Spacious home with high end furniture, window treatments and other amenities. Incredibly outfitted kitchen with multiple small appliances and cookware. Bedrooms were huge and beautifully decorated. Four full bathrooms and one half bath made it convenient for all of us. Pool was a huge hit with our family. Convenient mini kitchen on ground floor was a great addition! Neighborhood was so beautiful, private, and nice to walk.

This is an awesome Airbnb. It’s super close to the beach, grocery, & restaurants. It’s a large enough space for people to have privacy and yet still cozy. The beds are comfy, well stockade kitchen, and super clean bathrooms. We really enjoyed our time at the beach.

We had such a wonderful few days at the Mermaid Lagoon. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We felt right at home. We will definitely come back.

Shawn was a good host and answered all my questions very fast and gave us accommodations. The place was very clean, perfect for our family and our dog! We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We had a great time! The home theater was definitely used a lot and the set up was great. Our 5 year old loved the arcade game setup as well. Would stay here again!

What a find! We wanted to take a last hurrah of summer trip and this place was perfect! It is clearly so well cared for by the owners and well equipped to host our family with beach stuff, an awesome pool, and even some surprise toys and books we found in a closet that my little girls delighted in. Loved the location and would book again if it’s available! The hosts were very responsive and ready to make sure we had a wonderful trip.

We had a wonderful week here in December! The house is exactly as pictured, and the heated pool was a definite plus this time of year. We really appreciated all the detailed instructions around the house as well. The location was perfect for us…very close to the beach and the Ocracoke ferry. James responded quickly to the minor questions we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a peaceful Outer Banks getaway.

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb for my sisters’ bachelorette trip and it was a fantastic experience! The house was incredibly cozy and clean. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to downtown, where you’ll find plenty of shopping and delicious restaurants. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Great dog friendly rental in OBX! Having grass and a small fenced yard for late/early potty breaks was so convenient. Our dog relaxed right away on arrival, immediately getting a drink and dog biscuit from the provided bowls. What a rare treat to find a place so special for our four-legged family members. :-D Everything was very clean and comfortable and cozy. Loved reading in the sunroom. The house was stocked with more than we could possibly imagine needing in terms of food and supplies (so it's a bit cluttered and not a lot of space for your own items, but nothing you cannot work around). As others have said, definitely felt more like HOME than a rental and we truly appreciated that! Thanks for sharing your home and for a lovely getaway!

Loved our recent stay at this beach house! The location is great, very close to the beach but felt private and secluded (on a quiet street). We drove to the beach with all our stuff, but could have also walked. No issues with finding parking at the beach, although we were here off-season in September. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed to relax after a day at the beach (both inside and on the large deck). We grilled, had pizza delivered and drove a short distance to Duck for dinner a few nights. Had one rainy day where we enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch listening to music and playing games. Would recommend Laurie's place to anyone who enjoys charming beach houses (no bland, new build here): full of fun decorations, a spiral staircase and lots of charming personality!

Destination OBX was a great house for our crew of 13! We swam in the pool and the ocean almost daily. October really is a wonderful time to visit OBX. The house was spacious and clean. Having the kitchen and dining on the top floor was ideal for entertaining then heading down stairs for games. Fishheads Grill is an easy 1 mile walk on the beach from Barbara’s rental and even closer, the beach access from the house is a stones throw. We loved having bikes for the older kids to bike to the pier and boogie boards for fun in the ocean. Finally, there are great sunrise and sunset views. Would definitely love to come back!

I can’t possibly put into words the experience we had. From the time I booked till checkout. Communication was quick. Answered each every one of my questions. And trust me I asked a lot. Was checking in to make sure we were good. Check in was easy breezy. House is nice and spacious. We were a family of 12 and made out great. The kids loved having the whole bottom level. They weee close to the hot tub. Kitchen had a nicely stocked little pantry. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner with ease. We were able to find all pots, pans and even storage containers we needed already supplied. The gas fireplace was my favorite. Really warms up the top floor nicely. The views from the deck of the sunrises were amazing. I just can’t say enough. Other than we will definitely be going back.

My second trip to Wright on the Beach, and these hosts never fail to NOT disappoint! Response in less than fifteen minutes. Let us check in an hour early bc it happened to be ready. What else can I say? These hosts live up their reviews. Super cool. And super kind. I’ll be a repeat visitor from here on out! Ashley

Sasha has thought of everything for a relaxing and fun get away! From the time you arrive, everything about this place is top notch. There are plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, dishes, blankets, and all the things you would have at your own place. I really liked the high tech of everything with remote controlled fans/lights and multiple settings. There are plenty of games that are entertaining then, of course, the backyard where we played soccer and enjoyed the hot tub. Also having an outdoor space for warmer weather to watch tv together and hang out is an amazing plus! The beds were very comfortable, and the open concept of the living, dinning, and kitchen made the space large enough to all hang out together without feeling on top of one another. Sitting on the upstairs deck as well enjoying a coffee was a highlight of my weekend, and we can't forget that awesome swing chair in the dining room to enjoy sitting in. Would easily come again and stay here without hesitation.

Heaven sent! My family arrived at another rental we had booked for 2 weeks in Rodanthe only to find it inaccessible due to flooding so we were homeless at 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We found Natalie's listing for this property and quickly contacted her to request an on-the spot booking. She responded immediately and graciously accepted. We had no idea what to expect, having had no opportunity to thoroughly research the property in advance of booking. Natalie indeed has a true gem in this listing. Being waterfront on the sound side was a new experience for us, we have been lifelong oceanfront renters. The property, pool and grounds were exceptionally well cared for and the pier and sea wall provided ample fishing opportunities, bringing in several nice Red Drum and Blues among the usual assortment. The house itself provided ample room for our family to spread out and also enjoy being together. Natalie saved the day and we had a fabulous stay - I highly recommend this listing!

It’s was the perfect house to stay at for a vacation. Had so many things to entertain ourselves in the home and out on the sound which is out the back door. Great location and close to everything you can think of.

Our family stayed over the NYE holiday and had a wonderful time. Everyone from the kids to the dogs to the adults enjoyed themselves. The kids loved the shuffle board table and the easy access to the beach. The elevator made it easy for my parents and for those of us who had tons of stuff to move up and down the stairs. There wasn't much counter space in the kitchen and only a couple of people could work on there at a time but we made it work with the use of the bar and other tables. There were 14 of us so we had to prepare a lot! The house was great for our fur babies as well. There were 5 dogs with us and the gated enclosure downstairs was perfect for them. The entryway deck has a latched gate too and the dogs liked sitting out there. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again!

Perfect for 2 families to stay over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, 3 mins walk to the beach for sunrise & strolls, well stocked kitchen, lots of seating, peaceful surroundings and we really enjoyed watching sunset from the Village Tavern at the end of the road. Tracey was really helpful. We’d love to come back again sometime!

I really enjoyed my stay at Monika's place. I enjoyed many walks both in the Nags Head Woods Preserve and the expansive neighborhood as well. It wasn't beach season while I stayed, but you could easily walk or bike to the beach, bars, and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The home is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Monika was very easy to talk to, and a wonderful host. I would easily stay here again. 5/5

Tammy’s Place is absolutely adorable!! It’s private and quiet. The home is immaculate. Lots of good old fashioned Knick knacks. The location is perfect!! The host was quick and very responsive. Will definitely come back to this charming home!!!

The Relax Shack was the perfect sit for us! Everything was dog friendly and very comfortable. We waked to breakfast at a local bagel shop and enjoyed the quick walk to the water’s edge!
