The villa is very accurately described in the info - downstairs spacious & good for entertainment etc. Shared pool large and clean, with 2 other villas sharing communal garden no problem for us. Only suggestion would be a few more items in the kitchen (there was no corkscrew) and that a few things around the villa are a little tired/need updating/needing a bit more of a “deep clean” (bathroom, microwave, items in cupboards etc). Facilities good with towels provided and we didn’t mind the 20-25 minute walk into protaras as the evenings were cooler and the streets around the area were well-lit with large pavements etc. Please note that out of season a lot of the restaurants/bars shut. Communication with stelios from before holiday to afterwards was great and his generosity allowed us to have a late check out free of charge. Instructions for finding the place & check in very clear and he also was very responsive and helpful when we messaged him mid-stay about taxis locally. Thank you!!

The place is with one word Perfect!! Beautiful villa,with beautiful interior and exterior ,from a to Z everything was amazing! Host was very kind and very fast responsive. She even sent me email of everything around!!Very beautiful to spent meaningful time with family and friends! Definitely recommending and will stay again

This house is just perfect for a holiday! The beach is a 7-minute walk away. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean, spacious and bright. And Lambros is very friendly and responsive.

Wir waren hier im Dezember und hatten den sauberen und kalten Pool für ins alleine. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. In den Betten konnte man unter den kuscheligen Decken super schlafen. Cathryn war sehr bemüht und hat uns immer sofort geholfen. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder unterkommen.

וואוו וואוו ועוד פעם וואוו אין מילים בית פרטי, ֿמזגן בכל חדר, בריכה, 2 מקלחונים ו3 שירותים. מטבח, סלון ופינת אוכל ענקיים. או שמדובר בבית חדש או שניקו אותו בצורה מדהימה :) 1 ק״מ מחוף ניסי המפורסם ו2.5 ק״מ מפארק שעשועים ו4 ק״מ מפארק מים. נמצא בשכונה חדשה ושקטה. אפשר לציין רק 2 חסרונות קטנים : 1) החלונות לא אטומים בכלל מה שאומר שאם מישהו זז אתה שומע. 2) הדרך חזרה מהרחוב הראשי היא בעלייה - מה שאומר שעדיף לנוע ברכב/מונית/אוטובוס מאשר ברגל למרות שהכל יחסית במרחק הליכה. TL;DR הדירה הכי טובה שהייתי בה בחופשה ! שירות מדהים ! תודה !

Eine unglaubliche Unterkunft, die meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen hat. Es gibt einen riesigen Pool, schattige Plätze unter Olivenbäumen, einen Open Air-Barbereich (mit Musik), eine große gemütliche Terrasse mit verschiedenen Grillgelegenheiten; und jeder Platz für sich ist es wert, ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Aber das aller Beeindruckendste ist die gigantische Aussicht! Man sieht auf die umliegenden Dörfer, die Berge und das Meer. Und bei jedem Blick entdeckt man etwas Neues. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind riesig, die Schlafzimmer gemütlich. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Victoria is very hospitable. The place itself is a good furnished with top-quality technic. The pool is common with the near stayed apartments building, but we didn't see almost anybody during our stay, so it could be considered as private. Highly recommend this villa to rent.

Wir waren zu 5 dort für 10 Tage. Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, die Lage war gut. Und im Haus war alles da, was beschrieben war. Die Gastgeber haben selbst bei Fragen nach Geldautomaten in der Nähe sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch beim mieten von einem Leihwagen wurde geholfen, sowie beim Flughafentransfer. Wir würden dort auch wieder Urlaub machen.

We stayed with 3 families in this house in the middle of march. First of all, the property is in a very convenient location with shops and restaurants just around the corner. On the other hand it is in the end of a dead-end street so it was really quiet with no noise from the main street. Also the sea and the promenade is easily accessible through the private road from the property. You really can´t ask for a better location really! Wonderful outdoor area with a pool (although not heated), several terraces and even jacuzzi. The house was spacious and clean with enough space for 6 adults and 6 children. Some amenities would need to be updated in the future, but there was really nothing that would disturb our stay in general. Overall a great place to spend your holiday in Ayia Napa with a larger group of friends or families!

