We had a great stay! This “comfort camping” cabin perfectly suited our needs. The grounds are beautiful, spacious and private, and made for a very relaxing getaway. Special shout-out to Julie and Wayne who live on-site and manage the property. They were so welcoming and helpful, and even made sure we knew about fun events happening in the community during our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean quiet and reasonable price

We had a great stay at The Stable! The unit is exactly as described and depicted in the pictures, and well-stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable visit. The location is also ideal: in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently central with downtown, restaurants, and stores a short walk away. Finally, Deb and Gary are such amazing hosts – friendly, accommodating, responsive, caring. Fully deserving of the five-star reviews!

good stay, worth what we paid

As others have said the photos do not do this magical place justice. Murray was easily reachable and very kind. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes etc. The AC was magical! Word of advice, unless you are confident in your physical capabilties, do not try to walk to the river from the cabin. The terrain is quite difficult.. lots of cacti, thorns, drop offs. After realizing how unfit we are, we decided to drive to the nearby campground (Sandy Point). We ended up having a wonderful day at the river basically by ourselves. Thanks Murray for your hospitality!

Great house for a big group staying. We had a great time for our family reunion there.

Very spacious. Great if you have hunting gear with you. Very hospitable, friendly host, genuinely grateful to have guests. Very clean and comfortable. Great location in town - easy to find. Great rate.

Surprisingly cozy place!! Well located, has everything you need and was decently clean. The hallways of the building have a bit of a smell but the unit itself didn’t smell. The other people in the building were really nice as well. Liana and the building manager were also very flexible on check in/out so that was greatly appreciated. I will definitely return on my next visit to the Hat
