This was a perfect base to explore Brixham and the surrounding area. It’s only a few minutes from the harbour, restaurants and shops. A very quiet and peaceful spot while we were there and Liz was a good host. If you need an additional bed the sofa bed is big and very comfortable. Large people might find the shower cubicle a bit tight but not a problem for us. All in all we had an enjoyable stay The only real downside was that there was no parking at the property but if you are prepared for that it’s not a problem. Loading and unloading the car can be done easily by the property. Would we go there again? Yes.

Matthew was an absolutely amazing host. We loved the experience from start to finish. The place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Had the most wonderful weekend and will definitely be returning Matthew - you have been ace! Highly recommend this place and the hosts are fab.

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

Amber is a very helpful host; we required a very late checkout and she only charged us for the extra hours we stayed, rather than an extra night (which most hosts would usually charge). Very good host.

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William

I love Lauren’s place!!! This was my second stay in 6 months, it’s beautifully decorated & welcoming! Feels like an escape each time 😍 will definitely be booking again soon. Lauren was a fantastic host - Thank you!!

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. This is our second stay at Louise apartment. It is very clean and comfortable as usual. Quiet location. Very responsive from Louise and always accommodate our requests. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay, within walking distance of Totnes town centre and driving distance of lots of other great places. Loved using the log burner, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Mia's place and had everything we needed for our stay in Brixham.

Andrew and Andrea were fabulous hosts. Easy directions/check in instructions and great communication throughout our stay. The apartment is in a great location and only a short walk to the moors, or to the local pubs. Roads are relatively quiet in the vicinity. The accommodation was clean, cosy and had excellent parking facilities right outside the front door. We will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous weekend in this perfect bolt-hole. Loved sitting on the deck in the sun and overlooking the sea. Walks in either direction. The place is exactly as shown - squeaky clean, everything you need, very comfortable. Even some delicious treats for us and the dog which was very thoughtful. Shirley was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment which was just as lovely as the description and photos. Annie and her team from the management company were really helpful and so quick to respond to any queries. I managed to lock myself out of the apartment on New Years day and after a quick call to the emergency helpline, someone came and let me in after 25mins which I thought was pretty great considering it was New Years day!! We will definitely look at going back as the place was lovely, and the view was stunning even in the bad weather we had some days.

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

Everything went well and kids loved the place as there were lots of activities both for kids and adults. Caroline was very responsive to answer any questions that we had. Campervan was just perfect for our needs. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob

Excellent place, well equipped, they have well thought out the accommodation and a very nice few extras as we stayed over Christmas - thank you for that, very much appreciated. Loved it, a lovely, peaceful break with our two small dogs, plenty of space to walk them both and a pooh bin was present too in the grounds. Pool and Snooker fab. Thanks.
