loyise was easy to reach for anything and great at communicating. her home was beautifu and l spacious with so much available and has everything you could possibly need. made for an amazing and laid back weekend for our family without any stress

Thank you for a wonderful stay for our girls weekend away. The house was great to accomodate 12 adults and plenty of room to relax, hang out and cook and eat meals. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We all had a great time!

Thank you Panessa and Nathan. The house is in a great location, very short walk to the beach. The beach is great to walk along, swim in and great fishing. Short drive to cafes and shops in both directions. The house itself was very nice, a lot of open space to spread ourselves out. Outside the pool and bbq area was very practical and we made the most of it. And the outdoor shower with warm water! Wow!

What a beautiful home. Beautifully furnished and presented. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and china. Lovely and clean. We had breakfast on the verandah and listened to the birds. It was very peaceful. Enjoyed the pool which was well maintained and the pool table was fun. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The photos don't do it justice, the house is absolutely beautiful and well equipped for our multi-generational family holiday. We had some bad luck with the weather meaning didn't use the pool and the district had a prolonged power outage partway through our stay but Sydney and Chris were super proactive checking on us from overseas and helping us reach a resolution practically and financially. We look forward to rebooking and hopefully experiencing some sunny weather to make the most of this beautiful property.

with its multiple living areas, quality furniture and fittings, it's a very comfortable and stylish place to relax and enjoy the luxurious lifestyle created, the office desk had ample space and a spare monitor to connect you laptop, the pool tiling was safe for kids with a great non slip surface, bbq and kitchen cook top were great, TV's were big and quality, aircon was great, fridge with ice and water. Views of the beach with a great deck to enjoy a few drinks in the evening or your morning coffee. Plenty more... we will be back!! thank you Kim!!!

Great value and excellent communication! We had one issue with the kitchen and the host made every effort to resolve and even find us a replacement cook top for our stay! Without a doubt a stellar place for a big group!

Vanessa place was paradise. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool and hot tub are relaxing. The house it self is beautiful inside and out. It is very comfortable. Vanessa is the hostess with the mostess. Our family of 4 adults and 6 kids could spread out comfortably and have some adult time. The pool area as a great BBQ, & there is great under cover parking. We would recommend Vanessa place to the who are looking for that extra special getaway. We loved it! ….and Vanessa. :)

Sensational property, we wish we could have stayed longer. 8 of us visited over Xmas and we had everything we needed and more. Beautiful Xmas lunch on the back deck overlooking the water. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short at Rachel's due to unforseen circumstances, but Rachel was incredibly helpful and very accommodating to our needs – even taking the time to follow up a few days later. Her beach shack is beautifully decorated and comfortable – we were devastated to have to cut our stay short (especially our little one who was in LOVE with the sunroom and the big bath!) Thank you Rachel for understanding our circumstances – we appreciate your efforts.

This house was gorgeous! Such a great location, 2 amazing dining areas both with fireplaces, was very easy to settle in but very hard to leave. The welcome note, gift voucher and bottle of wine was the perfect touch on a extremely memorable weekend, Very highly recommended, it is on a noisy road though so I recommend choosing a room at the back of the house if your not an early bird

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

We had a very relaxing week and found the cottage very clean and tidy and well equipped and having instruction books for all the appliances was most useful. It was a welcome surprise to find a cheese platter waiting for us which included delicious fruit chutney. We found Toronto a great place for a selection of restaurants. We particularly liked Shane's Seafood outlet which is tucked away in Carey Bay. It was very pleasant to sit out on the large covered back deck for meals. The charger for our EV car was most useful as we could avoid searching for public chargers during the day. Our little dog loved the large fenced back garden.Thank you Sharon for making us welcome and answering our queries so promptly

We had an amazing stay at Lisa’s place. The photos don’t do it justice!! The pool was a beautiful temperature and the beach cabana was so relaxing. Lisa was a great host, provided flexible check in and was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait to come back here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s place. We didn’t need to contact our host once during our stay as everything was provided. The location was fabulous and the breeze from the elevation was superb. The beds were comfy and the central air conditioning was a plus. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Anna!

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

My family enjoyed our stay at this right at home beach house. Everything was so well placed with artistic surprises at every corner. The hosts are easy to reach and make you feel right at home with complete privacy. I highly recommend and will likely visit again for a beach getaway!

Wonderful location, pleanty of room to allow escape and peace. Suggestions: More kitchen towels, larger and more beach/pool towels We understood the absolute quiet time from 10 pm to 6 am. However, I was constantly worried about sound off those hours. I wonder if there is some way you could provide direction about the sound limit. Dogs next door were barking during night, sometimes all night and kept us awake. We had a wonderful time and you are great owners. We would love to return!! Thank you!

Micah and Denny’s place is a great place to stay for large families or groups offering a lot of space and close to both Terrigal and Avoca beaches (a few minutes drive). Walking to both beaches is possible but it is on a steep hill so not for everybody. Kitchens were well equipped allowing us to eat at home most nights. Bathrooms were modern and clean and balconies offered great views of Terrigal. We enjoyed our time and it was perfect for our needs.

Thank you so much for having us stay in your beautiful home in Terrigal. We were staying with 10 adults for my father-in-laws 80th birthday. The home is beautifully appointed with attention to detail throughout the main house and granny flat. It was spotlessly clean, with lots of room for everyone to have their own space as well as spend time together around the huge dinning table and living areas. The kitchen has great facilities and we found everything we needed for our time here. The house is in a quiet location with a great view over looking the trees and beach views. It’s only a short walk to the bustling little seaside town with a beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you so much for lovely gift hamper on our arrival, that was a really nice touch.

This place was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. A perfect place to stay for work with my small dog. The unit is just off from the main house but very private, and means the host is always close if needed. Would recommend.
