We loved out weekend at the cabin. Located just up a hill from the beautiful St. Francis river, the cabin was comfortable and had good amenities. Had all we needed to make a good dinner on the grill. Beds were comfortable even if one was not quite long enough for an adult. The best thing was the nature, the solitude and the river. A very short drive to small towns with restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Millstream Gardens. A great value.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, but the star of the show was the location. No words could possibly describe how beautiful this location is. It was truly peaceful. We kayaked and marveled at the clear water. Our dog loved wading in the river and getting the zoomies on the river rock beaches. She even had her first (and very short lol) kayak ride. The bird watching was pretty great, and I imagine it’s even better as it warms up. It was a hard place to leave, and we would definitely make the long trek from Ohio just to visit again in the future.

Booked the cozy cabin due to it being close to several scenic places and trails i wanted to hike. There is a few good restaurants nearby as well. The place was well lit, and was spotless when I arrived. The hot tub was wonderful for relaxing after a long day of hiking and sight seeing. Alberta communicated very well too. Will definitely book again next time I'm up that way.

I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re a fisherman and enjoy a private, peaceful escape, this is the place for you! Kim and Kevin are the sweetest couple. I had the chance to meet them and talk for a while and I highly recommend doing that too if you get the chance!

We had an amazing time at Bertucci’s cabin in Arkansas! The location is easy to get to, and the cabin itself is cozy and full of charm. Nick is hands-down the best host you could ask for—super welcoming and helpful. He even has an amazing book! The night skies were absolutely breathtaking, perfect for stargazing. The pond was a hit with everyone, especially with the free kayaking available. My personal favorite was the shooting range—such a cool feature! The kids loved being out in nature, feeding ducks, and exploring. The trails around the property were beautiful and full of unique rocks, making every walk an adventure. And don’t even get me started on the hot tub spa—pure bliss! One small issue was some other guests arriving with loud, off-leash dogs, which made things a bit hectic. But aside from that, the experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to enjoy nature with a few awesome extras!

This is a great place! Our favorite things are the view, the direct access to the river, and the hot tub. Boat access for the river at Sneed's Creek access is a 1/2 mile down the road. The bird and nature watching is high level. We saw bald eagles, kingfishers, otters and even heard wild turkeys on Sunday morning. Great place to get away for our family of five plus two dogs!

The cabin looked brand new! Beautiful scenery! Only complaint is the extremely uncomfortable pull out bed. This thing is NOT intended to be slept on. My husband tried it the first night and my 9 year old daughter the second. They could feel every spring and the bars that ran across. Just wanted to emphasize that there is only one suitable bed. Otherwise everything is as described.

The cabin was gorgeous! The hosts super accommodating. Loved relaxing in the hot tub and sitting by the gorgeous river.

What a charming mountain home. Highly recommend if you're in the area, and if your not in the area it is worth the trip for relaxation in a cottage that was well thought out to receive guests.

Pat & Ritas place is exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay. Probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at. It is very peaceful and is a great place to relax. The bed was sooo comfy. We appreciate you sharing your cabin with us. We will definitely be back.

This cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is well-stocked and if you enjoy using the charcoal grill, that works great, too. The bed is comfy, the gas fireplace is cozy and easy to use. There are so many windows that you get the feeling you are in the woods and you can enjoy as much sunlight and fresh air as you prefer. If it’s raining or overcast, then the cabin feels even more like a cozy refuge. Quiet is also in abundance. The sounds of nature, plus occasional moos from the cattle were all we heard. If you want to check out nearby parks or a brewery, those are all within driving distances of about 30 minutes or less.

Waking up to the sound of the river and sipping coffee on the porch with that breathtaking view was pure bliss. The location is peaceful yet conveniently accessible, offering a wonderful balance of nature and comfort. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I can’t wait to come back—highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat.

Kathy Robert are so friendly a d helpful! You are greeted with a peacock feather and a smiling faces. The cabins are equipped with almost everything you need. It's so peaceful and the farm animals come to visit you which is always nice. Great people and a great place to disconnect from the everyday world. Highly recommend you come and visit.

The cabin was a perfect weekend retreat to relax and enjoy the scenery. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying nature each morning for breakfast and the hammock by the pond was perfect! The location is close to several river access points. We will definitely be back!

This place was great. It was clean, very comfortable, beds were comfy and Jason responded really quick to my questions.

This is my new favorite spot! the cabin is so beautiful with all the amenities you could use to be comfortable, it was better than being home.. The bubble bath with the view was amazing they even have a heater installed above so you stay warm in and out of the water!! The land it sits on is breath taking we saw a pair of bald eagles flying every day right at the edge of the cliff and it's a spectacular view. deer come right up to the cabin as well so if you enjoy the outdoors and peace this is the place for you. it's very private and there are two towns within 20 minutes and no expensive tourist prices just cute tiny towns. The bigger Rolla is less than an hour for more city like entertainment but I prefer the short drive down to the river where you can swim in the springs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The host was so kind and quick responses for any questions we had. This is the ozark experience and I'm so thankful for my time here. can't wait to come back!!

I highly recommend this BNB to anyone. Location is great, minutes from everything. Our party had 5 adults and a two year old toddler and we had plenty of space!!! We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. Cabin was cute. Owner stopped by and introduced himself. Very friendly. We didnt have any issues with check in or things not working. Just be aware at this moment the road has larger rocks and it was a very bumpy ride. We have verizon and had just enough signal to text, make a call and look things up online that we needed to. Overall great stay!

The view is better than you could imagine. If you like outdoors and getting away, this is the place. Had fun at the river, had fun with target practice, had fun with the ATV's. If it were a little later in the warm season, I bet the fishing would have better too! Great Place.

This place is amazing !!! We spent our days by the water & night by the fire. We played card, dominos, & read books. It was a nice family getaway where my son spent majority of his time fishing or having me paddle him around to get better fishing spots. It was a much needed break away from the city!

Quiet, secluded and peaceful. The pond is so pretty! The cabin was amazing, sparkling clean, very well stocked, and super easy to find. The bed was so cute and quite comfy, complete with extra pillows! The water pressure in the shower will knock your socks off!! There are even 2 bbqs, both gas and charcoal. I can't say enough about the peacefulness. Sitting in the rocking chairs on the expansive deck, listening to the crickets, birds, frogs and squirrels was beyond relaxing! The beautiful fall colors were in abundance in late October with so many different types of trees on the property. James was an amazing host. He responded within seconds if I had a question. He was super accommodating too! There is plenty to do within a few miles of the cabin. Montauk State Park is just a short drive with amazing fishing and hiking, and the towns of Salem and Licking are very close (Salem even has a Walmart). The options for restaurants for any meal are abundant in both towns.

The place was absolutely breath taking! We were lucky enough to have the grounds to ourselves and it was like an Ozark oasis getaway, but still in touch with society. We’ll be recommending this to friends and family for any getaway/event needs! 🖤

WE really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was we couldn't stay a little longer. Very nice quiet, peaceful. Great view from the porch. Julie and Paul are great hosts and asked us several times if we needed anything. Thay contacted me while in route and gave us the lockbox code. Easy check in, clean, decor was great, stocked kitchen with everything you needed. WE will defiantly stay again when time allows. I consider them as friends!
