My family stayed at this house on our way down to Florida for Spring Break. We were extremely pleased with this rental. The house was beautiful and spacious, and everything looked and smelled so clean. We were actually wishing that we had more than just a quick stop over here so that we could enjoy this beautiful home. Although we didn't use the kitchen or other amenities, the house seemed very well stocked. Even the simple things, like snacks upon arrival and high-quality toiletries that were supplied, made this rental a great choice. I would definitelly rent here again if I needed to stay in the area. Lovely neighborhood, great home!

Myself and my guest really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and we felt at home. The location is great, so we could easily order in or jump in our car to get a mani pedi or some snacks from a store up the street. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when visiting the area.

This place was everything we was looking for and more for the holidays! Raye was very prompt with any questions we had, and accommodated us beyond measures! I would definitely stay here again, the place is just like the pictures. With way more space than you need, in a very secluded quiet area.

This house was lovely. The decor was warm and inviting with a modern farm house vibe. The kitchen was well stoked with utensils, good pots and pans and storage containers. There was a keurig + k cups, sugar and basic spices. All of the appliances worked well. The linens were pristine and comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Melanie was a great host and the property was perfect for our needs. Melanie was always very responsive when we had questions and always informed us if someone (internet service) neeeded to access the property and gave us plenty of notice to make arrangements. Check-in was easy and the "welcome letter" was very informative about the property and surrounding area. We would definitely book this property and with Melanie again.

This was our second stay at the Pelican House in a years time. I was a waiting to see how the place held up in a year and to see if ti matched our first visit. Everything was great and just as well kept a year later. We will probably return in March or April next year,

My family and I had a wonderful trip at Dr Easterlings home. We are locals and sometimes just need a close place to go with two teen boys and a toddler. The home has a real family feel when you walk on. It has a beautiful view and huge amounts of space for your family. Check in was super easy, friendly communications with our host and simple checkout instructions. I am so confused of the other reviews on here, guess some people just complain to complain. my family and I will definitely be staying here again soon. thanks for every Dr Easterling

This was a nice place to stay as a midway point on our drive down to Florida. The apartment had everything we needed and was around a 10-15 minute walk from Florence’s historic downtown with some nice restaurants and shops.

It was clean, cute, comfy, quiet and safe. It is convenient to so much shopping and restaurants. I was there on personal business so I didn't enjoy the area as much as I would of liked but it served my need for quiet and peace. I happened to meet Brian as I arrived and he was very pleasant. Emails were answered quickly. My pet liked it too!! I would definitely check availability when I'm in the area.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s that we have stayed in! Lilis was great and so responsive! We were in the area for a family funeral and the host allowed us to get together with family in the property. Let me tell you that we had asked other properties and they denied us because of that reason and Lilis opened us with open arms! This house was immaculate and the host thought of everything! It was a great place away from home and we were very comfortable there. There is also a huge park across the street and it was great for the kids to play and let out some energy! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place in Florence!!
