Great place in a very calm and tranquil area. Savannah was very communicative and on the ball. It was a last min booking so she got the place in tip top shape in no time.

Michael is an awesome host and this is hands down the best place to stay in Dahlonega! Perfect distance to downtown and a wonderful view all around! Will be staying here again in the future!!

The resort is lovely! It’s a nice get away. Just keep in mind cell service is limited in this area! It’s beautiful. 😍

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend! We absolutely loved the rooftop! It has great views and was very peaceful….. a great place for our morning coffee! If we ever return to Helen we will definitely stay here again!

This is an awesome place, super clean and roomy! Rock was always prompt to respond with any questions. Beautiful surroundings and easy walk to the lake. I plan to come back and highly recommend!

We had a WONDERFUL stay here! My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our first valentines day as a married couple. The apartment was easy to find, and the location was incredibly convenient! It is above a coffee shop, directly on the Blairsville square. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance and even more a short drive away. The apartment was the cleanest rental space we've ever stayed in and was absolutely adorable. When we were looking for a space, we were looking for a space we could come back to each time we come to town, even as we grow as a family, and I believe we found it! We will definitely be returning! Thank you Tommie for a great weekend!

Great place to stay when visiting Piedmont University or Habersham County! Nicely furnished with well thought out amenities. Convenient location with restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance.

Alex's place was fantastic! I travel a lot for work and had been to the area many times, but this was the first time I really enjoyed my stay. The Apartment is centrally located to everything Gainesville has to offer. The Apartment is very private and yet comfy and inviting. The bed is comfortable. However, as nice as the place is, the greatest thing about booking for Alex is Alex. The host was helpful, flexible, and thorough. At the end of my stay, I was informed by the site where I was working that I needed to stay another day. Alex not only helped me extend my stay, but gave me a better rate for the additional day! I would definitely stay at Alex's apartment again. Having coffee (which Alex provided with cream and sugar to make in the Keurig located in the kitchen) out on the deck in the early morning and listening to the nature surrounding the lake was a truly special experience. Stay at Alex's place. You won't be disappointed.

Christy’s place is exactly as described- small but well planned and furnished. It had everything we needed and was an easy walk to the square with all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The walls are a little thin, so we heard our neighbors’ early morning conversation- you may want some white noise if you’re a light sleeper.

What a beautiful setting. We wished it had been warmer to enjoy the patio and the view. Kitchen was well stocked and Lana had left us some yummy pumpkin chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. We would love to stay in December but unfortunately it is booked for one of the nights we are interested in. We would definitely stay here again. So peaceful!

We visit Helen often and look for rentals that are close to town, the river, and are comfortable… we hit the jackpot with Kendra’s River Suite for Two. The beautifully decorated room, gorgeous peaceful riverside seating and many owner thoughtful touches made our stay extra special! We will be back!

We could not have had a better experience with Karen and Greg. All of the reviews raved about their hospitality, and there was not one moment, I did not feel at home. Coco, their dog, is an absolute sweetheart The beauty of the property can only really be understood once you are there. This is a great place for a couple to get away. We can’t wait to go back!

My stay here was amazing and can’t wait to come back! Leah and Jim Bo were great guest. The hot tub gets flushed after every guest and was really reassuring to know. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This was one of the actual best Bnb’s we have stayed at. Such a beautiful cabin. The host’s were so helpful and kind. We are actually already planning another trip in the fall . This cabin should definitely be a stop on your trip. Clean, spacious, accommodating and well stocked.

Bearadise is an exceptional couples retreat. Very private. Spotlessly clean with everything needed for our stay. Great fire pit and beautifully maintained hot tub to relax in after our day of exploring nearby waterfall hikes, cycling or visiting local wineries. The owner was always responsive and In my estimation this promptly was a definite value. I would suggest trying to arrive before dark as the community road back to the property is narrow, and windy with steep ups and downs. Ed and Kathy
