A fabulous stay, perfect for two. From the moment of booking, Ainslie was very quick to respond, her directions were excellent. The Old Dairy was very quirky with everything you could need provided, lots of lovely touches to make it very homely. For us we particularly loved the wood burner and the hot tub (My husband wasn’t sure about using the hot tub, but when he saw how immaculate it was, changed his mind). We were impressed with the internet, using star link it provided a very good connection. The weather was beautiful while we were there and we almost wished it wasn’t as we didn’t want to go anywhere with Netflix and an ultra HD large television, I thought providing movie pick and mix was a very thoughtful touch. Most impressive of all was Ainslie who was a perfect host we were greeted with handshake and went home with a hug. 🥰

Had a great time, Laura and family were very helpful with a minor hiccup one evening. Great venue family loved it. Good location for day trips including Loch Lomond and Royal Yacht.

This cottage was in a lovely quiet little village just a 3 minute walk to the main town. I could not fault this accommodation! It was beautiful done out and even had a hot tub for an extra bonus. The hosts were second to none and they made you feel at home. They recommended local places to eat and things to do. If you had any problems, they were happy to help! The accommodation was literally a 10 minute walk to Loch leven and it's so peaceful. All the locals were very friendly and you've got to try the fish shop and stove pizzas! Lovely and peaceful, with super loch views and a relaxed vibe. Nicely curated and perfect for our elderly golden retriever as everything was, bar a few steps here and there, on one level. The covered deck is ideal whatever the weather. Would recommend.

Super logement , cocooning comme nous le souhaitions! Accès à Édimbourg relativement rapide. Attention aux instructions d’entrée, car le tri sélectif en Écosse n’est pas le même que le nôtre en France .. beaucoup plus poussé ce qui est un bon point pour l’environnement . J’ai fais par réflexe comme en France ce qui m’a value à juste titre un message D’Ali . Si je devais repartir en Écosse sans hésitation je reprendrais le même logement .. le SPA avec vue c’est un bonheur!

Excellent stay at Helen’s cottage, so peaceful and very homely. Games room and hot tub are excellent. Would definitely stay again 🙂

A gorgeous place to stay, really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return in summer time! Should be made aware of the road to the cottage as it’s made for bigger cars on a dirt road. Our smaller cars scraped along, could damage underneath car and not great for your tyres but apart from that it was excellent. We were able to get a late check out which was appreciated as with late check-in and early check-out you only really get 1 full day if staying for the weekend. Lovely hosts and very spacious cottages😁would happily return!

Would just like to say thank you for my stay me and my family loved it spicily the love for cars and stuff cars what was clear throw out the house as someone who’s into cars my self 10/10 for that one small thing can be tricky to get parked sometimes tho that has nothing to do with host just the street but 100% does not affect the stay just to be mindful other than that 10/10 we place really is thank you so much will be back again!!!

We absolutely adored our stay here. It was very comfortable and cozy, felt like home instantly. Walking distance to a wonderful restaurant that had been recommended. Mairi met us and was very welcoming and showed us around the property. Great amenities, very accurate description of property given. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay at Boot cottage, great location to explore around the area including Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Dundee. Some lovely and thoughtful touches when we arrived too for us and our dog Lottie. Would definitely recommend!

Great place with fantastic equipment and set up, good kitchen and social spaces, overall spot in but worth noting it is quite close to the railway line, not a huge issue as it's quite a quiet line. Overall great.

After a week of driving it was lovely to step into the cottage and feel immediately at home. Beautifully furnished and so cosy with the log fire - interesting artwork and books, well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed. Really appreciated the radio too. Lauren was super helpful and friendly and it was lovely to meet her. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch in The Old Bridge Inn (make sure to book as we saw a lot of people being turned away). Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer - will definitely be back. Thank you Lauren and Cat.

Have stayed in cottage several times, love it. Had a great catch up with old workmates in very cosy setting.

Just had a fab long weekend staying at The Anchorage. its a lovely cottage, really well presented and very close to the sea front (literally a stone's throw!) and a nice easy walk along the front to parks and the main Carnoustie beach. in addition to the Coop, train station and other shops etc. Would recommend the Station Hotel for a drink, very dog friendly. Rhona was extremely communicative and helpful. All in all I would highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this idyllic location. Beautiful dog walks combined with beautiful scenery in this gorgeous cottage. Great hosts. We will be back.

We found the location and facilities of Lisa and Martins cottage to be superb. The cozy cottage is within walking distance to all of the local shops, pubs and restaurants but is still very quiet. We had delicious meals at the Clachan Grill and Balmoral Arms. Cottage is stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean with a beautiful garden area which the dogs loved. We found everything we needed for a great stay, Martin gave us some really useful tips on things to do and see in the area. Loved it here, the scenery in and around Ballater is breath taking ! Wonderful hosts, would recommend this cottage to anyone. Would book again !

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

We had a great stay at Church Cottage. It was so central and yet so peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was beautifully laid out with a simple snug scandi feel too! We definitely would go again. Thanks Amelia

Great place for a long weekend. good base for visiting the area. Paul was very helpful with check in flexibility etc and generally with all information. even an odd random question I sent him about the wooden frames on the ceilings 🤣🤣 very quick at replying too

This is a hidden gem … just off the Main Street but so quiet and comfortable … the cottage was cosy and immaculate making for an extremely comfortable location from which to explore the local area … parking right beside the cottage and did not use the car at all as so many amazing walks from Grantown itself. Fiona’s communication and attention to detail was friendly and first class making for a first class stay … will be coming back.

1st time staying at Islay Cottage, the cottage is very quaint set in beautiful surroundings with a waterfall not 1 minute down the road. The cottage was immaculate and well presented, our favourite bit was the log burner. We shall definitely be back again in the next couple of months. Thank you Fiona for sharing this little piece of paradise with us.

Stayed for 3 nights with my dog. Holmhead exceeded my expectations and I felt instantly at home. The location is superb and perfect for exploring the Cairngorms or even just stepping outside the front door and being in the forest. The cottage is extremely well equipped for its size and I found a few things, for guests use, that I wasn't quite expecting, (hot water bottles :) ). The brand new electric heating is very effective and the log burner is 'ferocious', but definitely a must when temperatures were below freezing. Cat is a very gracious, accommodating and genial host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend thoroughly.
