone to socialize. We were there for a wedding and had the bride and groom and family in and out throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful and we were wishing it was summer and not February! We got to spend a day outside playing cornhole and enjoying the area! Just a few minutes from restaurants and breweries and a 15 minute drive to the wedding venue it was the perfect location! Brooks was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely go there again if the need arises!

my kids and I traveled here from NC to visit my parents who have recently moved to an assisted living facility in Carlisle. It was a beautiful setting and great to fish the yellow breeches again, which I fished often as a kid growing up in PA. In the morning we looked out the second story window and saw a bald eagle perched on a branch over hanging the creek, eating a fish. We would definitely stay here again.

These couple are amazing and I’d highly recommend the stay and will always chose this as first choice!

Christopher and his wife were great hoasts and super responsive...The house was better than the pictures showed (even though they were working on cosmetic upgrades...painting walls and fixing light fixtures) .... The pictures could not capture the house vibe! (the pictures did not do the place justice!) It was one of few places that I stayed that was a real true lived in home which made me feel like I was home or at a good friends house for the night! There was even a few bits of kibble in the pets bowl for when they come home... From the mood lighting, to the instruments....(Piano, violin, records/turntables and a few karaoke mikes and speaker setups) to the bedroom sleep sounds from the alarm clock; it hit every check boxes I have and will definitely stay again!

Nice place only problem was it was a little hard to find in the dark. Overall great place

This was the second year in a row a group of cousins from Michigan and New York gathered in Mechanicsburg to see another relative perform in Mechanicsburg’s high school musical! The place is perfect for us - the kitchen is well stocked, there’s a comfortable living room and enough bathrooms for 5 women! LOL. Mark is very responsive to questions and concerns and we are already planning a third reunion trip in February/March 2026! We love the Dragonfly.

Our stay was excellent! Our host, and co-host were amazing. Communication was above and beyond! We loved the charm of the home, and felt safe. The location was close to shopping center and grocery stores. We will not hesitate to stay at Willow Mill again when visiting our family. Thank you Rick for a wonderful visit!

The stay was wonderful! House was amazing, beds very comfortable, and everything just felt so cozy. Me and my friends felt very comfortable there and would definitely stay again.

2nd year in a row staying here for a birthday trip, daniils place means a lot to us! we have created so many memories here and now it’s significant for us all. the place is so comfortable and looks just like the photos there’s nothing i would change about the place. the beds are very comfortable and the extra linens and blankets were great, keeping us nice and cozy! host was also very responsive and helped with any issues we had. we will all be returning again next year! thank you!!

Bea’s place was so great. It is very quiet for being in the city. The beds are so comfortable. Bea was extremely responsive to my messages and answered my questions quickly. It was also great to have a designated place to park. If you are doing anything at the Farm Show Complex, this is the perfect spot to stay.

Lori has a beautiful place in a pristine spot — nature is beautiful and there was a great sunrise over the mountains. We had a group of five stay the weekend to ski Round Top and it was close to the mountain and a great house for a group of this size. We were impressed by the old farmhouse feel paired with updated appliances and amenities. We would definitely stay here again and are hoping to do the same trip next year!

Marian's house was beautiful, welcoming, spacious, and clean. We booked very last minute after deciding to come visit my parents who live nearby, and it was still ready a bit ahead of time. It was February, but the children still had to stick their feet in the gorgeous creek to see how "warm" it was. Now, they're hoping to come back when it's actually warm. 😉 Thanks so much for sharing your haven with us.

Mari's space was beautiful, a mix of modern (like split AC/heat) and classic (like the beautiful original wood moldings and doors). I saw some previous reviewers complained about cleanliness but I disagree, the home was spotless with gleaming counters and floors. The king size bed we slept in was very comfortable too! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Harrisburg.

Phil was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for the property. Everything was as shown and described. Very smooth process, excellent location for walking through downtown Carlisle, and excellent value. If I were coming back into town, this would be the first property I'd look at.

From the moment we checked in, we felt immediately at home. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and just so welcoming. We stayed for nearly a month while we relocated to the area and waited for our new home to be completed. The kitchen was well appointed, but the star is the island that makes the best gathering spot for eating or spending time together. We loved the living room and big comfy couch! Our stay included some rather cold and inclement weather, but the home was always warm and cozy and the added snow made it even more peaceful. Our dog especially enjoyed exploring the property, but it is also located a short distance from the App Trail or a short drive to some parks with walking trails. While we didn't get a chance to enjoy many of the suggested leisure activities due to work and school, we did enjoy the peace and quiet and having such a comfortable place to call "home" for a few weeks.
