Michael was a great host and excellent communicator. He was able to help us out when our trip was in jeopardy of falling apart. The space is huge and very unique. The location is amazing !

This stay was absolutely lovely. We were looking for a last minute option to book when visiting family for Thanksgiving and this fit the bill perfectly. I loved seeing the birds and squirrels around the feeder! Would stay again :)

Heidi was incredibly responsive which was so convenient for me, as I had a couple time sensitive questions. She was also kind enough to allow me to return to the property after checking out to retrieve something of value that I left. We used the event space for a small bridal shower, and the bride called it perfect! It is a stunning room with great natural light.

We were very comfortable and LOVED the eclectic, artistic decor. Mary Catherine's home is immaculate and beautifully kept. So many goodies in the pantry and fridge! We had an amazing brunch in the dining room and enjoyed the comfy living room. We'll stay here again, 💯

We got our Airbnb an hour before the deadline to rent. They were immediately responsive and got us set up within an hour! They thought of everything here! Good snacks and drinks provided for you, toiletries, super comfy beds (most important imo), heating worked really well and fast (I’ve had major problems in other places), and it was just super cozy and cutely decorated!

we stayed at Nate and Monica's accommodations and it was lovely. the artwork was so cool, the books and magazines were great to look at. the beds were insanely comfy, we fell asleep in seconds and slept soundly. the area was quiet and close to great restaurants. the bathroom had soap, shampoo, and conditioner which is amazing. Great people and a great place!!

The Carriage House is a charming, well appointed home, seemingly built and designed along the principles of architect Sarah Susanka’s The Not So Big House, A Blueprint for the Way We Really Live. The textures, colors, fabrics, building materials, decor were very soothing to our senses. The built-ins were lovely, the kitchen well appointed, lots of room for several people (and more than enough space for 2). Vintage leather couch, club chair and a fireplace. Parking was easy. I can’t say enough about this home! Super aesthetic—the kind of intimate surrounding you’d expect a writer to hibernate in to product their very best work. We breakfasted at Fay’s Country Kitchen, which was within walking distance. Cash only, the food was fast and friendly. We enjoyed being served by Missy, our waitress. Fay’s decor was 1950’s inspired. They still hand write their receipts which I loved. The restaurant was preciously a Chevy dealership and a Goodwill. The Carriage House made my visit memorable.

A charming place- watch your head on some of those low spots! Otherwise a great cabin- It's was rainy/snowy so I didn't use the firepit although it looked enticing!

The stay at Adam's was great! It was a great location, easy to find, easy to access, and has plenty of on-street parking, even for 2 cars. The unit is cozy, well designed, and full of great features to make you feel welcome, like coffee, charger cables in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, and an adorable front balcony. The location was perfect for our visit. There were lots of things to do in the area, and the close proximity to the river walk was a plus. And the quietness of the neighborhood and the building was very welcome for a light sleeper. Midtown is a sweet area. Adam was exceptionally responsive as a host. When a couple of questions popped up, he answered them almost immediately. If I return to Harrisburg, I'll definitely try to stay there again.

Perfect place to stay, very comfortable and safe. The neighborhood is very quiet. Erin and Gregg are there if you need anything else, yet they are very quiet. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient for my overnight stay! The apartment has all the basics plus laundry units (score!). It’s small but feels spacious. I would definitely stay here again next time i’m in town and hopefully explore the area a bit more.

This is the second visit for us at Jordan’s apartment and we will return in the future. The surrounding area is a typical urban setting but we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. His apartment is clean, comfortable and convenient. In fact, his apartment is huge. Plenty large enough for a family to enjoy. My wife and I were very impressed with the space available. We have stayed in two of the three apartments available with two large bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. Jordan was extremely responsive and we didn’t have to wait for a response to our questions.

We stayed at Greg’s place just one night as we were hiking the next day and then heading home. The location was perfect for our visit. It was very easy to find. It was very clean and comfy. It was very affordable. Would stay here again.

I stayed in one apartment in this building and my Mom stayed in one adjacent to it. It worked out great for visiting Hershey and downtown Harrisburg. Right next to the Capitol Complex.

Always an exceptionally beautiful experience staying at this location. Host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. If there were more than 5 stars to give I would give them!!

To echo the sentiments of other reviews. This is an exceptional place to stay if you are looking for an immaculately presented, private, self-contained place. Communications were seamless and always helpful. I arrived late on a cold evening and the heater was on in the loungeroom. On another occasion Holly wrote to advise to watch out for high winds, fallen branches and snow on the roads. Such thoughtful touches were evident from start to finish. I was visiting my son in Gettysburg as well as doing a little sightseeing around the area. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Photos are a good reflection of what to expect.
