We loved our three night stay in Alexander’s apartment! It’s cosy and modern and has a gorgeous spacious balcony too. Everything we needed was there - fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and even hair dryer and iron. It was very easy to find, just 5 min walk from Monasteraki metro station (which is the line yoi can get directly from the airport, super easy) . Location was perfect, just 20 min walk to Acropolis, Plaka nearby, and other tourist spots. Lots of nice bars and cafes within a couple of min walk as well as a delicious local bakery! Hosts were super responsive and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend!

Appartement très grand et très agréable pour 4 personnes. La proximité du metro, du centre ville et des sites a une dizaine de minutes est un gros plus. Petit bémol sur l entree dans la residence via un passage un peu delaissé.

Thanos is an exceptional host and the place was incredible! The location is perfect- easy parking, very near everything, views are stunning. The home was clean and beautiful. A/C units in the living area and both bedrooms. The bedroom with the view has a queen size bed and is very comfortable. The interior bedroom has a king size bed but is very firm. The balcony is stunning. One thing to note: the pool is private (your own pool), but there is not much privacy. Thanos made check in a breeze and was so helpful throughout our stay. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα του Aris ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ άμεσα ανταποκρίνονταν σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας. Μας επέτρεψε ακόμα και να κάνουμε check out αργότερα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο για 6 άτομα, δύο ζευγάρια και δύο χωριστά άτομα, η τουαλέτα και το επιπλέον WC καθαρά, ωραία επιπλωμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Υπήρχε καφές , ζάχαρη, λάδι, αλάτι, πιπέρι, κλπ στα ντουλάπια, πολύ χρήσιμα αν θέλει κάποιος να μαγειρεύει...και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Η περιοχή κεντρική, με κάποια προβλήματα, αλλά γενικά ασφαλής, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης και στα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα και το μετρό 1' λεπτό από το σπίτι....επίσης τρόλεϊ και λεωφορεία που σε πάνε παντού πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι.....Και θα το συνιστούσαμε αλλά και θα πηγαίναμε ξανά..... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Aris!!!

We are a family of three and stayed for a lovely week at Daphne's apartment. It was perfect for us...we all would have been delighted to stay a month, not just a week. I would be very happy to use the apartment again and recommend it highly to others. The apartment is exactly as its photos... clean, modern and comfortable. Great selection of restaurants and local shops nearby. Location generally is excellent, walkable to many sights, easy bus and metro nearby and we walked or used public transport early, day and late night during our whole stay with no concerns. Daphne left detailed recommendations info in the apartment, emailed us proactively and replied quickly and in detail to our queries. It all made for an excellent first time visit to Athens for us all.... Many thanks!!!

We had an enjoyable stay at Marita and George’s apartment! The location was perfect for us, outside of the tourist part which meant we had excellent restaurants that were a fraction of the price - to call out TUK TUK THAI STREET FOOD & Kalyvas Family Grill, whilst being able to easily walk to all the attractions. The apartment is spacious, modern looking and clean. Marita and George are on hand via Airbnb message if you need them. We messaged early on to share that the balcony door lock was broken and the shower fixture loose. We knew that being there over the holidays would mean living with this but wanted to raise so Marita and George were aware. The shower was a known issue and a replacement part had been ordered, the balcony door something new that they would pick up fixing. Even with these two issues we still rate this a 5 out of 5 due to location and feel of the apartment.

The place was perfect for us and in a great location. Penny responded immediately to any question we had. There’s a brand new tiny elevator that with our large luggage we used one person (and suitcase) at a time which was no problem. I would come back here to stay in a heartbeat!

Antouella and Christos were such perfect hosts! They were so understanding and helpful when there was a ferry strike and we couldn’t get to the island. They helped us look for ferries and figure out the best way to get there. Once we arrived, he had organized a transfer from the port to the place and was waiting for us there. They sent us an extensive list of restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, bars, breakfast and cafes, places to take day trips and any recommendations you could think of. They were very quick to respond during our stay with any issues we had. The place itself was so perfect, the bed is so comfy and the bathroom is so nice the shower pressure is amazing and the soaps they provide smell amazing. The balcony was so peaceful we would wake up and have a cup of coffee out there. The place was really close to one of the beaches but definitely be prepared to get your steps in as it is very hilly. Overall we had the best time here and the hosts were amazing! 10/10

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. Great neighborhood. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable experience!!

