Extremely beautiful home with stunning views! Its so hard to find somewhere that is private and several other benefits but this fit them all. We will love to come again. Tugay was very great at communicating and recommending things that we needed help with. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to turkey!

Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Ev tam olarak anlatılan gibiydi. Gürültüden uzak ama eğlenceye yakın konumda olması, turistik merkezlere yakın olması özellikle çocuklu tatil yaptığımızdan işimizi epey kolaylaştırdı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kerem Bey sağolsun şehir dışında olmasına rağmen sorularımıza cevap verip ihtiyaçlarınıza yetişti. Ailecek tekrar ziyaret etmek istediğimiz yazlık tatil evimiz oldu Villa Aka.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Die Villa entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen und liess keine Wünsche offen. Natürlich können kleine Probleme auftreten, aber Aleyha Hanım war immer äusserst hilfsbereit und hat innerhalb weniger Minuten reagiert und die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten behoben. Ein riesengrosses Dankeschön an sie! Eine herzliche Bitte an die zukünftigen Gäste: Bitte kümmert euch gut um die Hauskatze Casandra. Sie ist ein wahres Kuscheltier und stellt keinerlei Bedrohung dar. Wir werden ausreichend Katzenfutter hinterlassen, damit sie gut versorgt ist. Am liebsten hätten wir sie mit nach Hause genommen, aber ihr Platz ist hier, und wir hoffen fest, dass die kommenden Gäste gut auf sie achten werden. Ein Teil von unserem Herzen wird bei ihr bleiben. Nochmals vielen Dank für die wunderbare Unterkunft und hoffentlich auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Deniz hosted us and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us recommendations and helped us reserve paragliding in Oludeniz. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. The shared pool is very nice and well maintained. Two small cons were the floors and some chairs were a little dusty and the wifi wasn't the fastest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

4 yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak 2 gece konakladık.Ev sahibi tarafından yeterli açıklamalarla evimizi çok rahat bulduk.Ev konaklama boyunca yeterliydi ekstra hiçbir ihtiyacımız olmadı.Herşey resimlerde görüldüğü gibiydi.klimalardan birinin arızası ile hemen ilgilenildi.bunun dışında mutfak malzemelerinin bir kısmı yenilenebilir bunun için de aynı hassasiyeti göstereceklerine eminim.Keyifli bir haftasonuydu.tekrar tercih etmem de hiç bir sıkıntı yok.M.Emin beye ve kardeşi nezihi beye teşekkür ederiz.

Perfect base prior to Gulet trip. Nicer than the photos, lovely bedding. 2 open plan bedrooms closed off with curtains, plenty of room for family of 4. Migros nearby for self catering groceries.

We stayed in the house with a group of friends and was a great stay. Murat was pretty helpful during our stay. Would love to be back.

Wir haben sehr schöne 10 Tage im Haus verbracht. Oliver hat uns mit vielen Tipps über die nähere Umgebung sehr geholfen. Auch einfach im Garten zu bleiben war an manchen Tagen eine schöne Abwechslung.

Çok sevimli bir köy evi, evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Muhteşem bir bahçesi var. Kayaköyün tam içinde ve yürüyerek hem ihtiyacınız olan her şeye kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz hemde tarihi kayaköyü gezme imkanınız var. Şehir merkezine araba ile 20 dk. Soğuk su koyuna gitmenizi öneririm biz bayıldık. Biz devamlı köpeğimiz ile seyahat ediyoruz. Evin bahçesi köpek için çok uygun. Ama giriş yaptığımız gün çok üzücü bir olay yaşadık. Köpeğimiz ev çevresindeki tavuklardan birini hırpaladı ve ölmesine sebep oldu. Ev sahibimden bunun için ayrıca çok özür dileriz tekrar. Ayrıca anlayışından dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. Gerçekten çok üzgünüm. Özetle biz yaptığımız tatilden çok keyif alarak döndük. Mutlaka bu evi deneyimleyin. Ben bayıldım. Herkese şimdiden iyi tatiller.

My extended family and I stayed for a week at this lovely vila and we greatly enjoyed our time. From the pool that was super clean and the joy of the children, to the outdoor fireplace that was perfect for a BBQ, all the way to the spacious interior and wonderful rooms. The location is super peaceful and relaxing, and with our cars it was a quick ride to Dalaman and Sarigerme to visit shops, restaurants, and beaches. Can also highly recommend a day trip to Akyaka (Azmak river is wonderful) or evening walks in Göcek's harbor. The communication with the host was super easy and always quick - thanks Sultan and Katie!

Fergal is the best host you could ever ask for. I was planning a family trip like a whole year before we traveled and he was helping me with all the ideas for our itinerary. He gave us contacts for bookings and recommended great places. The place itself is amazing and was perfect for our big family. Fergal filled the fridge and cupboards with lots of food and snacks ready for us to feel right at home. We absolutely loved staying there and would definitely go there again.

