Coto De Caza is a beautiful, private community that requires checking in at the gate every time you enter. You may be given a pass for the time you’re there to make entering easier. This provides a lot of great security. The dog friendly community is also very clean with lots of nature and walkable paths. The space itself was as advertised. The only negatives I experienced is that you’re able to hear a lot through the walls which made my dog bark a lot. He would stop with instruction, but with this being a new and unfamiliar place, he was on alert and the easily heard voices and noises didn’t help. Also, a neighbor (or someone) smokes and I was able to smell this whenever they smoked. Other than those two things the place was great! It was very clean, Gary was super friendly and helpful, and best of all; very dog friendly! He was super understanding about my dog barking which I was thankful for. I would definitely recommend Gary’s place to someone looking to stay in the area.

I hate to give such great review because now it will become too popular. We have been coming to San Diego for vacations for 6 years. This was by far the best place for the money. A hidden gem. Very clean. Accurately described. Great pool spa area. 1 block from beach. Kim is great at communicating all the details. Easy breezy.

We just stayed one night, it was a nice place to go too, the beach was just less than a mile away. The only complaint I have was that the beds were a little too stiff, but maybe they were brand new but that’s the only complaint. The surrounding was very beautiful and each room had a patio, It looked to me that they just renovated the building they did a great job it was modern and decorated it nicely.

From the beginning of my booking Daniel was very responsive, the property is secure and quiet, the unit was very clean and felt like home away from home. The location is near stadiums if you’re attending an event nearby, stores for personal needs and lots of restaurants nearby and pretty central location as far as traveling throughout SoCal.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment was perfectly appointed, clean and quiet. Even though it rained a few of the days it was walkable to everything I needed during my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Kalven was extremely helpful with my stay! As I was in the process of trying to book, someone else booked ahead of me. Kalven stepped in and found me another listing at the same location & got me booked right away! He went above and beyond for us! The unit we had was amazing! We walked to and from Disneyland and the service was top notch!! Thanks so much Kalven!!!

Enjoyed our stay as a family of four for spring break. Plenty of room for two teens. Loved having the resort amenities during our stay. We were able to grab an early check in and late check out which was helpful and convenient for our travel schedule. Allison was extremely responsive and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend!

Jesse was very responsive and throughly explained all the details pertaining to his rental. When we had an issue/question Jesse responded very promptly. We would definitely book with Jesse again!
