My family needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated and we found William's place in Woodbury. We loved the location and layout of the home. Flexible check in as we were experiencing some difficulties with insurance but we were still able to get checked in same day.

Maura is a fantastic host! She’s very responsive and flexible. We were in town for a concert at xcel energy center and it was only about a 10 min drive to the venue so the location is wonderful! The home was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

Shane is a great host and very helpful. Good restaurants near by and easy access to highways to get any where in the twin cities.

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we loved it even more this time! Just a bit cold for us Texans! Wonderful, beautiful yard and such nice and responsive owners. Took care of the snow in the driveway without even asking them. Great owners and wonderful home. Would highly recommend 1346 Delaware. Easy access to Costco, Cub, our daughter, and MOA!!! We visited the Hygee House for Thanksgiving from South Carolina. Our son and family live 6 doors up the street and we had family stay in both houses. It was just perfect. The house is so cozy and well equipped. So many fun things to do that were within walking distance. On Thanksgiving morning we sat by the fire as snow fell outside - truly magical! I highly recommend this property.

We had a great visit - everything was spotless and the location is right next to a lot of places! We have three small children and a dog so the fenced in yard and all the open floor space was perfect for our needs. Dilini was an amazing host, always responding immediately to my messages. Highly recommend!

Angelo and Alexandra were wonderful hosts; they were considerate and very kind when messaging! The home itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed!

This is a lovely, sunny rental in the top floor of an older home in Linden Hills (one of Minneapolis's most beautiful, historic neighborhoods). The apartment looks like the photos and is very nicely furnished. Having access to the unit's garage space is especially welcome during snowy winters, but it is usually easy to park on the street. This is a great neighborhood for dog walking, seeing Christmas lights around the Lake, and going to restaurants (or getting takeout). Beth is friendly and responsive.

Would highly recommend! Quiet, clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. I was by myself and always felt safe coming and going and while in this cozy space. I will definitely stay again if available when visiting family in Woodbury.

Would highly recommend. Worked great for my 2 girls and myself. They loved seeing all the animals and petting them. Welch village is close to ski in the winter and canoe in the summer.

Everything was good. House was clean and smelled really good! There were no problems at all! The rental was very easy to access. Host’s communication was exceptional, warm and he was very helpful! I highly recommend him and the rental.

It was great.There are the fake fireplace to warm up the rooms and look beautiful. The kitchen is small but a nice stove and dish washer. There is a washing machine and dryer for the clothes. There is a nice bathroom with a big walk-in shower. The best part we could have our dog come with us.

The Historic Cozy Loft was perfect for a one night stay! Barbra was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. The loft was super cozy, clean and near great places to hang out. Would definitely stay again!!
