Es war wirklich ein aussergewöhnlich schöner Kurztrip mit vielen tollen Wandermöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Dorf sehr ruhig und das Haus fantastisch. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Kommunikation auch super!

We hebben 10 dagen doorgebracht in het huis van Kristyna en ons prima vermaakt! We hadden overwegend goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad lekker konden gebruiken. Prettig: de binnenkant is van een soort zeil en niet van tegeltjes dus lekker comfortabel zonder scherpe randen. Iedere dag buiten eten, bbq een paar keer gebruikt, prima bedden, horren voor alle ramen, airco door bijna het hele huis. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers maar 1 daarvan is op de overloop van de andere 2 slaapkamers en daar heb je dus wat minder privacy. Keuken is prima (er is alleen geen oven) Veel prive tuin/ruimte om het hele huis. Er is een ander klein gasten verblijf vlakbij maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad en de tuin kan eventueel verder afgeschermd worden als je dat wil. Zwembad en tuin zijn sowieso prive. Voor wie Praag wil bezoeken: zet je auto neer bij de P+R ‘Cerny most’ en pak de metro naar het centrum. Metro is €1,- p.p. en parkeren was €2,- voor een hele dag

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

We stayed one week with two families (4 children) and had a great time. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Home away from home. We had lovely weather all week (29°) so really enjoyed swimming in the lake. It was also not crowded because most of the houses are from private owners. We also used the bbq twice. Although it was warm outside the house stayed cool. We slept with windows open for a cool breeze. Loved the insectsreens at the windows and the door at the living room. There were a lot of wasps and mosquitoes outside.

The location is so beautiful and we felt very comfortable during our stay!

Мы прекрасно провели время. Этот замечательный дом находится в очень тихом и уединённом месте. Можно погулять по лесу, полюбоваться природой и подышать свежим воздухом. Очень хороший и уютный дом, в котором есть всё необходимое для спокойного и комфортного отдыха. Сразу видно, что у него есть любящие хозяева. Особенно мы наслаждались тихими семейными вечерами у камина. Мichal очень гостеприимный, внимательный, заботливый и отзывчивый хозяин. Он всегда на связи и готов помочь, если нужно. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых. Мы с удовольствием хотели бы снова. приехать!

Super schönes Häuschen im Wald. Traumhafte Umgebung! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert, um zu entspannen!

Naprosto fantastické místo. Jen par kroku od vody. Krásně vybaveny dum. Ticho, klid, dum se nachází v lese primo u vody. Z pokojů vyhled na vodu. Vecer jsme travili u krbu. Byli jsme opravdu spokojeni a určitě se vrátime .

Wir waren mit 18 Leuten übers Wochenende in der Vila. Die Vila Louka ist ein Traum. Wir waren alle so begeistert von dem Ambiente und haben uns sofort alle wohl dort gefühlt, sodass uns allen die Abreise sehr schwer gefallen ist. Es war alles sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man hat so viel Platz. Die große GemeinschaftsKüche war perfekt für unsere gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten und bietete außerdem noch genügend Platz um abends dort das TanzBein zu schwingen. Der große Saal ist so schön gestaltet und bietet sich zum Feiern mit vielen Leuten perfekt an. Die Hochzeitssuite über zwei Etagen ist ein Highlight. Tolle Einrichtung im Vintage Style und die alten Balken im Ganzen Haus versprühen ihren extra Charme. Bei so vielen Leuten war auch die Vielzahl der Bäder und WC s von großem Vorteil. im großen Garten haben wir es uns trotz Schnee an d.Feuerstelle gemütlich gemacht. Auch der Badeteich wurde nach entfernen des Eises zum Eisbaden von uns genutzt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ubytování bylo velice příjemné a poctivě udělané, s láskou řekla bych😀Jako skupina 7 žen jsme ocenily 2 toalety😁, prostornou kuchyni, velký stůl a dobře zásobenou vinotéku vybavenou víny od vinařů přímo z Milovic. V domku jsou mimo jiné krbová kamna, takže v případě deště by nebyl problém trávit čas uvnitř, případně na sušáku usušit oblečení. Domluva s paní majitelkou bez problémů. Určitě bych se na místo ráda vrátila a doporučila rodině a známým. Děkujeme!

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern! Gabriela ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! ☺️ Wir waren zu 6. über das Wochenende in der Unterkunft und es war alles top! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und vor Ort sieht es in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aus, wie auf den Bildern! Unser Highlight war natürlich auch das Badefass im Garten, sowie der kuschelige Kamin im Wohnzimmer 👌🏼 Wenn die Sonne scheint ist der warme Wintergarten mit Aussicht ein weiterer Pluspunkt! Restaurants & Bistros, Supermärkte sowie eine Tankstelle sind direkt im Dorf zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Vielen Dank für die großartige Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊

We had a wonderful time! The house is very cosy, the garden is great and most of all it was so quiet. It was everything we hoped for. The environment is very pretty with lots to see and do. If you want a place to feel at home and relax, this is it! Sylvie is a very good host and she decorated the house beautifully. I'm sure we will be back 😊

Das blaue Haus am See ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Natur, schwimmen im See und Ausflüge nach Prag. Wenn man den Berufsverkehr meidet, sind es nur 35 min nach Prag. Es war die besten Entscheidung für uns im Haus von Dominika zu wohnen für unsere Reise nach Prag und Umgebung. Das Grundstück ist schön und eingezäunt. Leider dürfen Hunde nicht mit an den See, aber in nur 6min erreicht man einen sogar noch tolleren See wo Mensch und hund zusammen schwimmen können. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Danke an die Gastgeber.

Petr has a great house! There were 8 of us: 4 adults and 4 kids from 5 to 12 years old. We rented it for 9 nights and we were comfortable. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room with all the necessary utensils and appliances where we could spend time together, and on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each for 4 people. The house is much better than it looks in the photos, it has a lovely view over the valley. It is located in a quiet village, we did not meet a single neighbor the whole time. A few kilometers away are the Prachov Cliffs. Communication with the host was pleasant, we received helpful recommendations when checking in. We would be happy to come again.

Zeer goed verblijf gehad. De host reageerde zeer snel en heeft ons erg goed verder geholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prachtig verblijf in een prachtige buurt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf den See. Die Kommunikation mit Miroslav lief einwandfrei, Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet. Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten Host.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for the duration and our family. We were able to visit our family during the time and have a peaceful place to rest one the afternoon. We recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Rychnov! Simiona was very helpful and communicated promptly for our checking.

Wir haben mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 1 Hund) eine Woche im malerischen Varvazov verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war sehr komfortabel und die Zimmer sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch war alles da und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Schwimmteich war perfekt zum Abkühlen und die Kinder konnten auch im kleinen Fluß direkt nebenan planschen. Sehr schöne Landschaft um das Haus und ganz freundliche Nachbarn. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisek und Czesky Krumlov unternommen. Es war ein entspannter und sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Danke Martina für alles! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

Wij verbleven een weekje in Babice om daarna een bezoek aan Praag te brengen. We genoten van een aangenaam verblijf. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voor handen in de woning. Winkels zijn makkelijk bereikbaar met de taxiservice van Bolt. Heel veel mogelijkheden tot fietsen of wandelen. De kinderen leefden zich uit op de trampoline. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen.

Stylová chalupa na krásném místě v klidné vsi na hranici CHKO Třeboňsko, ideální pro milovníky výletů a houbaření. Najdete v ní vše, co potřebujete k pohodlnému pobytu, a to včetně hraček a her pro vaše ratolesti. Milí hostitelé, příjemná komunikace, co víc si přát. Děkujeme!
