We really enjoyed the warm hospitality. The location and the place instill peace and tranquility. Every request was answered efficiently. Shafi, the owner of the place and the service staff, did everything to make the stay pleasant. Invica Tour& Travel organized wonderful tours for us. We will definitely return to this Young Alzira Houseboat.

boathouse is very good, ad price is also reasonable at peak season and hoat is awesome, they serve my family till 1:00 AM Midnight without any tiredness and at next morning arrange tea and warm milk for baby. 5 out of 5

Our stay at Shabir bhai's houseboat was truly exceptional. Despite arriving ill, I felt immediately at ease thanks to his warm hospitality. Shabir bhai created a comfortable, disturbance-free environment with all necessary amenities for my parents and me. His homemade meals were delicious, and the morning shikara ride he arranged was delightful. What stood out most was Shabir bhai's honest advice about places to visit, which was refreshingly free from the commission-based recommendations we'd encountered elsewhere in Kashmir. Thanks to his suggestion, we discovered the beautiful Badamwari, which wasn't originally on our itinerary. This hidden gem became a highlight of our trip. For anyone seeking a genuine, hospitable experience on Dal Lake, Shabir bhai's houseboat is the perfect choice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, Shabir bhai ❤️

Our stay at the houseboat was absolutely beautiful and peaceful! The moment we stepped inside, my mom instantly loved it — the interiors were warm, cozy, and beautifully done. The room had a very homely vibe and the electric blankets were the cherry on top — they made our stay extra comfortable in the chilly weather. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Nazir bhai was so kind and helpful — he came to pick us up twice and made sure we were settled in well. He also arranged a beautiful Shikara ride through one of his friends, which was so serene and memorable that we ended up doing it twice! This stay was one of the highlights of our Kashmir trip. We definitely want to come back and spend more days here next time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Srinagar and looking for a houseboat experience!

don't feel afraid to book this property ! Shabir is a treat as a host, extremely accomodating( we were served delicious breakfast on demand at 7 am because we had to leave srinagar early). we even got dinner delivered to us, at the houseboat. at night you feel peace, away from the noisy boulevard road and experience a very good sunrise in the morning. all in all a great host, a very cozy property and a very pleasant stay. thankyou Shabir !

I had a wonderful stay at Tariq Boat house, the host has been really helpful, and the place is secluded from the rest of the Dal lake boats, so you will find peace and privacy. I would recommend this place for summer season, as during winter the lake will be so cold, and it’s not easy to survive.

The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and feature large windows that provide stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The host Zubair is a standout feature of this experience. Their warm and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for a memorable stay. They go above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of your visit is perfect, from providing local insights and arranging excursions to offering personalized service. Their genuine care and attention to detail make you feel like a valued guest, enhancing the overall comfort and enjoyment of your stay.

Zahoor’s place is nice to stay at. He has been extremely helpful and always responsive. He is a great host. I would definitely recommend it for the stay in Srinagar. I look forward to visiting again!
