The location is absolutely amazing!!! The view out the back is just stunning. We miss it already. Gorgeous sunrise can be seen from both kitchen & MBR. The outside back deck was great and spacious! It is only a few steps down from the deck to the beach and you can walk and stroll along the private beach in both directions. A lovely welcome basket was there for us upon our arrival which was much appreciated. It has a cozy cottage beach house feel. Exactly what we were hoping for in our winter getaway weekend there! A lot of local recommendations were given and Amy was extremely responsive and checked-in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful, spacious, very clean and well organized house. Every morning we sat on the deck, drank coffee, and listened to a cardinal sing. The beach was close, easy to access and a relaxing walk in the sand. I would definitely rent this house again!

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Everything you need for the beach (a short walk away) and more. Restaurants, grocery shopping, and coffee within walking distance. Even more is accessible with a short ride on bikes, which are provided. Talani was very responsive and a great host! Highly recommend!

Host was incredibly flexible and responsive. We had booked the property before it was built and the host met us about 6 months before the reservation so we could see the property before pictures were available. The only issue we had while there was with some of the TVs. While the big TV in the family room worked we had some issues with the other TVs and the host offered to come out our first night. TVs were not very important to the majority of us staying there so we said it could wait. He came out the next day to work on them and again the following day to replace the router we had no issues after that. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and we couldn’t be happier. It is very minimally decorated but again this was not an issue for us. We had booked it for a place to stay before and after our wedding in downtown St. Augustine. We highly recommend this property.

We had never been to Amelia Island, but we’re so glad we stayed at Jenny and Matt’s place. The home itself is beautiful…spacious and spotless and laid out really well for multiple guests to enjoy some privacy if desired. While the structure itself is fantastic, the beachfront location and ridiculous views are the star of the show! Amelia’s downtown area had some nice shops and restaurants and we enjoyed walking the area several times while visiting. You won’t be disappointed!

Sarah’s place was a perfect spot to stay while visiting my son in the Navy. The house is clean, bright, and was just the right size for our family of 5. The heated pool was a treat for the teens, and I loved the patio for sipping coffee in the mornings. We used the provided bikes to ride the 1/2 mile to the beach. Sarah was very responsive to answer questions and we will definitely look to stay here again if we come back to visit my son.

This place was great. It felt very much like home with plenty of space for kids. We enjoyed our stay and the host is great.

Kyles home was exactly as described and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for our group, it was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use after long days at the players. Will definitely be back!

Great little quick and get away from Jacksonville, very walkable to all the restaurants and bars. Recommend

We had a great week at Brian and Ashleys’s place celebrating my husband’s birthday. The Airbnb was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the backyard pool and putting green, pool table and other games and they even purchased pickleball equipment for us to use. They were very responsive to any needs or questions we had. We would definitely stay at Coastal Bliss again! The Griffin family

We had a great time at Kristie's place, it had everything we needed for our stay including a well equipped kitchen and amenities. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs, and enjoyed walks to the park and the beach.

St. Simons rentals were super helpful. We had originally booked a reservation for a different unit and the current owner for that was no longer renting it out. They moved us to another unit and it was a great upgrade, I appreciated the proactive response and they were a pleasure to work with.

Stayed for the Donna 26.2 Marathon weekend and was perfect location. Walkable to the beach and even the start of the race. Lovely home away from home.

We had such a great time at this comfortable, beach home! Kitchen is well-equipped, bed was so comfortable, the views are breathtaking and the beach is incredible. We’ll be back!

Everything was perfect about our stay. The house was comfy and welcoming. Amenities were everything you needed. The backyard was perfect for our gran-dog plenty of room for her to run and play while we hung out grilling up some food, and sitting by the fire. I definitely recommend if you are visiting Atlantic Beach area.

10/10 the stay was perfect! We were so close to the beach and close to everything we could have possibly needed :) House was clean and bed was comfortable—Lisa went above and beyond! We weren’t getting in until late, and Lisa made sure to turn some lights on for our arrival! We will stay again when we come back in future!
