Wonderful visit and great communication from Lori. Perfect spot to walk to the beach or visit Sea Pines, could not be more convenient while also being in a quieter, secluded area. Really enjoyed the private beach access since it dramatically cut down on the crowds that typically occur at Coligny. Would stay again!

This place was perfect for our family’s beach vacation. It was 2 bedrooms and had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The condo was so spacious and perfect location to the beach and walkable to shops. When we come back to Hilton head next time we will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you for hosting us!!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Karen is the kind, communicative, and helpful host of this lovely Airbnb. To list why this will be our first choice for return visits: A beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Totally quiet inside as well. Impeccably clean and comfortably and tastefully furnished. Great lighting and windows. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Nice, full-sized appliances and the convenience of a washer/dryer. A quick drive to Walmart and Publix. Bikes! Easy, pleasant walk to the beach. It was a wonderful place to stay for four nights, and it would be perfect for longer stays as well. Thank you, Karen!

Jodi was very clear with instructions. On the day of check in she had the place ready for us ahead of time and communicated it to us. Great place for us for the days needed. Very close to the ocean. Felt safe and clean. Easy to find. Nice place to relax.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We would stay again, the location is wonderful and the beach is awesome. Very private location and we loved the deck/fenced in yard for the dog.

Our stay at the Breezy Banana was perfect for our group. Great little front porch for morning coffee, and the back patio area was a favorite hang-out spot after a busy day of exploring the island. Walkable to everything on the South-end of the island(Beach, bars/restaurants, sunsets on the river-side). Only about 30-40 minutes to Savannah(Bonaventure Cemetery was amazing with everything in Bloom). One spot on the island you can’t miss is Huc-a-Poos on the North-end, a cool vibe and great pizza, and our server Ken was so fun! Renee was a great host, spot-on communication, and resolved an issue with the garbage disposal immediately. I highly recommend the Breezy Banana if you’re looking for a great place/location to enjoy both Tybee Island & Savannah!

Enjoyed our stay. Liked the downstairs entrance that houses beach items. Mornings and evenings were nice to sit outside in the screened in porch or at the outdoor table. Short walk to the beach. Had kitchen items that one would need for simple meals, also had crock pot and blender. Beach towels were there if needed. During our stay there was someone staying in the attached apartment but we did not hear them.

We enjoyed this place even though we were only there for one night. I was so happy to find a place that was affordable and ACTUALLY clean. I have read so many reviews about places being spotless but rarely find a place that’s truly clean to my standards. After spending most of the week in a dusty space, this one was a relief. My kids loved their bedroom. It was neat and tidy and had books, a game, and play cushions that they loved. Each space in the house is tidy, well thought out, and beautiful. The only con for me would be the location. I personally prefer a quiet residence even if it means a longer walk to the beach. The listing is clear that this is near the main street so I knew what we were getting. It’s a given that there will be more noise when your close to everything and it is surrounded by condos and hotels, but we liked it so well we would definitely still look into renting it again! For someone who has kids and prefers to be near the action it is the perfect place.

What a great house to stay in if you are heading to Hilton Head. Took my family of 4 and 2 dogs to Hilton Head for a week for New Year’s 2025 and we could not be happier with our choice. The house was fully supplied with everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. We loved playing pool, ping pong and hanging out in the screened porch. The dogs also enjoyed the beach, screened porch and the fenced in area in the back. Plenty of places and things to do in the area. Super Host Marina was very responsive and provided clear checkin and checkout instructions.

We stayed here for a few days for Spring Break and are so happy with our choice! The pictures are a true representation of the home, it’s clean, well stocked, and the views are amazing! The beach path is one house away and easy to manage for all ages. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Michael is extremely responsive and friendly with communication. He accommodated this last-minute trip (same day), and the house was perfect. The beach is within easy 10-minute walk (2 min drive) and the path is well maintained and pleasant. The amenities of the house pool, hot tub, fire pit, games etc. made for relaxing fun family time. There is more than enough space to spread out if you want privacy and the elevator is beyond helpful when moving luggage around. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. We loved everything about our stay at 11 Henry lane. Very well organized and had everything and more than we needed. There was 6 of us adults. Plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom on the main level. The location right next to Chaplin Park, burkes beach, and singleton beach all right down the street. Walk, ride your bike, or take your car. We loved the location and check out Cocos on the beach for a beverage and bite to eat. Accessible by beach or park at Hilton Head beach resort just a few minutes drive away. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends. It was perfect. The pool was heated nicely we were able to get in it even though the outside temperature was about 65/70 degrees. Bedrooms were all very generous sizes and comfortable beds.

47 Steps was phenomenal. My wife and I visited for our honeymoon, and we are ready to come back! Tracy was a wonderful hostess, and we highly recommend her. The area was beautiful and there is so much to do.

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Tasha was a wonderful host. She reached out to me prior to checkin to ensure I received the door code. She also handled an extra parking price for my wife very quickly. Best customer service I have experienced using Airbnb or hotel room. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Deck restaurant on site is a huge bonus and it was really great to have parking onsite. The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos and has easy beach access - we loved the option of having our morning coffee on the patio or at the beach. Short drive to the main strip in Tybee and not far from Savannah. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer within the unit! This was a great place to stay. Thanks Michael!