The Natural Villa is a beautiful place to stay, with an open airy floor plan and fun vintage furniture. The kitchenette worked well for what we needed, however, we did purchase a few items to make our stay easier (wine glasses, larger skillet, mugs, knifes). Mursel and his family were very kind and gracious. Even though we did not understand each other’s language, everyone joyfully took the time to interpret to the best of their abilities. There were a couple of things we did not understand when we made the reservation - There was a daily fee for AC, which could only be run for a few hours (would turn off in middle of the night). Laundry fee was just for the use of the machine, you did it and hung it to dry yourself (different from other places I have stayed). For long stays (we stayed a month) you can pay for cleaning if you want. It was a lovely experience with kind caring people, who worked hard to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Ruth’s house is great! We have spent really wonderful time there. House is spacious and clean. And the garden with swimming pool was just perfect. A lot of trees, flowers plus many options to spend time. You can sit by one of the tables at the porch or rest at the hammock or by the pool. We love Dalyan, because of the İztuzu Beach, Dalyan River boat tours, Kavnos ruins and the nature around, so we come here often, but İ believe this was the best house we have stayed in Dalyan so far. İt has everything what we need to really rest during vacation. Plus AC was working well which is really a must in the summer in Dalyan. Thank you Ruth!

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. Thank you Andy.

The Villa was great, super cute and pretty, felt very Turkish. The whole villa was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The pool is lovely, especially in such hot weather. We were very happy that every bedroom had AC, a must have in summer. Host communication was excellent. They met us on arrival and when the wifi was not working initially they fixed it immediately that same day and it was perfect for the rest of the week. We would recommend this villa to others coming to Dalyan!

Had a fantastic stay, there was 3 couples staying in the villa, everything suited our needs, well situated for shops, bars and restaurants, caught taxis back because of the steep incline. Beautiful views of kalkan bay and mountains from the terrace. Small shop nearby for essentials, with larger supermarkets just down the hill.

Evi ve siteyi gerçekten çok beğendik, konum olarak hem denize hem de merkeze çok yakındı, yürüyerek 10 dakikada denize ve merkeze ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Evin etrafı temiz, sakin, komşular güleryüzlü-yardımseverdi. Ailecek konaklamak için çok uygun, her odada klima olması, balkondaki ve terastaki deniz manzarası, evin iç dizaynı çok hoş. Ev sahibi ilgili, nazik, sorumuz olduğunda hemen ilgilendiler ve yardım için birini gönderdiler. Ailem ile uzun bir yoldan gelmiştik 2 saat erken girmemiz için de yardımcı oldular. Tek iki eksik televizyon var fakat uydu yok-bunu da konaklayan kişilerin genelde yabancı olmasından kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum, internet var fakat hiç çekmiyor :( Ev sahibinin ilettiği yönergeler sayesinde evi kendi evimiz gibi biliyorduk bu sayede çok rahat uyum sağladık, her şey için teşekkürler :) ! Kalkan'da bir daha konaklarsak kesinlikle aklıma gelecek en iyi seçenek olacak!

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa. Would have liked to stay longer, but only found it at the last minute and unfortunately it was already booked for extra dates. The pictures actually don’t do this Villa justice. It was lovely and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Having the TV channels meant I didn’t miss too much of the Olympics either. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a five minute walk to grocery shops and local restaurants, which we found to be great value. It took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the seafront at Calis with a lot of restaurant and shop choices. We loved the water taxi that took a 30min trip to Fetiye. Our communication with Bob was excellent, always quick to respond and very informative. I would highly recommend this Villa and we really hope we get to come back again in the future.

Rezervasyonun başından sonuna kadar Sevilay Hanım hep yakından ilgilendi. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Hem merkeze hem denize 5-10 dakikalık keyifli yürüme yollarına sahip. Ev çok güzel dizayn edilmişti sanki kendi yazlığımız hissiyatı yarattı. Ailemle birlikte çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik dönmeden bir sonraki ziyaretimizi bile ayarladık 💖 Her şey için teşekkür ederizz

Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Eşyalar yeni değil ama rahatsız hissettirecek kadar da eski değil. Temizlik iyiydi. Mutfak malzemeleri asgari ihtiyaçlar için yeterli. Çamaşır makinesi ve bulaşık makinesi eski model ama iş görüyor. Sadece ilk zamanlar hızlı yıkama programlarını bulmak biraz vakit aldı. Bahçe ve havuz çocuklu aileler için çok iyi. Evin etrafında apart oteller var fakat ağaçlar uzun ve sarmaşık sardırılmış olduğu için bahçe ve havuz apart otellerden görünmüyor. Havuz ve bahçe yan villadan kısmen görünse de komşular neredeyse hiç balkona, pencereye çıkmadılar. Havuz temizdi ve bakımı her gün yapıldı. Alt kat kapalıydı. Oya hanımın annesi orada kalmadı. Evin kendinizi evinizde hissettiren bir enerjisi var ve biz konaklamamızdan memnun ayrıldık.
