Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

The flat was really well located and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and there were nice touches like biscuits and umbrellas. Very easy communication with Marion. I would certainly stay here again. Perfect place for a few days in Edinburgh.

This a beautiful, spacious, arty apartment in a perfect location. We stayed for three nights with our two grown up children and loved every minute. We were only a short walk or Uber ride from plenty of local bars, shops and attractions and yet the street was so peaceful at night.We slept really well! Rachel is a wonderful host, quick to respond,leaving plenty of helpful notes, a choice of duvets for every weather and some thoughtful supplies in the fridge. We will be back!

Andy was a great host, very attentive and readily available for any questions. His flat was in a great location for us with close by supermarkets, car charging and great free parking outside the flat. We would definitely use this property again for a return visit. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host responded really quickly to any queries. The kitchen was quite well equipped. My only issue was there was only one shelf in the oven, making it tricky to cook a roast for 4 of us. And also there was only room for 4 to sit in the living room. Another easy chair or sofa would have made it much more relaxed. Overall, though, everything was great!

Lorna's place was fantastic! They greeted us at the door and had a lovely chat, extremely helpful. They even left us some home made cake that my mother was in love with and we tried Lorna's homemade jams that we adored. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed. My parents are seniors and the location was ideal so we could go places very easily and when they were tired it was easy to return. My parents were extremely impressed with the place and the kindness of our hosts! We loved it and we would absolutely come back!

Was on exchange in London and decided to visit Edinburgh, was extremely lucky to stay at Usman’s accommodation. He was extremely welcoming and waited for our arrival on the first day and took the liberty of showing us around the house. The place was super cosy, clean and warm. A proper lovely place to stay that’s not far from the main tourist spots either. Cannot thank Usman enough for being so lovely and ensuring we have everything we need for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back for a visit to Edinburgh. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We had a great time staying at Jamie's place on a family trip to Edinburgh, it was very easy to get into the city centre either via bus or walking. The flat was clean, and had lots of features which helped us have a smooth stay, the oven, microwave and Quooker tap were all really easy to use and had all the features you could possibly need! I would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to host them when they visit the city.

I have stayed in many Airb&b’s and this has been by far the best one yet. Small and cozy but has everything you need and then some. Parking garage makes it perfect for you to drive to this location and ensures your vehicle will remain safe. The host was very friendly and communicative. Centrally located for you to walk and explore. And over all the AirB&B was very private and peaceful. Would definitely come back to this city and stay in this location once again. 10/10

Marie was extremely helpful and responsive from check in to checkout, made sure we could find the house without any trouble and that it had everythingwe needed (and more!) to feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped and we even had breakfast foods available which made our first night much smoother. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It is only meters away from the train station and bus stops which quickly took us right into the city center. Would 100% recommend staying at Marie's and would love to be back myself if I am back in Edimburgh.

We all thoroughly enjoyed being in the house. It is spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect location for the golf, shops, restaurants etc. Everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and we would all return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

Lovely flat! Clean and very well equipped for us 2 adults and 2 children. Lovely and warm, Garage parking much appreciated And of course wonderfully situated for exploring Edinburgh! Hopefully we will return!
