Felice와 Tam은 정말 좋은 호스트였습니다 친절하고 소통이 빨라서 만족스러웠어요 도심에서 거리가 있긴 하지만 조용히 여유롭게 휴가를 즐기시기 위한 장소로 손색없습니다 수영장도 크고 사진보다 훨씬 좋은 숙소였습니다. 가장 좋았던건 의사소통 부분이었습니다 많은 도움을 받아서 좋은 여행할 수 있었습니다 감사합니다. 👍🏼

Excellent location, very clean house. The host was able to drop by when we check in (as we wanted to) the place felt homey and lovely. Very friendly host welcoming us to the airbnb! Location wise, this airbnb is a hidden gem. Right smack in the middle of everything. Matched the description listed on airbnb. It was easy for us to get around everywhere and it doesn’t feel far at all! Grabdrivers always dropped us near the entrance of the airbnb so don’t worry! Very convenient for a group of us. My friends and I had our daily breakfast right opposite the airbnb (little hanoi egg coffee). There are plenty of cafes nearby. The house is very clean and spacious. We had a great time spending at the living room, watching netflix and chatting away. Best of all, the washing machine and dryer was the best thing we had!! Overall experience was excellent! We didn’t want to leave 😭

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

Overall a very comfortable stay with a very local feel to the place. Thao was extremely proactive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Jus take note for the bedroom area, the steps are steep n if you are 1.8m, you're hitting the ceiling every time you stand up. Also the backdoor leads to the motorcycle parking area, so alas the noise of the bikes come in/out n the doors opening/closing does intrude significantly so light sleepers be aware.

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

시티 중심가에 위치한 깨끗한 숙소. 골목 안에 위치하여 조용하다. 체크인 전에 도착하였는데 호스트는 단체 여행객인 우리의 짐을 기꺼이 보관해주었다. 1군 중심가의 모든 관광지와 매우 가깝다. 근처에 아주 유명한 반쎄오 집이 있다. 이 숙소를 추천한다.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Très bon accueil par Giang dans ce logement idéalement situé, dans une allée très calme. L’appartement, assez vaste, est meublé simplement, mais pas IKEA ce qui donne un charme supplémentaire…

Excellent value and within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean with everything we could need and there even a washer/dryer for laundry. Dan was particularly helpful with check in and out. Would stay here again!

Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. I am really grateful to Ms Hanh for hosting me at her place. It is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, even better than those run by professional agencies in Europe. Size: The apartment is vastly larger than the images. It’s enormous considering I stayed there alone for 2 months. Cleanliness: When I arrived, the apartment was spotless, clean kitchen counter, toilets and bed. Bed linens were amazing and soft. Toilet was well lit and clean. Location: Located near one of the famous streets in HCMC, well connected and accessible to the entire city. A benefit is that it stills retains the quietness and essence of a homely environment despite the hustle and bustle due to its strategic location in a safe alley. Everything from tourist sites to business districts are also around 10-15 min away via grab/be bike. Amenities & Aesthetics: The apartment was tastefully designed, with extremely comfortable furniture. Bed was comfy and the sofa downstairs was a conducive for remote work.
