Amazing stay. Had kayaks in the house that we put to great use at the nearby beach. Overall, the house was clean and Louisa was very helpful!

Wonderful accommodation with amazing views. The house was very tastefully decorated and we felt very much at home. Lovely tranquil setting and lots of kangaroos and wallabies on the property. Hope to stay again one day.

The Reef is an amazing house with a stunning Kitchen, Its only a short walk to the beach and at the start of the Tomaree Walking track. Jaymie is very friendly and made our short notice booking so easy, i highly recommend staying at the Reef!!

Had a fabulous stay, with many hours spent relaxing around the pool and bbq ! A very comfortable well located home with plentiful space for summer fun and entertainment. Proximity to Shoal Bay, numerous beaches and walks provide ample activity for all the family. We hope to be back next year!

Thank you for a wonderful stay for our girls weekend away. The house was great to accomodate 12 adults and plenty of room to relax, hang out and cook and eat meals. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We all had a great time!

My husband and I will definitely be staying again! Stayed as it was close to a friends wedding, the home was spotless walking in, and truly felt like the owners loved the property and took care of it accordingly. Yon was super helpful and friendly, and also offered us a late checkout since we had a wedding the night before check out. This is easily one of our favourite places we have stayed, could not recommend it enough!

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

This cottage was very comfortable and such a lovely place to stay. It’s close to everything and easy to access. The cottage is still kept in a lovely condition without being too modern, very old world charm. We loved it and had a more comfortable stay in Cessnock.

Perfect place for quiet, relaxing weekend with my sister. Everything we needed was at the cottage. The cottage is fully fenced so I didn’t have to worry about my four legged fur child wandering.

Lovely place just off the highway, was great for our little family and two dogs! Hosts were friendly but private. House was clean and provided everything we need, great little backyard for the dogs. Shops were just walking distance - good location!

Great place in a great location, a lazy stroll from the Newcastle Baths & lots of eateries & things to do nearby.

Trev’s place was beautiful- even more beautiful than the photos! We were so happy when we arrived. It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Pool was great and so spacious for our family trip. Trev’s communication was terrific and greatly appreciated. This was great value for money and I highly recommend Trev’s place. Thanks Trev!

Clare was very friendly, helpful & always quickly responded to my messages. Great location : we ( inc dogs ) loved the morning & evening beach walk. When visiting Nelson Bay we will stay again at Clair’s ☺️

Wonderful spot to chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle. Next time we will bring our laptop to access streaming (netflix etc) as it is not possible to access streaming on the smart TV and sadly the DVD player is rendered useless without a remote control. Otherwise a great Airbnb to relax and enjoy the Hunter.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a lovely peaceful stay at Jen’s house. It was brilliant. Sparkling clean, had everything we needed. The BBQ was great. It was so relaxing. Our little dog loved his stay too. Jen is a fantastic host

Yolo was absolute paradise. Home was as photos, extremely clean, all rooms were decorated beautifully and sheets were soft. Bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need including extra toiletries and plenty of towels. Blown away by kitchen, cupboards full of appliances, plenty of pans and pantry was full of oils, tea, coffee, sauces, cooking spices, water, didnt need to bring anything but food. Backyard was amazing, pool, pool table, mini golf, basketball, outdoor checkers and firepit, no need to leave. Host left plenty of pool toys already inflated and lots of games for kids. Our host was really quick to respond and had plenty of recommendations of things to do. Very close to great surf beach. I love air bnb homes for holidays and this one is the best i've stayed in, will definitely return.

Best place with affordable prices. Had a good experience. Booked it for guests. Which they enjoyed the stay.
