The host was attentive to the issues we had while we were there. She is super easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. And the amenities were great! One thing I would look out for is the community pool has some of the strictest rules I have seen. The pool is only open from 11-7, no pool floats, no water guns, and every hour they do adult only swim for 10 minutes. I would stay again and recommend it though! Super peaceful and a great location!

Robyns home was immaculate! good location. enjoyed the small pond in the back (saw a heron) you can see the pond from the kitchen window which is nice when you are cooking. it's so peaceful and relaxing. also enjoyed the swing and yard and porch. nice comfortable beds. good quality of linens, towels, etc in the home. Robyn is a good host. good communication. even had spices and pancake mix and syrup which was nice. great price. I also liked that the master bathroom was one side and the other two bedrooms in the other side of the house. there is a small step into the shower but very doable even for my elderly mom. wonderful, relaxing, well appointed, clean home with good quality items throughout from nice TVs to good beds to good pans and knives to cook with. thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend! The private house gave us the space we needed to relax and the close proximity to the water afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of sunrise and sunset - we walked the short, pleasant distance. We had whatever we needed and enjoyed the "bucket list" of things to do which the host had posted on the fridge. Thank you for accommodating our need for slightly earlier check in!

We absolutely loved Remember Bark When! Very clean and felt so comfortable! The amenities were awesome! I stayed in the jacuzzi! My fur babies loved the back yard and my husband loved the pool table. Host was absolutely fantastic and quick to respond! We’ll definitely be back!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was my favorite part. It was so well stocked with quality equipment! The air conditioning was wonderful in both units. The two houses in one make it perfect for family that need a get away from the crowd from time to time. I can’t say enough good things about this house. The walk to the beach was super easy even with a 2 year old and 2 three year olds. Such a good place to play games with your loved ones, cook memorable meals and of course enjoy the beach.

What a fun weekend! Cindy’s house is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the home. Our dog loved the backyard. The hot tub was used multiple times. Beautiful home and a great weekend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was conveniently located to everything. Short walk to the beach and lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Beverly was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again. The perfect little cottage for a small group.

This stay was pretty rushed and unexpected for us but Mark made this experience very easy for us. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and the lady upstairs made us feel very welcomed. This is a great space right on the island close to everything you’ll need.

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

So nice we stayed twice. And will stay here again in the future. Convenient location to the beach. Very quiet. Great value! Looking forward to our next visit to Frisco.

We loved our stay at Heather and Tom’s home. It was definitely “home away from home.” So relaxing and peaceful, just what we were needing. The king bed was comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, this is by far the cleanest. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

The studio room had a nice "treehouse" feeling. The sunset view from the picture windows was incredible. We enjoyed cooking and eating dinner looking out at the sunset. It was also a very short walk to the beach on both the ocean and sound side of the island for incredible sunsets and sunrises. Lot's of character in the area, but dining options aren't easily walkable so plan ahead! We also recommend planning a day trip down to Avon (The bagels at Muffins and Scones were amazing) and Hatteras Island to check out the Light House (under construction until 2026 though!)

Core memories were made . I will be back every chance I get .

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie’s. We had everything we needed away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked plus there’s also a grill. The place was spotless and we felt very comfortable with our stay. It was easy to relax in a place like this and just get away for a bit. Katie is also very responsive and the communication was great. We wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and seemed truly invested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to the OBX! Her place was very clean and just right for our needs, would return!

If you’re looking for an escape in the woods that’s quiet but close to the beach and activities, this is the place! It’s a rustic home full of character! Many reminders through the surrounding sounds, sights, smells, and experiences of spending time in my childhood at sleep away camp. This little cabin felt like a glorified sleep away camp cabin. It was perfect! So close to the Outer Banks with a slew of activities to do in either directions. Anne is extremely responsive and helpful. The house manual is very detailed and full of local ideas. Highly recommend the outdoor shower in any season! It’s so refreshing!

Super cute cabin, nice and cozy and comfortable for us! Great area close to a lot of different things to do and a short bike to the beach! Great deal!

We really felt home away from home. Very cozy and welcoming property. We had everything what we need. We found great seafood market 4 min away. We cooked fresh catch for dinner every night. We like hiking, and biking. So many good trails around. We did a lot activities first part of the day and afternoon was great time at the beach. We will come back and recommend this charming place for a couple.

Don’t miss out! This home is very peaceful. Was great to wake up to such a beautiful view. Comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. Highly recommend
