Awesome place with private beach, must go and enjoy some peaceful time right next to the beach. You must come see this place!

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

This place is conveniently located to local beach attractions and Brenda was very open to communicate. My friends were all cozy and comfortable with the rooms and amenities!

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

Edmund’s place is stunning! The views are incredible and he is a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful!

Camp Jackson will be a regular for us on our future trips to North County. Lisa was easy to contact and kindly offered us upgraded parking, late checkout and early checkin, as well as a Handel’s ice cream gift card! Comfortable bed, great kitchen with all the needed equipment. It was definitely a Happy Place. Thank you Camp Jackson. We will be back!

Highly recommend this studio! The location doesn’t get any better - perfectly walkable and free parking in the attached garage. A lot of the reviews talks about the noise from the workers - this was not an issue for us. Jeremy even provided beach chairs and supplies. You can see the ocean from the balcony! If I am ever in the area, I will stay here again. Great value!

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect for a large group, not to mention plenty of full bathrooms saved us time. Very spacious and great amenities. Emilio was very friendly and was quick to respond-thank you for having us.

Very comfortable house. There is traffic noise but it never worried us. Canal walks were lovely. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Disneyland and other LA attractions

Kevin was a gracious host! My traveling buddy and I were well accounted for and had always felt taken care of. Property was clean and housekeeping did an amazing job prior to us arriving. Location is pretty prime, being in Mid-City we were practically a 15 minute ride from anywhere in greater Los Angeles.

Our group of 6 had a great stay. This place was close to all touristy spots in the city. The Airbnb was clean, modern, and as described. Great price for a 4 night stay!

We stayed here for a few days and Kyle provided us everything that we needed! The location is perfect, with off street parking. The place is super clean, and we would definitely come back again!

We (two senior couples) had a great time on Catalina Island. We enjoyed fishing on the RedRum charter boat, the interior tour (saw three bison), touring the casino, walking to the botanical gardens, and eating great food. Beth's place was perfect for us. We really liked the balcony upstairs for enjoying drinks and the beautiful view (saw four deer up the hill to the right). Two of us had gone to Catalina Island about seven years ago and stayed in a hotel, and though Beth's place was a farther walk, we loved the extra place. Everything was very clean, and we liked the beachy decor. One suggestion is to provide instructions to enter from the alley right as you get to the condos to avoid the confusion of the stairs and elevators from the main entrance. It took us a while to figure out how to get to her unit. You can easily enter and exit from the door facing the ocean near her unit and go up and down a few stairs to enter and exit.

Great location, that stretch of beach is one of best in the world. Can walk to anything you want or need - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping. The home is very well stocked (including essential kitchen condiments) and well appointed with quality linens, beds, furniture. Lots of important details, like luggage racks, hangers, paper products, beach towels. One note, if you need the lofts, look closely at the pics - they are small and accessed via a ladder in each of the bedrooms, open to those bedrooms, could work for families but kids are basically in the same room with you. Overall it's clear the owners care about creating a lovely stay for guests. Highly recommend!

Soothing Stays does a great job of communicating important information leading up to the stay and is very responsive when I had questions. The place was beautiful and very clean. I had such amazing sleep, and this comes from someone who has sleep issues when I don't sleep anywhere except my own bed. LOL. It was worth it.

This was our second time staying at Anna’s place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Disneyland, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially love the bunk beds and Disneyland decor! It truly feels like a home away from home. Anna is fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We’re so happy to have found a place we can count on, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Absolutely beautiful and cozy home. Surrounded by lots of trees and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Quick drive to Disneyland and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The home has everything you need and is extremely clean.

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay for our spring break vacation. We went to the beach everyday and ate out at many of the great restaurants in the area. OC is awesome and we were able to easily access all the fun spots. We will be back!
