Started the Christmas holiday right by spending several days relaxing in this delightful rustic cozy log cabin that was well-equipped w/ a full kitchen, extra amenities, games/puzzles, TV apps, & a well-functioning pellet stove & space heaters. Loved the host's extras, like the festive holiday decorations, goat milk soap & lotion, and fresh hen & duck eggs. Enjoyed walking around the beautiful property & stream and visiting the friendly farm animals (chickens, ducks, farm cats, guinea hens, goats, & working dogs). Quiet scenic location off the beaten path & surrounded by BLM lands. Scenic drive to/from Stanley for recreation & nordic & snowshoeing. Plenty of walking trails near Challis. Lamb's Market grocery store & gas stations easily accessible. Highly recommend dinner at the Real Deal Smokehouse for delicious pulled pork & tri-tip. Very hospitable hostess who was a great communicator. Would happily spend another holiday in this cabin!

We loved everything about Ellen’s guest cottage. From the moment of our arrival, we felt at home. The stunning mountain views can be enjoyed wherever you are on the property. The private, cozy, modern cottage is a perfect size for two friends or a couple. Two French patio doors, from where you can enjoy the mountain views, frame the gas fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals during our one-week stay. Many cross-country ski trailheads were within a mile or two. We could see downhill ski slopes from the windows. We arrived late at night in a snow storm. Ellen stayed up to make sure we made it okay. They had the driveway and walkway to the cottage shoveled so we could easily enter. It continued to snow hard the next few days, yet they always managed to keep the driveway and walkway clear. The neighborhood is beautiful and welcoming and the roads were plowed throughout our stay. There is a trailhead at the end of the road. This is our favorite.

Our family had a wonderful 8 day stay at Chateau Noir in Sun Valley! It really was the perfect house and location to celebrate the holidays with our semi-adult kids and significant others who love to ski and enjoy the outdoors in winter. The house felt like home and the kids were able to have their independence without an extra car because the house is walking distance to town and on the bus route to the slopes.

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!!! Clean, affordable, great location. Parking can be a little sketchy at night when everyone is there, but we managed just fine. Great digs!!! We'll do this again in a heartbeat!!!!

We absolutely LOVE Diane’s place! It’s the perfect space to relax, rest, and have every amenity as if it’s a second home. It’s quiet, beautiful, cozy yet roomy at the same time. The beauty and attention put into every detail is remarkable. We definitely want to stay here every time we come to Mackay. 10 out of 10🤩 Thank you Diane for such a wonderful stay and for being THE best hostess ever!

We had the best stay at Monique's - it was perfect for three people and in such a prime location. It was extremely walkable to everything in Ketchum and super close to the ski mountain. I would stay here every time when visiting Ketchum.

We had a wonderful time in Ron and Lisa place! It is very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. This was our second stay at this place and we defiantly planning to be back Natalya and Sergey

Amy’s condo was beautiful. The high quality wood cabinets that are not only in the kitchen but throughout her home give the place a great upscale vibe. Alll the doors are heavy duty and solid. Just a beautiful place. Amy was very good at communicating. She promptly responded to all my texts. The electric fireplace was an added bonus along with nice views of the mountains from the outside deck. The hardwood floors are also of very high quality. The location is very close to downtown. Also, it was about a 3 minutes drive to the River Run lodge at Sun Valley. The underground parking was very convenient.
