This is a lovely home from home and a perfect base for visiting Cardiff city which is a 25 min walk away or a 5/10 minute uber - Kath was very helpful and friendly and responsive - this is very obviously a home, which is lovely, and has everything needed for a stay - definitely recommend and we plan on returning.

We have had a wonderful stay at Abby & Gavins place. Clean and bright, had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Nice touch providing tea towels, washing up liquid, loo rolls, shampoo, conditioner, body&hand wash. Good speedy communication . Smart TV appreciated! Kitchen all fully functional with all you need to cook. Heating easy to use and alter as required. Beds comfy and clean. When we come back to Blackpool we would definitely Anchor and Anchors Point ⚓️ fully recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bungalow! The property features a spacious, open-plan layout with large windows, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The garden is a real highlight, wrapping around the entire house, and is secure, which gave us peace of mind with our dogs. However, it’s worth noting that the fence isn’t particularly high, so more determined dogs could potentially jump over it. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a lovely, large shower. Our only suggestion would be to assess the kitchen equipment—specifically, the knives, as they weren’t very sharp. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and the property is perfectly located for exploring the stunning Forest of Dean. Highly recommend!

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. A lovely, cosy apartment with beautiful views of the countryside and in a great location close to the centre of Holmfirth. When we arrived the heating was on so it was very welcoming to walk into a lovely warm apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed super comfy. Heather and Brian were very responsive hosts and provided clear and easy directions for check in. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we hope to be able to come and stay again in the future.

Lovely house, great games room for the kids, kept them entertained, huge comfy beds, all kitchen stuff even treats for the doggies! Emma replied to messages promptly. Thank you so much, hope to come again!

Lovely place to stay, great location and all amenities provided. Lovely welcome pack too. Loved having a garden for our dogs so they could venture out quite easily but still be safe. Gary & Coleen have clearly put a lot of effort into providing a lovely serine place to stay. It’s a bit top end price wise but totally worth it and all the best bits of Southport are close by. Will definitely be returning.

We had a great time at Owlet with our 6 month old boy. The hot tub was relaxing, and the dome was both spacious and cosy at the same time. Log burner and heated blanket helped keep us warm at night. Sarah was very helpful and kind, gifting us a new chilrdrens book to mark the stay as well as a generous welcome bundle of snacks and cider. Great stay as a family of 5 with two children and 1 infant. The stay was pleasant and a great location. We visited alton towers as well as Thorpe and Ashbourne. Great communication. Great recommendations. Very nice cottage and had everything you need to cook, relax, etc. Rooms were good, we didn't love the bed but it's personal choice. A bit noisy having our baby in the travel cot but we slept okay. We didn't get to explore any walks but seems to be in such a fab location to do some.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. We had an amazing stay at the pod! The cold plunge pool was great! And having the sauna to warm up after was an amazing start to the day! It was so quiet and peaceful! We would highly recommend staying here to switch off from everything!

This is our second trip to Lower Mill and this trip was even better, Chris & Alex’s is lovely. It’s nicely tucked away so feels very private and ideally located for some of the longer boundary walks around the lakes. They are brilliant hosts and were incredibly responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great stay in a perfect, compact home-from-home. Great host, very accommodating and lots of communication in advance. Loved the added extras on arrival! Beautiful surroundings and loads to do here makes this the perfect place for a mini-break.

The house was cozy and warm, which was perfect since we checked in on a cold day... It was nice and toasty inside. It's a beautiful three-bedroom home with a clean kitchen and bathroom. My parents siblings and I felt right at home. The complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch, especially since we were celebrating my dad's graduation... it instantly set the celebratory mood.

Mike's place was perfect for a short trip in the Brecon Beacons for some waterfalls walks. He was helpful and friendly. The property is in a great location and has everything you'd need. It's very clean and comfy beds and amenities close by.

Had a fantastic stay at Mike’s studio flat and first floor bedroom for a long weekend. The flat is situated on the top floor of the house and was absolutely spotless. The bed was super comfy and the flat had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. My friend stayed on the first floor and had a lovely, spacious bedroom with own bathroom. Mike is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here if in the Bridgend area. We would love to stay again :) thank you Mike.

The cottage was just perfect for what we needed. Great location to visit Skipton and up to Malham Cove. The accommodation was extremely clean and very cosy. Felt really at home and great to come back and relax after a days adventures. Mel and Jason were really helpful and responsive to all our questions. Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay.
