This Airbnb was very clean , fully stocked , perfectly located for a simple/fast walk to Broadway , and SO CUTE! Felt very secure staying here. Would totally stay again. The whole building was clean! Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends/family.

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was excellent and just a delightful experience. As advised always best to look over the check in latch app process. It’s easy and would recommend watching the video. Great stay and if I ever come back to Nashville i will stay here again.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Great place to stay! Clean, and looks just like the pictures online. Great location. Great amenities We will definitely be back. They were great hosts… very responsive and left very clear, detailed instructions on how to check in and get keys, etc.

FaB place to stay for our 2 night trip into the Smoky mountains and the surrounding area. Our accomodation had fantastic views of the mountains and a little walk up the road great sunset views. Communication with Kathryn was great

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

This was our fourth time staying at Dan's place. As always, Shaun and Jamie were close at hand and responsive to our needs. We particularly enjoy the quiet, wooded surrounding and comfortable accommodations. Our home away from home in Kentucky. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Really big and quality guest house for the money. Beautiful property and friendly but unobtrusive hosts. Hour from Nashville and great state parks nearby. Also, it was SUCH a bonus to have a frozen pizza and eggs in the fridge when we arrived. We were starving, didn’t think ahead (like my mom would’ve) and the nearest store closes at 8! Can’t say enough good things.

This cozy retreat was a God-send to us! We stayed for 6 weeks while house hunting. The neighborhood is super cute and it is close to shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The retro decor was cute and perfect for the house. Our dogs enjoyed the large backyard. The beds were comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

Zach's place was perfect for our weekend get-away to Nashville. The place was very comfortable and cozy. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very conveniently located to all the music venues we attended. And the host was amazing, lots of helpful suggestions, even before we arrived! Great experience :-)

Perfect home. Clean, cute, nice accommodations. Host responded to messages. Beds were very soft. Deck in the back was charming. Kitchen is large and nicely stocked. Washer and dryer are very nice. Will stay here again the next time I am in town.

We really enjoyed our time at Anusha’s place. The location was perfect. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Our favorite part was the living room and dining room area. The area was open and easily accommodated our group(6 Ladies). We would definitely stay again!

The place was so adorable for our bachelorette group. So close to downtown and with enough bedrooms for us all.

My Wife and I spent 4 nights here! Impeccable location, clean and excellent attention to detail. I didn’t order a single Uber the entire trip, everything you want is walkable. I am a light sleeper and we didn’t hear a peep all night. This beats a Hotel any day! Cindy is extremely responsive, clear and communicative. I highly recommend staying here when you are in town!

Our stay at the Golden Hour Getaway was everything we expected. The location is convenient and within waling distance of the Gulch and Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and provided the perfect space for the five of us.

Really lovely place! Clean, comfortable and close to downtown. It is next to train tracks so there can be some occasional noise.

Right at a mile from downtown. We didn't walk it but you definitely could. Always easy to get an Uber or Lyft. Had groceries delivered and the area was easy for the delivery people to find. Axe throwing right across the road with a bar. Building was extremely secure. Easy to get in and out with Latch app. Apartment was very clean with all amenities. The balcony was amazing to spend most of our time at the apartment. Good people watching!! Overall, would definitely book here again!!!

Very nice place in a fantastic location. The space was clean, well furnished and had many perks such as charging stations, nice cookware and a double make up table with mirrors. Dave was responsive to any questions or small concerns.

Initial trip was for our daughter’s cheer competition and the location was more than perfect! Nick was very responsive and instructions were clear. Check-in was so easy! Super easy to find & get in/out. Condo was clean with accurate representation of the listing. Matched perfectly & looked just like the photos. Plenty of sleep options inside the condo. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, etc. Same for the bathroom—just as Nick mentioned in his messages. Nick was super helpful & responsive. Location was perfect! We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. (a BIG plus that it was so close to the Convention Center for comp too). It was a breeze walking to explore the area with our kiddos because of the great location—age range 3-14. Kiddos loved the heated indoor pool too! Perfect for this time of year to keep em occupied. We would definitely visit again! Thoroughly enjoyed it!!!
