Chase’s place is a perfect get away for 2-4 people. It’s soooo close to the beach, just a 3 min walk over the dune. It was quiet and private and had great outdoor space including chairs on the upper deck and picnic table below to toss all the beach stuff when returning from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and wi fi were strong! We were able to walk for coffee at Muffins and Scones and wine & beer at Cork and Bottle, both of which were fantastic! So refreshing to find an air bnb with all the furnishings in an area dominated by rental companies that require you to bring or rent your own linens. Thanks Chase!

This is a very unique and special place. The space has finger prints of a life all over it with pictures and artifacts of exploration. It’s quite beautiful and inspiring. The location is very neat being right on the water, also very close to OBX. Craig was also very kind and friendly. I enjoyed our conversations and him being such a great host. Would love to go back at some point.

My two boys and I stayed at Dawns Beach cottage for spring break. There is so much to do or not do on Hatteras depending on your mood. Her place is convenient to the beach and convenient to restaurants and the skate board park. We went to Edge daily and Waterman’s. Also highly recommended the Filipino food truck Hoy Lechon!!! The cottage is a simple one bedroom one bathroom that was well furnished and clean. We spent the day fishing and at the beach as well as exploring Hatteras island. The memory foam king mattress was very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied although we only ate breakfast at the cottage. My boys enjoyed the free range chickens that would visit us and my dog enjoyed the walks all over town. We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful quiet oasis. Definitely a place to consider for a few days of solitude and getting away. Not far from a lot of food options and beach (private waterfront was great). overall wonderful OBX first time experience.

Really enjoyed our second stay at Sonny and Mikaila's place this summer! Really a perfect location, close to everything. Great time of year to have the beach to yourself! Enjoyed climbing Currituck Beach Lighthouse and visiting the Wright Brothers Museum and Memorial. Great dinner at Mama Kwan's (as always!) and a great sunset dinner at Miller's Waterfront. I stayed here for for a nearby wedding in Duck and the location could not have been more convenient to the venue and the fun downtown Duck area with shopping, restaurants, etc. The size of the apartment was perfect for a few people and very peaceful. We loved the screened in porch. I would strongly recommend this as a great option for an obx stay!

Dorothy's place was fantastic, a very unique spot and friendly host. Location was great - central in the outer banks for us to get to everything we wanted during the few days we were there, secluded from the highway and felt like we were part of the neighborhood. We took Dorothy up on her offer to show us around the property, our two girls 5 and under really enjoyed the chickens, butterflies, flowers, tractor, honeybees, and frogs! The space had everything we needed to cook some meals in, and plenty of space to feel comfortable on the great furniture they had. We'll be back next time we're in the outer banks!

We loved our stay! It was so nice to be close enough to the beach and great restaurants for easy access and still be able to come to such a nice, quiet, peaceful home to relax. We loved the outdoor space and ate most of our meals either upstairs on the deck or on the picnic table by the grill. Full kitchen, fully equipped, easy to find everything. Her pets were very friends and we made friends with her two cats and Tobi, the dog. There was a nice green space to play games and small channel behind the house where we could feed turtles with the turtle food provided. Our host was amazing and very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again!!

Great little spot for our lads fishing trip. House is really clean and modern (not corny beach decor) which was appreciated. Wes was friendly and welcoming. Our nephew loved fishing for Pinfish in the yard. Really enjoyed our brief stay. Thanks!

My husband and I cannot say enough about our stay at the Beach Palette!! Their attention to detail and ways they added little things to make our stay comfortable and seamless was truly appreciated. The decor and amenities were very charming and carefully chosen. This property was truly a hidden gem close to a bunch of great restaurants, beach accesses and golf! They also helped us by providing restaurant recommendations which we found a new fav spot! We have already decided we would like to come back next year! Thank you again, Carolina and Brian for a wonderful getaway! :)

I had a short stay but it was great! Very cute studio with a great tree to sit under outside. Quiet & peaceful . Short walk to the beach. Short drive to several excellent restaurants. Shane was friendly & accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Tyler’s listing is clean and well appointed. I stayed for a month during a contract and looked forward to going “home” at the end of the day.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, both in terms of the view and surroundings and the proximity to the outer islands and the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge. Clean and comfortable accommodations and friendly, communicative hosts!

This was the perfect spot for our weekend vacation with our dog. Shannon gave clear instructions on how to locate the place and the check in process. We arrived late at night and she even went as far as leaving lights on for us. Very clean and had all the necessities! Location was perfect. Would absolutely book again! Highly recommend!

The house was stunning. My wife and I needed a little weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of owning a couple businesses. Being able to come here and unwind was just what we needed! The place was amazing and lived up to our expectations for sure! Will definitely come back to stay for sure!

When the app says that Mariano is a superhost, they are right on the money! This property is beautiful, well stocked, very spacious and just lovely! Im not gonna lie they cane in clutch this recent valentines….their place is basically in the middle of everything so its up to you to decide if you wanna go left or right and start your trip but either wat it will be great.

Lots of OBX beach houses are weatherbeaten and sometimes a bit shabby, this flat is brand new and pristine. Amenities, location, communication all great. Not beachfront but you can see the ocean and beach/sound access are nearby. Frisco is well away from the Nags head crowds. We will be back.

Very comfortable accommodations. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Near a paved walking path which was very nice. Howie answered our questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in the off-season! Very relaxing, easily livable space that was a great home base for a few days exploring the Outer Banks. Short walk to neighborhood beach access, and Duck was a very cute town.

Perfect stay. Very clean and nicely finished house. We loved this location in OBX of anywhere we visited during our stay. Access to the local HOA private beaches is really nice, and a nice benefit we hadn’t considered before booking. Duck town is not too far. The only thing we couldn’t think of is the pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s much nicer in person!

The Caroline Cottage was perfect for our stay. The cottage was spotless and it had everything we needed. Great location and one can walk anywhere they need to go in Manteo. It's close to restaurants and shops. It's also close to the Manteo waterfront, within steps. I would recommend the cottage 100% and I plan to return.
