The place is absolutely great. We came in December, two parents and two kids (one baby girl of 1,5 years and a girl of 8 years). Super kids-friendly, great view, great house, it was just perfect for us. The village itself is quiet, but chic and delicate. The house is very clean, pleasant, with the clear imprint of Anna through the paintings on the walls, almost instant access to the beach, very clean neighborhood. We recommend to have a rented car, because it allows you to visit many places. When we got very late in the evening, Anna left us some goodies for the second day (olives, eggs, bread, milk...) and also some candies for the big girl. We appreciated so much this gesture. Thank you Anna for everything and if you still receive us, we'll come back next year, but more days.

Butas labai geroje vietoje, saugi kaimynystė, netoli jūros, prekybos centro, autobuso stotelės ir kitų vietų. Internetas greitas, tai patogu dirbti nuotoliniu būdu. Balkonas tobulas stebėti saulėlydžius ir grožėtis vaizdu. Bute buvo visko, ko reikėjo, tvarkinga. Panayiotis labai draugiškas šeimininkas, greitai atsako, rūpinosi visos viešnagės metu. Tikrai dar sugrįšime. Ačiū :)

Jen’s home was fantastic. It was lovely, comfortable and in a quaint little compound. Jen was so great at communicating and was really accommodating to us, even helping to sort out a cot and high chair. The location was nice, although in the August heat, the 15 minute walk to town was tough! I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Jen!!

Esperienza fantastica presso l’alloggio di Andreas! Mi ha fornito in modo impeccabile tutte le informazioni consentendomi di fare un check-in in tutta facilità durante la notte. L’appartamento è grande e con tutte le comodità! Inoltre, sebbene si trovi in pieno centro e a due passi dal porto, la zona è molto silenziosa. Andreas è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa riguardo la casa e per raccomandazioni sul luogo. L’appartamento era pulito, con asciugamani adeguati al numero di ospiti e lenzuola pulite. Rapporto qualità prezzo 100%! Se tornerò a Paphos, non avrò dubbi su dove alloggiare! Grazie Andreas ☺️

Dino was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and friendly. He accommodated our last minute booking and later checkout, which was very much appreciated. The place is clean and comfortable. Easy parking, many amenities, small supermarket 5 minute walk, and restaurants at your door stop. There is some noise from the street at night to be aware of - cars, horns, people talking - all of which should be fine for those used to a road facing apartment. We’d recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you for everything, Dino!

Konumu oldukça güzel. Klimlar 2 saatlik periyotlarda kapanıyor ve tekrar açmanız gerekli. Su basıncı ve sıcak su ihtiyacında herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Üç ayrı oda olması güzel 5/6 kişi gayet rahat kalabiliyor. Bir sonraki girne ziyaretimde tekrar kalmayı düşünebilirim.

A perfect stay. Menelaos provided great information prior to the arrival which was very helpful. The location of the apartment was ideal, close to all restaurants, bars and local points of interest. The apartment itself was great. Very modern, clean and well equiped. All instructions were easy to follow and clear. I would not hesitate to recommend. Menelaos was a perfect host.

This is a lovely apartment, exactly as in the photos, modern, clean and very comfortable. The location is great, even in the quieter winter months there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, food shops and a great bakery/cafe all within walking distance. The host, Mario, is friendly and very helpful, responds quickly to any queries and provides some good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed staying here and would happily stay here again.

Our visit was in the coldest time of the year in February when the night temperatures fell below zero, still the house prove to be warm and comfortable. The host was very nice to provide some groceries on our arrival with a welcome wine and and fully packed kitchen with lots of spice, sugars, salt, tea and coffee which is a very thoughtful and nice given the remote location of the house. The place has its charm, views are spectacular and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

Really nice authentic Cyprus house, so spacious. It’s a bit cold inside during the winter, but ACs totaly help!

Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Strand (ca. 5 Min mit 2 kleinen Kinder) und von der Stadt (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß). Disco für die Kinder und musikalische Abenden konnten wir im nebenstehensen Hotel besuchen. Bequim für die Familien mit den Kinder. Viel Spaziergangzönen. Alles super gewesen!

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Stunning house full of character, history and art.

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

The flat was immaculate and fantastic! Christos was a great host and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well for us. There was a construction site close by but it didn’t disturb us much. The next time we’re in Larnaca we know where we’ll be staying!

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

The only setback for us was the location was to far away from the local bus service and the sea, this was not to say that we didn’t enjoy our stay, it just meant we had to hire a car, both myself and my sister-in-law have trouble walking distances, which is nobody’s fault, I probably should have looked into it more. Sotia was there for us 24/7. If we needed anything she was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately on arriving home I had a fall and was unable to write this sooner, I thank Sotia, so much for making our lives easier and being there for us.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, ciche, ale wszędzie można dojść na piechotę. Ogromny taras z ładnym widokiem na baseny. Na ulicy sporo darmowych miejsc parkingowych. W kilka minut można dojść na plaże i promenadę oraz do restauracji i sklepu. Właściciel odpisuje na wszystkie wiadomości. Wrócimy i polecamy.
