Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! This is a great apartment in Da Nang, right on the beach, with lots of restaurants around and all what you need. The infinity pool on the rooftop is awesome! Would like to come again.

We had a lovely stay at Nga's airbnb. Comfy bed, nice hot shower with good water pressure, pretty street in quiet neighbourhood. We didn't get to meet Nga, however she was always responsive and proactive in communicating with us by text message. Her friendly husband checked us in an showed us around the apartment. Great also to have a washing machine and detergent to catchup on washing our clothes and to have a nice sunny balcony to dry them. Very good value for money.

Great place, looking exactly like the photos. The team was really nice and responsive. The location was great for us as well with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

I initially booked the place for 4 days but extended as we really love his apartment. It is literally few mins away from the beach and you can view the beach from the balcony or master bedroom. Many eateries nearby. Pharmacy is just downstairs. I really do recommend this place when you’re in da nang .

오션빌라에는 두번째 방문인데, 이번에도 후회 없는 좋은 선택이 되었습니다. 먼저, May는 필요한 건 없는지 먼저 연락해서 체크해주는 좋은 호스트입니다. 덕분에 픽업도 편하게 이용했습니다. 숙소도 넓은 방 두 개에 욕실 두 개라 물놀이 하고 가족들이 씻기 편했고, 주방에도 식기 및 조리도구가 풍부하게 구비되어 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 숙소에서 내려가자마자 넓게 수영장이 펼쳐져 있어서 3박 내내 아침 저녁으로 수영 신나게 했습니다. 오션빌라에 있는 프라이빗 비치도 물놀이 하기 좋구요~ 미케비치까지는 그랩비가 좀 나오긴 합니다만, 이런 가격에 이런 퀄리티의 숙소인 걸 생각하면 그랩비 좀 내고 말지라고 생각해서 오션빌라 재방했네요. 추천드립니다^^

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

We stayed three weeks in the apartment and the location was ideal. It has great views of the ocean, the city, and in the far distance, the Dragon Bridge and Lady Buddha. The place is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants with local and international food, bars and karaoke places. We requested a couple of items needed for the kitchen and the co-host came the same day and provided new ones for us (forks and kettle replacement). The kitchen was adequate and the host provided dish washer soap, shampoo, and body wash. Fast and reliable WIFI. During our stay the price included cleaning services once a week which is a great perk. While the apartment was fine the building gets a lot of vacationers and the hallways and lobby could use a refresh. Because of the overall humidity of Da Nang, the apartment gets a musty smell when it has been closed all day. Cigarette smoke can come in from other balconies which was a minor nuisance. We highly recommend this place.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

While the place is labelled as condominium it's pretty much ran like a hotel, when it comes to service standards. Rooms cleaned daily, great breakfast. Their banh mi is one of the better ones I had in Vietnam and we had quite a few The only reservation I had was the state of the bicycles - no lights and some of them were a bit 'weathered'. Given the location of some 20 min walk away from the centre, better bikes would help a bit. Nonetheless, a go to place for me when in Hoi An

we had a pleasant stay wit dao. The entrance was a bit strange as it was part of fusion suited da nang, but when we arrived a letter said that they were closed as of the 1st of January 2025. on reality there was still someone at the reception that welcomed us, but the rest of the building looked quite empty. that didn't harm as we still had a nice and clean room!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Thuy war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Pool und Fitness Raum waren ebenso super. Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand sind direkt um die Ecke. Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und schnell.

The reception staff are very nice and the layout is very comfortable. There are washing machines, dryers and washing powder available for free👍