We had 6 of us staying at this villa. It was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport. We did rent a car, which I think is absolutely needed in this area. The roads are very interesting getting to the house from the highway. And we loved it. Lavrio is about a 15 minute drive and we went there almost daily. There is a grocery store on the way to the house from the airport, that Mario suggested to us. We drove to the airport and parked there for the day on two occasions and took the metro in to Athens. It worked out wonderfully and was so easy to figure out where to get off and on. I would highly recommend Mario and this house. It was peaceful, secluded(ish), plenty of room and you cannot beat the views. Mario met us at the house, he asked midweek how things were and provided some information on things around the area. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommended!

This chic home was in the perfect location for our week in Athens. Sitting in a peaceful pedestrian enclave in the “old” part of the city, only a moments walk from the Areopagus, Ancient Agora, Acropolis, Filopappou Hill, a wonderful variety of restaurants & so much more! Vasilis was our friendly and thoughtful host. He couldn’t have done more to make our visit to his city a happy & memorable one. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home & comfortable in this well equipped, spotlessly clean home. Our Welcome Hamper with cereal, fruit, milk, water, bread, biscuits & cheese was very much appreciate. We chose to spend part of every day relaxing on the spacious roof terrace. It really does have the most mesmerising views! It might be worth knowing however, that at the time of our visit, there was noisy construction work going on next door due to a house being built on one side and maintenance work being done to an adjoining house on the other side!

We had a wonderful stay in that little, very well renovated apartment. The garden with its view over Athens is unbeatable and the small room upstairs is very charming! The apartment has a lovely and well maintained atmosphere and offers a kitchen and bathroom with everything a family needs. Even binoculars! The bed downstairs maybe is a little small for two adults and the room has no air conditioning, which for october is fine but still a bit warm. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a bed with a very firm mattress. We liked the area a lot, it’s quiet (though a primary school is next door) and we loved to sit on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the little garden! With metro and a little walk you can easily reach it after your adventures down in Athens! Gianni and his lovely mom gave us very warm welcome and showed us everything! Also he was very helpful with any questions we had. We recommend this home away from home and would definitely come back!

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός,πάντα διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.Γενικά,είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για όσους θέλουν μια άνετη και προσιτή διαμονή!!Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, φωτεινός και καλά εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα βασικά.

It was the sweetest little place, and the location was great.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Veldig fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, Plaka og akropolis. Smakfull innredet koselig leilighet. Litt vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen, men det ordnet seg. Vel verdt våre to netter i Athen. Anbefales!

El departamento es hermoso. Tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Con todo lo necesario para vivir, una cama súper cómoda y una vista increíble! Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de las atracciones caminando. Barrio muy silencioso. Gran anfitrión. Fue muy claro en todo y respondia rápidamente. Información bien detallada y organizada. Lo recomiendo al 100 %. Me sentí como en casa. Gracias!!!!

Πρόκειται για ένα καλαίσθητο και βολικό διαμέρισμα σε ένα απο τα πιο κεντρικά σημεία του ιστορικού κέντρου, δίπλα ακριβώς από το μετρό, με πρόσβαση σε όλη την Αθήνα. Σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή σε κάθε επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα!

Very recommended apartment to stay. First of all the hosts were very helpful, mindful and kind, with very fast responses - the best hospitality anyone would like to get. Beautiful apartment, well furnished and feels like home immediately, very clean, beautiful views from all around the apartment. The location is little far away from the center, but around the apartment you will have nice and cool local cafes and bars. We had some great recommendations from the hosts that we really enjoyed, loved our stay- we’ll be back for sure.

We had a lovely couple of days. Dimitris met us on arrival (after 11pm). It was fantastic having a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival especially so late at night. He was so god in providing us with additional information/ places to eat for my birthday & directions / tips for the football. 100% would recommend this accommodation.