When we needed help due to a sever situation the host has helped us a lot. We thank her and trust her with all our heart. Defenetly we will come next year!

Das Haus liegt nahe Protaras, Restaurants per Auto in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Meer ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool (beheizt gegen Zahlung). Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier. Das eine Dreibettzimmer ist sehr klein. Alle drei Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer Zugang und Smart TV. Optimal wahrscheinlich mit einer Belegung von 6 Personen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer gute Strandmöglichkeiten, im Winter von der Lage eher nicht zu empfehlen da viele Ausflugsziele per Auto 1 bis 1,5 Stunden entfernt liegen. Für ca. 200 pro Nacht eine tolle Villa und zu empfehlen. Pavlos ist ein Super Gastgeber, er kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen. Dankeschön Pavlos!

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

Great place great area. The village is very nice with small restaurants and shops even Haggen Dazs ice cream. Close to Limasol and Paphos. The Villa was great nice pool and seperate Jacuzzi. 3 bed rooms one with ensuite bathroom. The ground floor is a kitchen well equipped and a living room with TV and a dining area. All well kept new clean and easy to use.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Compared to other places, this villa was very affordable, offering great value for money. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay in Cyprus.

Superb villa over looking Paphos area. You will need a car, rely on taxis etc but all good.

סגרנו את הוילה 3 חודשים לפני מועד ההגעה ומאז ליאור עזר לנו הכל מה שהצטרכנו, עזר לנו למצוא סופרים , לארגן רמקול ואפילו לעשות צק אין מוקדם. הוילה גדולה ונוחה והסאונה והגקוזי ממש טובים יש מקום נוח לעשות על האש ולהקפיץ כדור תקשורת טובה עם המארחים שווה כל שקל ממליץ מאוד להגיע !!!!

İlk deneyimimiz airbnb biraz endişeliydik ve korkumuz en önemli olan evin temiz olmamasıydı fakat Evin temizliği kapıyı ilk açtığınızda kokusuyla yüzünüze öyle bir vuruyor ki kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz her şey çok güzel ve temizdi yataklar koltuklar temiz düzenli ve konforluydu burdan bir kez daha omid beye çok teşekkür ederimm gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz 🙏 sıcak suyu düşünmenize de gerek yok yeterince var 🙏

Miejsce naprawdę cudne. Wszystko odbyło się bez problemu. To był naprawdę super czas w super miejscu. Cisza, prywatność. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni. Dziękujemy.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

We had a wonderful stay in Pissouri. The house was in a perfect location, up on a hill with a stunning view. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and really spacious. The patio area with the pool was so lovely - the pool was clean and the loungers provided gave a real holiday vibe. There is also a very large (and very good!) BBQ which we really enjoyed using. The local village had lots of different eateries and a really friendly and relaxed vibe, there was also a lovely restaurant up on the hill a short walk from the house which also had a fantastic view and amazing food. There were so many different places you could visit within a very short drive, going down to the coast was only about 10 minutes in the car. It was also very accessible for Paphos and Mt Olympus. Rose is a fantastic host and was always available for any questions I might have had. Overall it was a really great experience and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Just excellent! The Villa is situated in a quiet Residential area with similar properties, Just a few minutes from the Edro Shipwreck, a nice Spot to enjoy the Sunset. A couple of restaurants (never tested) and a big supermarket (Philippos) are within a few minutes driving. The villa was outstanding, a very well equipped kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the baths was good. The pool was great and everything was very clean. Check in was easy and communication with the owners was also good. I highly recommend the property and would love to stay there again when coming back to cyprus.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

We had a wonderful stay here. Karen’s villa is in a beautiful location and the villa has everything you need - a really homely feel. The pool area and facilities are fantastic and the villa was very comfortable. I feel like all of the ‘little things’ have really been thought about here and they make such a difference. Thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend this stay to our friends and family. Pissouri is also a lovely little village full of charm - although we hired a car to explore the rest of the island we actually chose to come back to Pissouri each evening as we felt the charm wasn’t matched in other parts of the island.
