Renta de lofts vacacionales en Chipre

Marios place was really lovely, we stayed here for a month and it really felt like a home. The place is really relaxing and comfortable, the dogs downstairs are really well behaved and friendly, Mario's parents were really nice and gave us some grapes from their vines outside. There is a Lidl in protarus which was cheap and close (around a 20min cycle each way) We worked whilst we were here and WiFi was great and Mario mentioned if it wasn't good enough he would upgrade it for our visit. We love wildlife which is why we chose this location. Close to the apartment we saw 4 chameleons, Konnos bay which was really local has a beach 5 mins along the nature trail towards Cyclops cave where we saw turtles every morning before work. Cape Greco was great for spotting reptiles and the snorkeling was brilliant (Blue lagoon was great before boats turn up and if the wind is blowing from that direction, blue holes on the opposite side will be clear)

Sehr schönes Appartment, richtig toller Stil, in den Vorhof scheint tagsüber die Sonne schön rein. Tochni ist so ein schönes, ruhiges Dorf, man hat ein bisschen das Gefühl in der Zeit zurück zu reisen. 2 tolle Restaurants im Dorf. Die Unterkunft war weitesgehend sauber und uns ist nichts störendes aufgefallen außer ein wenig Staub hier und da. Hugh ist unfassbar freundlich und herzlich. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Великолепные апартаменты в тихом и уединенном месте, в 40 минутах на машине от Гирне. Все чисто и аккуратно. В квартире в зимнее время тепло, с горячей водой не было никаких проблем! По соотношению цена-качество - великолепный вариант для тех, кто на машине. Из замечаний - хотелось бы чуть больше посуды для готовки, но это нисколько не испортило нашего впечатления. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns auch dieses mal wieder sehr wohl. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig und nur 5 min mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt. Das Café Koullas ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Tatsache, dass man in der Unterkunft ganz viele Früchte vom Baum essen kann, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Zunächst: Die beiden Ferienwohnungen liegen direkt nebeneinander und sind genau gleich, einfach gespiegelt. Diese Wohnung ist nach Westen ausgerichtet (Abendsonne), die andere nach Osten (Morgensonne). Wir wurden von Marios Eltern herzlich empfangen und bekamen alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, um die Region zu entdecken; in 15 Minuten war man (fast) überall. Wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe, mit dem Auto in Nullkommanichts am Kap Greco. Die Liegenschaft liegt auf einem Hügel und hat 270 Grad Meersicht. Wunderschön.

Tochni is a very nice and quite village with a bike center where you can rent bikes. We stayed in February 2023 there were unfortunately no restaurants open in Tochni. Hugh ( the owner ) was very friendly and welcoming, even offered us to wash our laundry. Inside the apartment there is no washing machine. The apartment was spacious and sufficient but for us not super clean as we have expected. Hot water was not running after ~11pm. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

It was a short stay but a pleasant one. The outside area surrounding the flat is very lively in the evening and night having live mini concerts in the nearby restaurant which could be heard without having to go out. Flat is spacious with all amenities included. The only minus for me were the stairs to the bedroom, they were really big so it felt like I’m gonna trip but nothing too major if you’re taller. All in all I would recommend Maria’s place!
