I had an incredible stay in Darlington whilst visiting family! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Andy the host was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect in a very nice area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Darlington. I’ll definitely be back!

(as of December 2020) Pros: tidy, newly refurbished house (some furniture still has labels on it). Has everything you need for both short and long-term stay. A truly hotel-like experience. Cons: the fridge is tiny. I lived there alone and it was barely enough for me. The internet is slow (around 10 Mb/s) - had to use my own mobile data most of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the house was nicer than it looked in the pictures! A great location- easily walkable into town. Bed was very comfy and loads of storage. Lynne was extremely helpful and quick to respond. She even left us some milk, orange juice and porridge pots which was a lovely touch! She also went out of her way to provide a travel cot for us when we asked if she had one which was really lovely. Really felt like a home away from home

Lovely stay in a comfortable house which was set in a beautiful location. Les made us feel very welcome and had left thoughtful and generous touches for Christmas including putting up a tree and decorations, and gifting us cava, cake, chocolates, nuts and fruit. Any questions were answered promptly and helpfully.

WOW - what a beautiful home!!! An absolute gem * For context - it was myself, my partner, two boys (4 and 2 years old) & our cavapoo. There was ample space for us all regarding bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space. The home was tastefully decorated in keeping with the local beach aswell as spotlessly clean. NOTHING was too much for our hosts who were simply magnificent given the fact this is a relatively new venture for them. You would think this operation has been running for years based on the quality and efficiency of everything from booking and recommendations. The beach is quite literally a stones throw away and we made a beeline for this every morning after breakfast. Great start to the day! We had a 60 minute drive to Whitby with the family which was thoroughly enjoyable for some stunning Fish & Chips and crabbing for the boys to partake in. Some spectacular views driving down the coast past Redcarr and Saltburn. We would definitely come back again! BOOK BOOK BOOK IT!

We had a great stay, in a clean, spacious, up to date caravan, was very quiet, as the caravan site isn't open till the middle of March. That was not a problem we made our own entertainment with the cards and games provided, I would stay there again and would recommend it to my family and friends. we have used Air BnB several times and have never had a bad encounter, Lisa kept me updated and was prompt in replying to messages I sent. Thank you from my family and myself.

Lovely caravan - easy check-in with lockbox, and parking space next to caravan. Lots of extra thoughtful touches inside that made it feel very home-from-home (board games, DVDs, even a jar of biscuits!), extra blankets, lovingly decorated, and the essentials were there too so we could get comfortable straight away (I’ve stayed in some places where there wasn’t even one toilet roll, hand soap, or washing up liquid!) The location was nice, The view out of the lounge window of the sea was lovely, and it’s a short walk to the beach. The site shop etc obviously wasn’t open as it’s out of season, but local shops are a short drive away. Two toilets is a lifesaver with children. The two doors into the main bathroom from the hall and the master bedroom gave us a giggle as I thought it was a cupboard - remember to lock both doors if using the main toilet haha! But space-wise, it is a clever idea. Midday checkout was really useful too, less rush! Would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!

Caravan was immaculate and very homely loved the added touches. The Seaview was a bonus as the children loved it. Our family enjoyed our Christmas in the caravan was a lovely experience. Would definately recommend to others. Great host 5*.

We stayed at the Lodge for 4 weeks due to a delayed house completion. The location is amazing in every respect. The lodge is more spacious than the pictures suggest - walk in wardrobes amazing for our extended stay. Well equipped, very efficient heating and hot water Long local beach walks with the cafe (great ice cream), literally 15m away. We did not use the entertainment complex but it always looked busy Thoroughly recommended

We had a fabulous stay at this shepherds hut, everything was as it was described, there was everything we could need there. Its very well presented and so cosy. The hot tub took a while to get to temperature but once it was it maintained the perfect heat. Its a very private location, you arent over looked at all. We went to Kip and Nook which is a 3 min drive away and had pizza and used the facilities which was lovely. Hosts were very responsive. Would 100% return

My family and I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a stay. It's very close to the town centre, local train station and walking distance to local shops. Self check in was so handy and the hosts were great to deal with.
