Had a great stay for Thanksgiving, nice large kitchen and dining room to handle everything for 8 people or more. Clean and spacious. Wine cellar was very handy to chill some wine we had. For those that are in shape and enjoy walking and some hills you can walk to four wineries that are about a mile maybe 3/4 mile. Most will take a short trip by car, especially at night. Owner is very responsive and helpful before and throughout the stay. 5 minutes to grocery in Temecula. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was clean, nicely appointed and the backyard was a dream! My kids/grandkids come from cold weather states and loved the pool. It has a beautiful backyard.

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local activities but still quiet and relaxing. Eric and Neda were incredibly welcoming and exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

Laura’s place is quite a serene escape. We came to love the detached kitchen (walking about 10 feet outside to get from the living space to the kitchen). The master bathroom and its showers are enormous and spa-like. Beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet, clean, wonderful stay. Host was great and very communicative. We’d come back!

We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. My family enjoyed the entire weekend and we would definitely stay again! Many thanks

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Dear Holly, We would like to thank you for the most amazing and wonderful place for us to stay as our house is being repaired. It was a delightful and great experience for us. The two full months have flown by. We highly recommend this Home from the beautiful Gardens to the great pool and the out door barbecue. Once you are indoors there is everything anyone would need to entertain with crystal , china pot, Pans and most anything you might need . The decor is eclectic and interestingly lovely. The views are fabulous from any window you look out from! Needless to say we loved it and thank you for a wonderful two months!

Over all the space had plenty of bedrooms for everyone and it really helped having 4 full bathrooms. The beds we thought some were queens but definitely were not, but luckily only 1 person was sleeping in those 2 rooms. Over all, all rooms were very spacious with 2 master suites with king beds. Kitchen seating was very spacious with a nice backyard. Not much living space. There was only one living room. Not really comfortable for everyone to sit at once when it was raining outside. I do wish they had more comfortable seats for everyone since there is only 1 room where we all can sit. Location is a bit far. A lot of our activities were in Burbank and it took us 40-45 mins everyday to get there. LAX is about 1 hour and 20 mins unless you are traveling after 830 pm. Then it takes 45 mins. Burbank airport is about 40 mins without traffic. Warner bros studio is about 40 mins. I thought this house was a little closer to Burbank airport. But over all for 9 adults this house worked great.

Meiko’s home was absolutely beautiful! It was located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious, very comfortable, modern and well appointed. There were 2 garages, which was lovely. The back yard felt very private and the pool and hot tub were very nice. The stone outdoor kitchen and oven looked like it was out of a magazine for fancy Italian villas. So beautiful! I hope to use it on a future visit!Indoors also had electric fireplaces and large flatscreen tv’s. The home is grand with high ceilings and plenty of space and storage but also feels modern and cozy. Top of the line appliances, granite, great shower and jetted tub in the master. Everything was squeaky clean.This home would be perfect for a family or group trip, as the bedrooms are comfortable and well spread out and there is parking for multiple cars. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Nick was amazing! Very communicative. Very accommodating. The home is gorgeous and comfy. Nick has this home just so inviting and warm. I absolutely love this place!!! The price is definitely right and is worth every penny spent!!! This place is also very kid friendly with a great kid room that my granddaughter absolutely loved!!! The master bedroom is so perfect we loved it. We will 1000% be staying here again the next family vacation to Anaheim 😊🙏🏽 Thank you Nick for a great experience and stay 😊🙏🏽

Everyone in our group keeps raving about Chunjiang's place and how it has raised the bars for Airbnb stays in the future. Five stars across the board for location, cleanliness, space, gorgeous house, responsive and accommodating host. The house had everything we needed and more. Can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we visit LA/Walnut/OC area.

Went for a quick weekend in California wine country and this house is absolute perfection! The pictures simply don’t do it justice, it’s far more gorgeous in person than it is in photos! To wake up every morning to bird song and enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the hills of Fallbrook was absolutely what my group needed! We had 7 total in our group and the house fit us all super comfortably! I can’t say enough good things about Melinda, she was so accommodating and communicative and by far has been the best air bnb host I’ve ever encountered!

Hands down the best AirBnb I've ever booked. The house was exactly as advertised, if not better, and perfect for my group's needs. Spotless, every hotel bathroom amenity you'd expect to find, and a friendly/communicative host. If you ever have a large mixed group looking for a reasonably priced AirBnb that's not too far from Long Beach (the event we were in town for took place there), this is the house for you!

We felt comfortable and safe at this property. The location was convenient to many restaurants and stores. The decor was good with just a little wear and tear. It felt clean and fresh throughout the home. All supplies that we needed were available. Personally I loved the premium shower products and the plush toilet tissue and paper towels. The only minor complaints would be that we needed more face towels, even though we knew not to remove makeup with the towels. Next the high table in the family room wasn't stable and lastly it took an extremely long time for the water to heat up in the sinks. Hetavi did welcome us graciously as the host. I felt that she was there for us if we would have needed anything. I highly recommend this property to others. You will not be disappointed.

Our expectations were surpassed as soon as we walked through the white gate and saw the majestic views from the backyard. As far as the eye could see there was a spectacular beauty that went on forever. As we passed the front door we were overwhelmed at just how big the living room and kitchen were. The house was beyond accommodating. It became our home, warm and comfortable. The response time for our little WiFi hiccup was immediate. We felt that we were in good hands and that we would be taken care of if any other problem arose. Every room had beautiful touches of fall decor. Every bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had every possible utensil and dinnerware necessary to prepare a thanksgiving feast. Our entire family was delighted at all the games available including the billiards table and PacMan. This house is absolutely wonderful. All seven of us truly enjoyed our stay. The house brought us a lot of happiness. And we look forward to another visit.

We take an annual trip to LA for business - and this trip by far was the most memorable, mostly thanks to the hospitality and comfort provided by Liza and her husband. You would never guess you are in the center of LA. This home, just minutes away from Hollywood, felt more like an upscale nature retreat. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, when outside, you hear nothing but pure silence and perhaps the distant owl. During our stay, we spent more time outside relaxing on their one of a kind, multi-tiered, back yard, just enjoying each others company. That is a priceless feature we encourage everyone to experience at this property while visiting LA! 10/10 experience top to bottom. Thank you, Liza for all your tips, flexibility, and friendliness. We cannot wait for our next stay!!

Paula is a great host and the place was perfect. Everything is quality and so many “extras” - from welcome snacks to noise machines to laundry detergent! Backyard is a private oasis - such a gem. And the beds are sooooo comfy ❤️

Definitely the best hosts and well-priced for its location as there’s so much around. First stay but definitely won’t be our last one. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely worth checking out.

We had a great family vacation at this home! With four spacious bedrooms, a pool, game room, and firepit, it comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The house was well maintained and was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Disneyland, beaches, and other major attractions. The hosts were attentive and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Orange County! Thank you!

The kitchen was well stocked with basic pantry items (spices, oils, vinegars, coffee, tea, sugar etc). The linens and beds were soft and comfortable. The only things to note (and this is not a criticism just a nice FYI), if you have young kids the house can be echo-y, and if you are tall you may find the shower heads a little low. Helen was friendly, responsive and helpful. It was a bit of a drive to LA, but worth the quiet neighbourhood. We were very happy with our stay here and would happily recommend it.

Tommy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was more enjoyable. Questions I had were answered quickly. The place was exactly as described and very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here.
