I've stayed at this lodge twice now, and it has never disappointed. Plenty of great restaurants around the area, very close to the UW campus, and extremely cozy. Isabelle and her team were very accommodating and gave great instructions. can't recommend this place enough!

We loved Mike’s place. This is their personal residence, which made our stay feel extremely homey and comfortable. Me and my husband stayed for the weekend for a peaceful retreat after the holidays. It was exactly as described and everything we desired. Would definitely stay again.

Overall great place for you and your friends to enjoy time together. The upstairs is a great place to play cards, shuffleboard, or hangout and watch TV. The kitchen also has plenty of space for mealtime.

Was in town for the wedding of a graduate school buddy, and Aleen's BNB was a perfect spot from which to relive the old days and good times. Extremely cozy, with beautiful views of Lake Mendota and easy access to nearby favorites including The Bou. Highly recommend.

Nice house in a great quiet neighborhood. Close to everything in Madison. Comfortable open living space with lots of natural light. Large windows and great backyard. Our youngest has food allergies, so it was great to cook in such a nice kitchen. Would definitely return!

very cozy house, especially the basement/ game room. bedrooms were nice, we each had our own bathroom. close enough to Madison so we could go antique shopping and get groceries. I live downtown in the city so the piece of quiet was amazing. nice place wouldn't mind coming back.

This home was located in a quiet, family neighborhood full of people walking their dogs. Clearly very safe. The decor was perfection. I half expected it to feel like a museum but it was not at all the case. It was cozy and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and there were little comforts like phone chargers of all types and toiletries to replace what might have been missed. The kitchen was well outfitted so that with the addition of groceries, we were able to prepare our meals and save money and hassle by not needing to eat out. There is a very good chance that we will be back!

Home was clean, nice quiet neighborhood, and great location. Home was easy for my parents to access due to issues going up and down stairs. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this cozy, historic house. The place was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with snacks. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and full of amenities within walking distance, making it a pleasure to explore. From the communication leading up to our stay to the smooth checkout process, everything about this experience was fantastic. I give it my highest recommendation!

Alexander's flat in Madison was perfect for our stay. Right downtown, a stone's throw from the capital, and about a mile from the heart of the UW campus, this home was fantastic with a beautiful view of Lake Mendota. The best part of the experience was how easy it was to work with Alexander. He was very responsive to every question, he was proactive about giving us information needed for an easy and comfortable stay, and he was extremely thorough in the information needed about checking in and out of the apartment. All in, this was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Alexander. - Joe S

Debbie was a lovely host! Her home was perfect for our family for a quick college visit. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we wanted to do. She was wonderfully accommodating and helpful.

Alex was incredibly flexible with our group’s varied check-ins and check-outs. Other members of my group met him and his partner and expressed that they were both very friendly and welcoming! It is an older building so the floors squeak a bit, but I have no complaints. We enjoyed Madison and this place was perfect for our stay. The sunroom overlooking the lake was unbelievable!

Great peaceful location to serve as a hub between trips to Madison and Janesville. Plenty of nearby supper clubs and a fun local watering hole. House was exactly as described, super cozy and very clean. Hosts were very communicative!

Great location on Lake Mendota in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and nice deck for outdoor use. The decor and art around the house were unique and charming.

This was a really beautiful stay for our our group of ladies. Right on the lake and it was so lovely to be able to wake up and enjoy that view!

This place is a lovely little cottage on the lake - the pics and description make it sound small and cozy, but I found it to be quite comfortably sized. we really enjoyed our time on the lake, and were able to explore Madison and Stoughton easily from the location. Brian was a wonderful communicator and super responsive to any issues. I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again!
