House was nice, 1st floor laundry was nice, and location was close to lots of restaurants and stores!

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

I am a very much a clean freak and this house met all my expectations for cleanliness! Summer is very responsive to all questions. My kids spotted the snacks “cookies,” left by Summer right away, a very nice surprise!

Absolutely stunning. The home itself is just immaculate in both craftsmanship and esthetic. Beautiful surroundings, so many comfy places to sit and relax. Had a great weekend away with old friends and it was the perfect spot to disconnect and catch up. We also chatted briefly with the host and he was super friendly and very helpful - he even offered a bundle of kindling and a lighter when he knew it’d be a perfect evening for a fire. Highly, highly recommend - we’ll be back!

Ryan's place was just perfect! My wife and son stayed there for 2 weeks and it was just the place that they needed. So clean, safe and convenient. Also, Ryan was an incredible host. He was a super clear communicator who made the check in process so easy. But the most amazing thing was that when I had an urgent package of some medications arriving that I had sent for my wife, Ryan jumped in the car and drove over ASAP to ensure that we were able to safely get the package, and he delivered it to the door!! He was awesome, would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks Ryan!!

Great apartment near every store known to man, and an easy 20 minute drive into downtown Des Moines. The terrace and fire table were great as well. Cayden was very friendly and responsive. Definitely would stay here again!

This was a great West Des Moines location. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. It was absolutely pristine! The host did a great job communicating. We really enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

We stayed while in town for a state gymnastic event! It was 3 adults and 3 kiddos. We have enough space and thought it was a cozy spot for the weekend ! Secluded located but also 5-10 minutes away from almost anything you need!

Lisa’s place is beautiful! It was well cleaned and matched the description and photos 100%. Our family has been renting Airbnb for a little while now and my wife and I were just saying on the way home that this was probably the best one we have stayed yet to date. We have family in the area, so I am sure we will be looking to stay again!

It was extremely close to the place that we needed to get to so that was a definite plus. Our GPS was not very helpful in finding this place at night, and it was a bit of a haul to get the stuff upstairs. There isn't an elevator, but it is right around the corner after 1 flight. It's by a school so allow for extra time o. the morning. We had a need for a few items, and she brought them pretty quickly. Little toiletries are there to use. It's also a pretty easy check out. If we have to come back, we'll definitely look it up.

I was visiting Des Moines to attend a Drake University event so this place is very conveniently close by in case that is what you are looking for. This garden level/basement unit is very charming, private and has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed just hanging out in the nice living room area. The backyard is beautiful! Angela is a great host because she is so kind and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

Jeff’s place was very clean, his directions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. If we would have had more time, we would have loved to visit all the shops nearby. A quick drive to the Iowa Events Center for any occasion. On top of that, Jeff was great at communicating and very flexible when I had to change my reservation. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay for a week in this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient. However, one of the beds was broken, which made it a bit uncomfortable for the person using it, but we managed. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d recommend this place for others looking for a cozy spot.

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

Great spot. We had a wonderful trip. Nice to have stuff for our infant already in the condo. Only issue is to be aware that the spiral staircase in the parking garage is a bit small. We found that using the car ramp was better with an infant. Would stay here again.

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Great place, had everything. Close to downtown but 10th floor so no noise Had everything you could think of. Will be back.

Justin's place was perfect for my stay. It was downtown, skywalk accessible, close to event center, restaurants, grocery store, etc... The only thing that was confusing was getting in and finding the apartment. I'd never been there before. I got a little thrown off by the entry description: "When you enter the lobby you'll see the elevators behind a glass enclosed entrance. Go to the door and enter the passcode for access to the elevator." The elevator glass entrance actually uses an RFID keychain reader and the passcode given is used for the outside sidewalk entrance on the east side of the building. Then when I got to the floor off the elevator there are a bunch of blank doors (I assume this was an old hotel) that don't have any room numbers on them, so I was a little confused if I was in the right spot. I didn't walk far enough down the hall to realize that multiple rooms had been converted to apartments and that there are only about 3 doors on the floor that are used.
