Was so nice to have it all decorated for Christmas, the whole house was decked out and was very festive and cheerful! Was great for our group of extended family for the Holidays. Very private and peaceful and accommodated all our needs. Kelly was very friendly and responsive, and check in and check out was very easy.

We moved here early December. We had sold our place, but couldn't move into our home until Dec. 27th. This was a great spot to stay until we could move in. Thank you so much!

There were so many positives about our stay. We really appreciated Naomi's hospitality, the stainless steel cookware, cotton sheets, comfortable home, the [very large] covered back porch, AND the neighbors are GREAT!

The property was easy to find, comfortable, clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. I would have no problem staying here again.

This cabin was perfect for my husband, myself and our daughter for a short spring break getaway. We love visiting Mountain View. The cabin is in a great location with easy access to downtown as well as Blanchard springs recreation area. The cabin was clean, neat and well stocked for cooking.

Just what we needed for a quick getaway. Very close to Elephant Rocks! Steve and Jennifer were very responsive, and their house was beautiful. Lovely decor!

James was a great host! Responded to all the questions we had and then some! The house was very clean and neat! Loved the stay will be back to book it again!!

Lovely, private space. The lakehouse is not only beautiful but has been updated with some modern amenities that really made it feel luxurious to stay in, including a new wood stove, updated remote control ceiling fan light fixtures, and a beautiful spacious bathtub/shower combo. Of course, the scenery could not be beat, and there was so much local wildlife to appreciate. Our host, Dan, was very gracious and accommodating as well. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a natural, private refuge in a comfortable home. Thank you to our host!

Doug’s place was a welcome retreat for our extended family for Thanksgiving 2024. We had seven adults and 6 kids - all had an amazing time. Here are some things we really liked about Doug’s place: 1. The kitchen was spacious and squeaky clean. There were loads of appliances and helpful kitchen tools to use. Our family was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in the bright, spacious, and well-equipped space. 2. The huge dining room table easily fit our large party. We loved the dark wood and the contemporary benches to complement our holiday feast. There was also additional seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of room to entertain. 3. The kids, aged 8-16, loved playing in the basement game room. Pool, foosball, basketball, and a large device-compatible screen. The television also has many streaming services. Lots of seating and sports for lounging. The six kids loved it. 4. The hot tub was a nice touch on the cool days and nights. The tub could hold 8 adults easily. Fun times!

It's easy to tell that these folks work in the education field based on how thorough and organized the guest info binder was! It was a great touch on top of an already great place!

Always a pleasure staying here and it feels like home. Highly recommended! Love the feel of the home and the amenities provided. A peaceful getaway not far off the beaten path. Looking forward to our next visit!

The place was nice. It has plenty to do and is close to Norfork Lake with a private launch. The owners are very nice and communicate very well. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. We had some weather issues and had to cut the stay short but that was no fault of the owners. Overall, we are planning another stay with them.

This was the absolutely perfect spot to view the eclipse in totality for four awesome minutes. Beyond those few minutes, it was also a nice place to relax after a 12 hour journey to get there! There’s a beautiful, picturesque lake right at our back door, a nice covered deck to sit out on, and plenty of geese to watch frolicking about. There was a grill and a picnic table. Right across the street was a nice walking path. There was a bit of street traffic noise and spotty internet and cell service, but that could be from all the increase in traffic to the area for the big event. Very friendly hosts made it super easy to check in and out.

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

Our second stay here and not our last. Comfortable beds, welcoming feeling, amazing hosts, and everything you need for a weekend or a week and more. We love Clearwater Lake, and this will be our go-to home away from home.

So Anedodi, is the best bang for the buck. I love how they have left the extras that other guest "donate" we left some beautiful florals and and other dish ware. It feels just like going to the family cabin. And that is the BIGGEST Bath tub i have ever seen in my life everyone's first response was how did they get it in here, i think they built the house around it..lol Everything is really great and when you're stressed just go have a drink on the porch and watch the sunset did wonders for my soul.. thank you so much Hilary for sharing your piece of heaven.. the Martin-Teager's although i didn't get a hyphen even on face book so scratch that Thank You, The Martin's ...lol

I was traveling solo with my dog, so I was a little nervous. I recommend downloading a map of the area on your device. Not because of poor directions. I wanted to take backroads to my friends’ home at Black Rock, so it was very important for navigation. With that said, once I got settled in, I felt safe. I loved the kitchen area, the back deck and the bed! There’s lots to see on the land and I enjoyed walking around and looking at rocks, plants, trees, and listening to birds. There’s lots of pileated woodpeckers, butterflies and a sweet pawpaw grove halfway up the driveway. Plus a little creek begins near the house. The place is well-stocked, I had everything I needed, and I was very pleased with Shelley’s communication! Once onsite the WiFi password gets you into a fast network and all I had to do was turn on WiFi calling. I slept twelve hours one night, it was so quiet. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. I bet it’s beautiful in the fall/spring! Highly recommend!

Was an awesome place and very beautiful.

This place is amazing and we definitely want to come back. Jay was very hospitable and responsive. As others mentioned in their reviews, the professional kitchen in the common area really is great. We came down to Pine Valley with a big group for a float trip. Its was a huge relief that this property had everything we needed and more so we could just focus on spending time with each other. Oh, and we found a full size cornhole game with sandbags we played with too. Fun.

Great little place in the country. Love the sounds and smells of a farm.

Kathy Robert are so friendly a d helpful! You are greeted with a peacock feather and a smiling faces. The cabins are equipped with almost everything you need. It's so peaceful and the farm animals come to visit you which is always nice. Great people and a great place to disconnect from the everyday world. Highly recommend you come and visit.

Everything was amazing! You have everything you need. And its completly furnished. We have been traveling for 4 days on our way back home so we slept the whole stay. But waking up on the middle of the nature was so beautiful and peacefull. And she was so nice and helpful. Thank you!

Mark and Tina are excellent hosts and their cabin is just as described: private, quiet, and rustic, tucked away in the woods. Was very easy to find, directions were excellent! There's a market about 10 min. drive away for food or forgotten items! Also appreciated: the grab rope for sitting on the outhouse seat and the outside lighting for nighttime toilet trips!

Everything about this place is wonderful. The location and scenery is perfect and the cabin is cute and cozy. You couldn’t dream up a better place to get away for a weekend.
