A great house tucked in the back of the neighborhood. We enjoyed it so much that the week flew by. The house was well appointed, clean and easy to settle into. There are alot of stairs but it was fine overall. Any issues, Kees responded to promptly. We actually had no big issues but they checked in frequent enough. The community is pet friendly and I did like the location. I strongly recommend this property.

Place was comfortable and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two kids. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. Laundry room was a big plus. Definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Michelle!!

A simple townhouse! No clutter and easy to clean. We liked the lower entry way and the huge walk in closet so we didn’t have to carry everything up and down steps. We would rent this house again.

A minute walk to the beach. Spacious colorful and clean place. Highly recommend for 7 people. The pool and hot tub for the community were never crowded and so clean. The community club room and surrounding space was awesome. Loved this place!

Nice clean townhouse. Convenient to the beach, food and tackle. Plus, it's short drives to the fishing ramps. The location is excellent for those wanting to fish!

The location had a beautiful view of the ocean and lighthouse from many windows - including the livingroom and back deck. The outdoor shower was great and the house layout was very nice! If you have little kids, bring or rent two baby gates for the stairs. These are easy to rent from stores in the area. We were able to easily walk to the beach, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding areas on rainy days. It is a place we would stay at again!

We enjoyed our long weekend away. Would have preferred something a little closer to the beach, but we enjoyed the pool. Pool area is great for little kids and getting cooled off. We enjoyed walking to the Wright Brothers museum. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Home was clean and as expected, except the patio umbrella was broken and in two pieces on the patio. Beds/mattresses weren’t great and the pillows could use an upgrade. Overall, the property was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Kees Vacation’s was very responsive and provided proactive messages about the rental and area. I would rent again!

The unit was as advertised. The location turned out to be pretty centrally located for us to explore the area. We went to Duck and did the boardwalk. The Wright Brothers National Memorial was close by and is well worth the visit. Golf at Nags Head Golf Links was fun and a good value. Hiking the dunes at Jockey Ridge State Park was a different experience. We explored Roanoke Island, including buying fresh seafood at O'Neal's to make dinners at the condo. Beach access was close, so we took in a fabulous sunrise. It was a marvelous week.

Our stay was wonderful. Very centrally located to everything in the area - Corolla (wild pony tour and lighthouse), Duck (shops and restaurants), Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills (Wright Brothers Memorial), and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Close to several grocery stores and very family friendly. Tara was also a delight - very communicative and responsive and gave us some great recommendations!

This place delivered on an easy, fun getaway for my family. Great location close to downtown duck, just a short walk to the beach, and clean, fully stocked house. My kids loved the double bunk room and had plenty of space. The place was super clean, the linens and beds were clean and comfy and we definitely recommend to other families!

Geno's places is the absolute best! Very conveniently located, always sparking clean, plus the best host around. Geno is very knowledgeable (and passionate) about everything Manteo and is always willing to give recommendations. We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back again!

After an emergency car issue had us stranded in the OBX for an extra week, this place saved our vacation and made us feel so comfortable and at home. From the beautifully decorated home to the quick and helpful replies from our hosts, this was a fabulous experience and we would definitely love to come back!

We love staying at this condominium. It’s our second time. It is beautifully decorated and always very clean. The bedding is cozy and comfortable. It also has a very large garage available to store your vehicle and all the other stuff you bring along. The only thing I would take into consideration is that it does not have a location near the beach or a nice view. The condos look out over the parking lot and a local business and trailor. So if you want the beach vibe of the Outer Banks you can make an easy short drive to the beach. There is quite a bit of accessible beach access parking once you are on the beach road. There are many shops and restaurants nearby on the main drag. This stretch of the Outer Banks is not high end. It is casual and family oriented. Kitty Hawk Wight Brothers Museum is very near by. Nicki does a great job of staying in touch and is always helpful. Thanks again.

Place was great for two couples fall getaway. Spacious and clean and new! Pull in parking great for loading and unloading. Short run to the beach and pubs and shops- very central. And our host Nicki was right in top of correspondence etc. Will look to stay again!

My family really enjoyed Dana and David’s home. Wonderfully appointed and definitely a beach feel! The house had lots of amenities. The kitchen was open and easy for dinners in. The location is great as well. My partner and I are avid runners and made use of the trails which were super accessible. The beach is an easy drive and lots of parking. And my kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. I would highly recommend staying here and will do so again. Dana and David were excellent at communicating and made us feel right at home. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved our stay at “family tides”. The townhouse was very clean and beautifully decorated. Nothing can beat the location of the home though. We have two toddlers and getting to the beach and the pool was extremely easy. It’s also either a short ride or 15ish minute walk to the town of duck where you are able to visit the boardwalk & places to eat or shop. The hosts were extremely nice people and very helpful when we needed recommendations for places to eat or visit. I would definitely recommend this place to others as we plan to visit here again in the future.

Jacqueline's house is wonderful. The space is as described (clean, bright, and beautiful), and the short walk through the dunes to the sound behind the property was stunning. The house also had a drip coffee maker which was a huge plus for us as many Airbnbs advertise a coffee maker but it's a Keurig. Jacqueline was also extremely responsive to my inquiries and questions throughout the trip, including when we lost internet during Helene. There wasn't much within walking distance as the house is nestled back in a lot of private land, but all that we wanted to do was a short drive away. I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant weekend in the Outer Banks.

This was our second stay at Abby’s place. We stayed at the same time the previous year. It was like we never left. The place was sparkling clean and looked exactly as it did a year earlier. Comfortable furniture, beds, nice decor and a well stocked kitchen… and most importantly, the views! Beautiful ocean views from all the upstairs windows. The pics are accurate. What you see is what you get in this case. Abby does a great job of keeping her place in tip top shape and is proactive and responsive with communication. One of Abby’s recommendations (now one of our favorites and recommendations), I Got Your Crabs- a seafood restaurant, is about a two minute walk directly behind her place. If you’re a seafood lover, their happy hour is not to be missed!

Caroline was an amazing host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay as well as during. Beautiful home with an ocean view. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Which is something I did almost every morning to see the amazing sunrises. Close to some great restaurants. Barefoot Bernie's and Hurricane Moe's to name a few. Also close to the Sand Dunes which is a must stop on anyone's trip to watch the sunset. So many other things to do and see to list. My family and I had an amazing time and are already talking about coming back next year.

Shane and Heidi were great! Place was exactly as advertised, great location just a short walk from the beach. Extremely clean, it’s really got everything you need for a stay (even a custom binder filled with local hotspots and suggestions!). Would book with them again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Jeff’s house. It was much bigger than we thought. The house was stocked with everything you need. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The community was perfect for a family with young kids, especially the pool area. The beach was a little further than we expected, there was plenty of parking everyday, so it’s not really an issue. We were sad to leave!
