Had a great stay that started with a four-hour airline delay that got us to the property late. Viktoriia was so accommodating and kind during a stressful travel moment. Checkin and checkout were seamless a d she was extremely responsive to questions we had. Great property, great host, great stay!

Lovely home! We had a problem and our host took care of it. FYI you can’t get the house temperature below about 75.

Très beau séjour, la résidence est très grande et la piscine est un atout majeur. À distance de marche du boardwalk et de la plage.

Place was great! There was 7 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all, plenty of space. Host was responsive to any questions that popped up and were accommodating to our requests.

What a lovely home! So many extra thought items in the house. Very clean, amazing back yard and the beds were super comfortable! Well stocked kitchen and so many wonderful outdoor items, like bags, pool items and the lighting outside was amazing! Just loved our visit!

Good stay for a group of 13 guys. Some shared beds but air mattress was available as well. The backyard is the best part of the house with a lot of good space. Very close to the casino which was great. Host was very responsive as we had some issues with check in but he resolved

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

Me and My Church sing group came to Miami for a church service and this was a great place to lay our heads! This house was perfect, especially the lake in the back was relaxing!

Miriam was amazing from the moment we booked months prior to our trip. Thankfully, we did not experience any issues throughout our visit that required us to reach out to her, however, she did allow us to push our check-out time significantly without an additional fee which was highly appreciative. As for the resort, I’d say to just be prepared for the additional resort fees and parking fees per day. Also, the elevators were a bit troublesome due to one of the 4 being down, so there were pretty decent wait times. Aside from that, everything was great! I would absolutely book again and I highly recommend. Thank you, Miriam!

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

O apartamento estava impecável. Roupas de cama e banho ótimas! Tudo muito bem cuidado em localização excelente! Gabriela também respondeu com gentileza e muita rapidez. Ficaria novamente no apartamento com certeza!

We had a fantastic stay at Val's guest house! It was exactly as described in the listing and provided the perfect space for our family. Val was a wonderful host, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The guest house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach – it was just a quick and easy drive, less than 10 minutes! This made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand with the kids. We highly recommend Val's guest house; we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation getaway! Beachfront resort with exceptional staff. Shopping and eateries are all within waking distance. Very relaxing. Dana communicated everything with us. Definitely will use her listing again.

A estadia foi excelente! Tive um pequeno imprevisto com meu voo e tive q ficar uma noite em Miami! Acabou sendo uma delícia! A piscina do prédio é uma delícia! Praticamente na praia… o calçadão que tem logo na saída da piscina e perfeita para andar de patins, bike, e até dar uma caminhada. Tem dois parquinhos públicos a uma distância confortável para ir a pé. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e muito limpo. Além disto qd cheguei já tinha uma garrafinha de água e um coca nos esperando de cortesia. Muito obrigada, espero voltar logo para uma estadia maior.
